We were looking for a quick breakfast and had a bit of a mixed experience. I ordered the egg, cheese, and sausage sandwich along with a hazelnut coffee. The sandwich itself was just okay, but the bagel was noticeably dry and didn't taste as fresh. When you're going to a place known for bagels, you really expect that part to be spot on. Instead of being soft and chewy, it just had a stale, dry texture that took away from what could have been a solid breakfast sandwich. The egg, cheese, and sausage were fine, but the bagel is really the foundation of the whole thing. I also ordered a hazelnut coffee, that was really good and worth the wait as they had to brew it. Overall, it wasn't terrible experience, but it also wasn't great. With a fresher bagel and fresh coffee ready to go, the experience would have been much better. I can't understand why this place doesnt offer a beyond beef sausage or Impossible. The Starbucks in vegas does. I bring it up, because they are making about several hundred percent. A bagel costs them 1 penny. They charge a minimum of $7. I chose the egg white bagel with everything and turkey sausage. No ideal but protein is needed. The bagel was not toasted. I assumed it would be. Nor did they add a condiment like butter on the side. I did remove the cheese. But agsin nowadays there are so msny vegan cheese. Stopped in and bought half a dozen bagels Wednesday to take home and toast. The bagels were so thin, it was extremely difficult to slice them. These were some expensive crackers . The flavor of the green chile wafer with schmear was still somewhat on point, and you must respect their commitment to ending over eating and reducing obesity. read more

I know Uber charges premiums but to advertise a sandwich with egg in the name at $9.69 only to have it increase $1.89 as soon as you select it and it being preselected with two eggs when one egg is only $0.40 is cocksuckery. My husband and I frequent this Einstein Bros location for a quick breakfast before we hike some weekends, and I don't understand all the bad reviews! When we stopped in yesterday (on the Memorial Day holiday), the staff greeted us right away. The setup is a little odd, that you order on the right and pay on the left, but there are clear signs that show this. I asked for my bagel double toasted, and the employee making it asked me if it was ok before applying the cream cheese! I appreciated that. The store is quite clean, and the product is always good quality. My only complaint is for corporate - allow me to add my gift cards to the app! I like to order ahead :) read more

I was super pleasantly surprised by downloading the app, ordering our breakfast, and having it literally ready as we arrived to pick it up curbside. It was quick, easy, delicious, and it took all of what, about 7 minutes total for me to order. I was a few blocks away but I ordered at the gas station, paid through app using my Apple Pay, and when we arrived about 7 minutes later I pulled into the curb side pickup line (there are signs pointing you in the right direction for this - there's also a note and a sign and a number stating if you've waited for longer than 3 minutes to please call). But I arrived, pulled up, and within seconds a lovely gentleman who I presume was smiling even though I couldn't be certain because he was wearing his mask (they also ask you wear a mask at the pickup line) walked out the side door and handed us our treat bag. We were off right away. Was a super quick and pleasant experience and of course our breakfast (I ordered three eggels and a breakfast sandwich) was so delicious. Great experience and great service. First off this is my favorite Einstein's location. They are always clean and have rarely ever messed up my orders. I come here quite often and the main reason is mainly due to how incredibly friendly and attentive the staff is here. From the store manager to the team leads to the regular crew; they are simply amazing! The efficiency with which this team works is akin to clockwork. I ordered 2 bagels this morning in advance for pick up. I waited for my order patiently as they seemed busy. After about 20 mins there was no longer a line so I asked a lady if she could look into my food. She said sorry it's being worked on now. About another 5-10 mins and I got my 2 bagels. Then I get home and realize it's not how I ordered them. I ordered one toasted with cream cheese and it did not come toasted and both had almost no cream cheese. It wasn't worth the money or time. We had a box of bagels brought in to work yesterday and mine bagel selection was a chocolate bagel with chocolate chips in it. Very greasy and very tasty. This one was worth the carbs. The gal that takes my order enters it properly, because I can see it on the screen. When I pick up my sandwich, it's NEVER on a pretzel bagel. I'm not sure why I keep going back... I guess it's because I hope someday I'll actually get that pretzel bagel. But it's really disturbing to me when they ask for a tip and can't even make a sandwich the way I ask for it. Stopped in around 11:30am hoping to eat some yummy bagels! It had been a while since I had eaten here and I always remember having a pleasure experience. There were about 5 different employees working and no one seemed to care that we walked in. No hello, no nothing, nada. When I got it it was thrown together real sloppy and wasn't in a jalapeño bacon bagel. When I went up to ask if it was supposed to be on a jalapeño bacon bagel she didn't advise me that I order an asiago bagel. Not true. It's why I ordered it. I then asked her if she could remake it which is when she advised me that they were out of jalapeño bacon bagels. Unfortunately, I understand why this location has the rating that it does. I'm an avid Einstein eater, I have a loyalty card and I love to buy bagels and schmear...especially now while working from home. For the most part, the employees are all pretty nice with the exception of one who soured our entire visit. When we arrived, we stood in line while a gentleman ordered waiting for him to finish. The guy taking his order wrapped up with him, looked at us (my boyfriend and I) then turned around and proceeded not to help us. We waited about two minutes then asked him if he was no longer taking orders. He said nothing. Just kept his back turned to us, even occasionally turning around and still nothing. We were preparing to leave when a young lady at the pay register waved us over and apologized for the wait and took our order. Not sure what the deal was, but a simple "They can take your order over there" "I'm no longer taking orders" "it'll be just a minute" would have sufficed, but completely ignoring us was so uncalled for. To make matters worse, he took the order of the next people who arrived after us, so clearly it was US that he did not want to service. This location is so bad. Covid is no excuse. There were two employees working today who clearly did not want to be there. Leaning on the counter while I was ordering and not helpful at all with questions. They made a statement that they'd "been there all morning". The sandwich was good, but the tomatoes were mushy and the sandwich was sloppily put together. The patio was ridiculous. The trash is overflowing and blowing all over the place. The employees are apparently too busy standing around to clean up. To add insult to injury, they decided to lock up and close without 1) asking us if we wanted anything else (we actually planned to buy another sandwich to go) 2) cleaning up the trash all over the patio. It will all blow away into the property of other businesses. These girls had a very apathetic demeanor and I will never return to this location.
