Everything was everywhere and we couldn't keep anything on the table. We put plates and cups on menus to hold them down as long as we could. I asked the waiter if we could be on a waitlist to sit inside and he said sure. 5 min later she proceeded to bring the people at the table next to us inside and never brought us inside the entire time we were there. As we were trying to eat in the wind, another waiter proceeded to empty water over a nearby fence, and because it was sooo windy, the water ended up coming back and splashing our entire party in the face. That part of the valley is just insanely windy in general and if they want outdoor seating, they gotta prepare better for the weather. The beer is always great and the pizza is solid. The experience was just sub par. I'll stick to the Sandy location.

Some of the best service over the phone to help us. And then the food itself, amazing. The guys who picked up the order said they waited as long as they could before we arrived to stsrt making our order to make sure it was all hot and fresh. Worst customer service ever. The lady behind the counter didn't listen to anything we asked for. 3 bagels uncut with 3 sides cream cheese to stay, each on a different tray. How hard is this? Pretty difficult if you ask questions and don't listen to the customer. When we finally got the order, I brought back a bagel (wrong flavor). The cashier couldn't figure out what to do. The tables were dirty, the staff (mostly teenagers) were focused on the counter and not on cleaning, and the wait was long enough that I nearly walked out. The double burger was unremarkable, the fries came out unsalted, but the corn dog was surprisingly good. None of that is why you're here, though. The cherry almond concrete is why you're here. It is outstanding! Generous almond pieces throughout, and the cherry flavor tasted genuinely real, not like something from a syrup bottle.
