This is an absolutely incredible spot. I was surprised that I hadn't heard of it until now, but it definitely deserves some more love. They have some menu staples, but a lot of their menu items change seasonally, and they offer weekly specials, so they have a wide range of good options. I loved the vibes, it is definitely a nice, sophisticated spot for dinner or brunch. The staff was also super nice. It took a minute to get a table, but it seemed like they might have been a little understaffed, and it wasn't a big deal. The food is the star of the show here, but they also have a great drink menu with seasonal options, as well as some excellent mocktail options. I tried the butternut squash risotto with salmon, and it was amazing! We also tried the shrimp and grits, which were really nice and comforting. You need to save room for dessert, though, because that sticky toffee pudding was on another level. The caramel sauce was so yummy. I highly suggest this spot for a great dinner, but I definitely need to stop by to check out their brunch. read more

Found this spot after a Google search. Wanted to try a new place but who knew this place has been around since 2010. ‍ Anyway I ordered pan seared flounder with lemon sauce and capers, green beans and potatoes. My husband ordered chicken parm. Both dishes were featured entrees for the week. I also had a half portion of their summer peach salad and we ordered the garlic bread for the table. The stand out for me was the peach salad. I wanted something refreshing and light and it hit the spot. Everything worked well together. The garlic bread was nothing special but tasty. The flounder was seasoned well and tasted great. I was hoping for a bigger portion for the price but it was good. The beans were under seasoned so I could have did without them frankly. The potatoes were good. I had a bite of their chicken from the parm and it was tender and juicy. My husband, who loves chicken parm, stated it was one of the best. The noodles were al dente, which I'm fine with, but he prefers a softer noodle. Even with that he really enjoyed it. The inside was a bit small but bigger than I had imagined from the pics I saw online. I thought the ambience and vibe was good. I could tell there were a lot of regulars present. Live music which was cool too. Will definitely be back to try something new. Maybe those scallops because they looked fabulous on the way to other customers table. read more

I met friends for brunch here on Saturday. This was my first time visiting this restaurant and we selected it because of the convenient location to my friends that live in Lilburn and dine here regularly. Parking is free and ample. We arrived at 1130am on Saturday and there were a variety of choices to sit in the dining area. The covered deck is shaded with nice tables. The interior dining area has tables and booths. We chose to dine in a booth and it was spacious and comfortable. Service was friendly and efficient from the moment we arrived. Some of our group have food allergies plus we had a special needs person in our group with dietary restrictions. The server and chef accommodated everyone's needs and our food was delicious. The crab cake Benedict was hot and delicious with perfectly poached eggs. The portion size and price were on target. The cinnamon French toast was delicious as well. Our mimosas and the Steigl Grapefruit Radler beer were cold and delicious. I am happy to have discovered this place and look forward to dining here the next time I have a need to be in the Lilburn area!! read more

My youngest was home from college and found this gem for us to visit. Who would've guessed this establishment is located down the street from our home. We had the mimosas and hearty brunch options which filled us up. Staff were very accommodating and the atmosphere had a welcoming vibe. We can only go for lunch because their dinner prices are crazy expensive and lunch runs almost half the price. Had good service, the fries were fantastic but the last time I ordered the Cuban sandwich I was somewhat disappointed. The bread wasn't crispy on the outside like a good Cuban would be and it had bread and butter type pickles on it which totally changed the taste. A Cuban needs that sharp acid of a dill pickle slice. It just didn't taste like an authentic Cuban. The sandwich was ok, but I wouldn't order it again. My friends had burgers and they looked delicious. read more

Went here for brunch and it was amazing. My server was super attentive until the end because we stayed after their shift closed. The place is well lit and the seats are comfy. I ordered the crab cake benedict with a side of chicken sausage. My egg was actually poached which was perfect. My side came with 4 sausages so it was a good portion. We also ordered the Frenchtoast Board with goat cheese and crackers. Its definitely sharable as it comes with 4 pieces of whole toast. Crackers arent as tasty to me. I also recommemd the St Germain Pitcher. Its an odd shape glass for pouring but the drink is refreshing and light. The place is located in a small plaza but there is plenty of parking. For 3 people we about $135 between 3 people so it was reasonably priced. Definitely going back for dinner. read more

I've definitely had better for a brunch place. I was honestly surprised why the reviews weren't better before experiencing it for myself, and now I know why. The live band and service were great though! The hubs had the pancake special. He heard bacon would be in it, and it was sold for him. Though it sounds appealing with bacon throughout the pancake, the taste and appearance didn't match the enthusiastic sound of the entree. I give this place credit for making it two large pancakes, but the bacon were sparse with no special flavoring to the actual pancakes. It looked the way it tasted: bland. My choice of the two house-made biscuits with sausage gravy was disappointing. The description sounded like it would be good since it seemed like warm and fresh would be what I'd describe next. Nope. The gravy was so so. There were small chunks of sausage sprinkled throughout, but it was lackluster. The biscuits were sad to say the least. They weren't even warm, crispy, or anything but stale and cold when it came out. I think I could have done better at a diner. Parking was a bit tight on Sunday during the Labor Day weekend, but it seemed people got creative with their parking in trying to find a space. Both dishes were lackluster. This spot is so chill and cute. I went on a date here on Thursday. They surprisingly had live music which was absolutely a vibe. The singer played the guitar and took requests. I had the pork chop and my date had the shrimp and grits. Both were very fulfilling and flavorful. We got a bottle of Riesling which was also a great choice. First off, why would you provide menus with black print on a brown background in a dark setting? The 40 watt lightbulb 8 feet above my head simply isn't cutting it. I had LASIK and can somewhat see, but I can't read the menu without my iPhone light. I also noticed a grammatical error on the menu . However, they had a 3-piece brass band for brunch that covered Neil Young, Van Morrison, and Eric Clapton. The food was pretty good and the Bloody Mary had a dozen creative food items submerged, including salami and manchego cheese. Overall, this is a good spot. Eagles approves. read more

I frequently visit one of the nearby businesses and let me tell you, the traffic in and out of this place is insane. It has piqued my interest over the year so I finally decided to stop in. My first visit was for a lunch date about 6 years ago and I wasn't impressed enough to come back. However, as stated, the foot traffic made me give them another shot recently. What I ordered: Lemon drop Crab cake Benedict Both were delicious! My egg yolk was perfectly runny in my poached eggs and the hollandaise sauce was delicious. My server (forgot her name) was sweet however she forgot my side with my order. There was an insanely loud drunk mom group in there giving me a headache so I decided to just let it be, grab the check and go. Overall, I would probably go back every now and then. I wish they would bring the bottomless mimosas back, but after dealing with the drunk mom groups like that I can see why limiting alcohol can seem appealing. read more

I only came to see a friend play some music during brunch. The food was decent. The quality is slightly above IHOP but definitely below Waffle House. I had the bacon pancakes and my wife had house-made biscuits with sausage gravy. My bacon pancakes were a novelty and the pancake itself didn't have enough salt in the mix. My wife love sausage and gravy but I've made this better myself at home. My wife didn't like how the biscuits weren't warm. I was ok with price and quantity, but I just couldn't stop thinking about Waffle House. This place seems more like a bar first than a restaurant and that's ok. It's definitely cleaner than a Waffle House but I don't go to Waffle House for the ambiance. We didn't drink and Sunday brunch was busy. We had a 15 min wait. Service was fine. Would I come here again? Not really. Waffle house is better and cheaper. You just can't drink there. Unless you pregame in the parking lot. read more

This place is the epitome of an idiot tree and the apple doesn't fall from it. They can't get a to go order correct to save their lives. And apparently nobody checks the order after it's cooked and handed to the customer. I've worked in the food industry for many many years and everyone knows you do not put condiments on a sandwich that's to-go, that includes mayonnaise. Unfortunately I had to throw away everything not just because of the chicken sandwich, but also because the fries were extremely oily and soggy. But this place loves to pour the mayonnaise on a to go sandwich. And it's disgusting. These assholes apparently think they're in Canada. Here are the highlights: Wins: --Ambiance: there aren't many trendy / semi-upscale spots in the area, so while this place sticks out, it's definitely in a good way. Inside has an open-air, industrial feel, and the lighting and music are on point. It's not so stuffy that you can't go to enjoy a beer, but nice enough to where you can get a great cocktail at a decent price (~ $10) --Food: Everything we tried was on point! We had the scallops, the burger special, the steak Diane, stuffed mushrooms, and the pull apart garlic bread. While it was all very good, DO NOT SKIP the pull apart garlic bread ($3) or the stuffed mushrooms, they're just incredible. --Desserts: We ordered several, the cookie with ice cream, some sort of chocolate ganache, and then got a pumpkin cheesecake as complimentary for the birthday. We wouldn't have gotten the cheesecake if they didn't throw it in as a treat, but this was TO DIE FOR! Seriously. And the server had recommended it, so I felt so silly for not ordering it. --Drinks: We ordered a mocktail and three different cocktails and all were delicious and well-made. --Thoughtfulness: They label the to-go containers with the date! How perfect for when they get tossed into the fridge :) Mixed: --Service: The servers themselves are absolutely fantastic! Excellent recommendations, good teamwork between bussing, drink refills, food delivery, and attentiveness. The front of the house logistics could operate a bit better; it took a bit to get seated and have the server show up, but once they did, the experience was great. They don't separate the restaurant by sections, so servers have to run all over at times. We spent about 3 hours there, but weren't expecting to be in and out...if you want to go somewhere quick, this place isn't for you; they don't plan on turning over tables here. --Pricing: This isn't a comment directly on the price of the items, overall I think it's very fair for what you get. There was at least one oddity though; we ordered the scallop appetizer, which came with 4 of them ($15), piled on top of some lentils. They were so good that we ordered the dinner, which was priced $1 less than twice the price ($29), so we thought we'd be getting a deal with 8 scallops; however, only 7 came out, so it really wasn't a deal at all.
