During my most recent visit, they were nearly sold out of several bagel options, including my usual classic bagel. I was disappointed because I had my mind set on my regular order, but one of the employees went out of his way to accommodate me. He offered to use a salted bagel and remove the salt so I could still enjoy my sandwich as close to my usual order as possible. I really appreciated his willingness to help rather than simply telling me they were out. The service has always been friendly, and the atmosphere is welcoming.
