Went in to the store around 10:45 in the morning there was one customer sitting at a table with their food. Over half of the bagels were out of stock. Asked for a sandwich with the bagel to be toasted (didn't happen). Seemed like neither one of the employees was really wanting to be helpful. read more

Sunday morning and we are running for bagels. Went through the drive through only to be told they were out of asiago, six cheese and cheddar jalapeño bagels! We ordered what we really didnt want cause we were stuck in the drive thru. WE SAT IN THE DRIVE THRU FOR 20 MINUTES!!! This was the worst experience. Talk about service! I called fairly late in the day for a last minute event, ordering 6 dozen bagels. Their phone service was awesome, very courteous, and were very patient while going through how to make it work to pick it up same day. They were very quick and efficient when I picked up the order. I have gone to this location multiple times because it is the closest to my home. I officially drive out of my way to a farther location because of how awful the einsteins bros in Riverton is. Not one time have they gotten my order right and even when I take it back to get my correct order, they manage to get it wrong again. They don't listen and half the time they ignore you when you go through the drive through. I've never been so disappointed in service at a restaurant in my life. Avoid this location. read more

I always have bad experiences at the riverton location because they are really slow and have no sense of urgency, but today was the worst. I love the cranberry bagels and it's great that they have a drive through. The service at the drive through can be a little slow so I usually go inside if I'm in a hurry. Also sometimes my bagel doesn't get toasted when I request it. Einstein's is my favorite bagel place though so I'll keep going back. read more

This Einsteins is a complete joke. I have never gotten an order where something is not forgotten or messed up. Today was the worst. For my husband's breakfast sandwich they forgot the meat and the cheese. I got a bagel with an egg! I know it's my fault for not checking it but seriously I had to wait 20 minutes for my order. Then my nova lox sandwich had so little cream cheese that I took the cream cheese off one side and put it on the second half so I could at least have one half that had cream cheese on it. And the service is poor. They had two employees sitting down at the tables taking breaks. Just left Riverton Einsteins. Was totally empty when I walked in. In total disarray. (Tables all dirty, chairs a mess, floors looked like someone threw crushed food under all tables). Behind counter was a total mess with full garbage bags stacked around waste container. It was a mess. Clerk could not get simple order straight. Smear case had very little in it. Thought maybe they were short handed. No... some in the back. Five workers altogether. Ask if the manager was there and girls said NO. I told her "I could tell". Absolutely the worst Einsteins I've ever been to. The service is HORRIBLE. This location is very close to me which is why I've gone there several times but I will never go again. I've asked for a simple lunch sandwich on THREE different times and all three times it was wrong. I go out of my way to the Draper location to get the correct sandwich. Like others have said before, this location deserves a zero star, but we can't rate that low. I have on many occasions gotten stuck in the drive-thru for 10 minutes up to over 35 minutes. The first time I called the store and asked what the problem was and they told me the manager had left for a catering event. I'm sorry......what? It's 0800 hrs and you're telling me the manager left? As a manager, she should have known that she needed to schedule another staff member to cover her absence because catering events are called in days ahead. Another time I went there, this one just a few days ago, and I ordered, a blueberry bagel and a bottle of water. I was told, they were out of blueberry. It was 0730. I was pissed because that seems like poor product management and poor management in general to me. So I got to the window to get names and I said I would take a 6-cheese instead, out of those too! So I got into it with the manager and told her as a business owner, I would be down right embarrassed! I don't like writing public reviews because I do know things happen. So I wrote corporate both times and the first time I received an automated response. Wow! How professional is that!? Second time, I wrote and told them they lost me as a customer so don't bother sending anything back. Well they did and they asked me to look up the store number and exact address so they could handle the situation. I responded that that information should be available to them and I am not going out of my way and using my time to find the info. They know and I told them again, that it's the only Einsteins in Riverton, Utah. From store level all the way up to corporate is unprofessional and cares nothing about them! read more

This isn't even worthy of one star. The new management is horrendous. I've been coming here since this location opened and recently visited the drive through, after waiting 20 minutes at the window (which I wasn't upset with) the cashier Kyle charged my card for my order, AND two people behind me. With no apology. Another girl "refunded" me the money. Two weeks later still no refund so I call to talk to the GM, Lisa, and she tells me "My goal is to make you happy, come in and we will get you your money back." (Which was over $20 with all three orders, when my order was only $8) and I was more than thrilled with how she handled it! I went in and she then tells me they aren't giving me money back. And that I need to wait, it can take UP TO 2 weeks when mind you, it has now been two weeks. And I still have all my receipts and my bank statement to prove it. The staff was not friendly either time. I've never been one to talk negatively or get corporate involved but I don't even feel like that does justice in this case. I'll drive across the valley to another location before I'll let this staff steal more money from me. read more
