Delicious crab cakes Benedict and cinnamon French toast!
    Philip M.

I met friends for brunch here on Saturday. This was my first time visiting this restaurant and we selected it because of the convenient location to my friends that live in Lilburn and dine here regularly. Parking is free and ample. We arrived at 1130am on Saturday and there were a variety of choices to sit in the dining area. The covered deck is shaded with nice tables. The interior dining area has tables and booths. We chose to dine in a booth and it was spacious and comfortable. Service was friendly and efficient from the moment we arrived. Some of our group have food allergies plus we had a special needs person in our group with dietary restrictions. The server and chef accommodated everyone's needs and our food was delicious. The crab cake Benedict was hot and delicious with perfectly poached eggs. The portion size and price were on target. The cinnamon French toast was delicious as well. Our mimosas and the Steigl Grapefruit Radler beer were cold and delicious. I am happy to have discovered this place and look forward to dining here the next time I have a need to be in the Lilburn area!!

Did not even know this restaurant was here until my coworker took us here. Pleasantly surprised at how good my pasta was and the creme brulee is top notch. Only downside was the wait time is quite long and we were the first table that arrived. Maybe the kitchen was not ready. Service is great and food is amazing what else can I ask for on a weekday lunch.

Love this spot for brunch! The bottomless mimosas are undefeated and the farmhouse theme really elevates the farm to table aspect. The plethora of craft beers available along with specialty seasonal cocktails and live music will have the whole table lit. The wait can be a little bit much on weekends but that's just a testament to how amazing this location is! So tasty! 10/10 would highly recommend!

The bar, where the owner Carla stayed most of the time instead of doing anything to help care for guests nor help the bar

The food is good but the service and the atmosphere made me feel unwelcome, especially Carla. I would consider ordering to go, but my experience wasn't the best

They had some delicious filet croquettes and fun cocktails for the holidays this year! We had a lovely server and the owner made sure we had a great party space for our Holiday event!

St Germain Pitcher is delish and refreshing.

Went here for brunch and it was amazing. My server was super attentive until the end because we stayed after their shift closed. The place is well lit and the seats are comfy. I ordered the crab cake benedict with a side of chicken sausage. My egg was actually poached which was perfect. My side came with 4 sausages so it was a good portion. We also ordered the Frenchtoast Board with goat cheese and crackers. Its definitely sharable as it comes with 4 pieces of whole toast. Crackers arent as tasty to me. I also recommemd the St Germain Pitcher. Its an odd shape glass for pouring but the drink is refreshing and light. The place is located in a small plaza but there is plenty of parking. For 3 people we about $135 between 3 people so it was reasonably priced. Definitely going back for dinner.

Had it on my mind today for lunch so here I am It's very cold outside and it was very cold inside. I'm not sure if they're having issues with heating but it was a little uncomfortable. You seat yourself no hostess. I sat in my usual seat near the restroom. My server greeted me within 5 min of seating. I told her it's freezing and she agreed but didn't say why there was no heat, I proceeded to place the order bc I was on limited time. As I stated earlier I ordered the grilled chicken spinach sandwich with fries. It was delicious as always. It comes with spinach, cheese, smoked bacon, and tomatoes. Bread is fresh. Fries were popping hot There were 6 other guests there. 2 were seated at the bar. So it wasn't busy considering it was lunchtime. I did not have dessert. Had a Coke instead Parking is shared with other businesses in the plaza but there is additional parking in the rear. If you're looking for good food specifically Taverns, this is a good spot. Service ~ young gal was awesome, especially friendly and was on top of taking care of us from beginning to end. Maybe the best beer list in this area, personal friendly service, and tasty food. Divey delish.

My friend and I came in around lunch time on a Monday, little to no crowd. There is a back lot for parking or street parking in front. Our waiter Jessica (Shoutout!!) was so patient and gave 11/10 service. Thank you for the recommendations girl! We started with appetizers: Grit Fries & Crawfish Corn Chowder Soup -Fries were a very crispy outside, creamy inside and the dipping sauce was a slam dunk -Soup was very filling and had all the right flavors Main course: Breakfast Croissant (Gluten Free Bread) & Nashville Chicken Sandwich -Both very good and the fries were crispy, chicken was flavorful and not hot at all! Ended off with a berry cobbler that was so tasty! I left a new cobbler fan! Thank you Public House and I WILL be returning!

I had high hopes for 1910 Public House, especially after a trusted friend raved about their…read moreexperience there. Unfortunately, my recent Sunday visit for a takeout order left me thoroughly disappointed, and nearly $50 lighter with very little to show for it. The Food: I ordered two items: the pimento cheese fritters and the shrimp and grits. The pimento cheese fritters were, in a word, average. They looked and tasted like standard fried cheese balls--nothing visually impressive, nothing exciting about the flavor, and at $16 (or $4 a piece), I expected something with a little more creativity or punch especially at entree pricing for an appetizer. It was just pimento cheese, deep fried. That's it. Just as literal as could be. The shrimp and grits was the bigger disappointment. At $26, I expected a hearty, well-portioned dish. What I got was four average-sized shrimp and barely any andouille sausage--and I mean barely. It was just one thin slice of smoked sausage, cut in half, and placed in the entire dish. That was it. The portion felt light the moment I picked up the bag, and once I got to my friend'd and opened it, that feeling was confirmed. I will say, as an avid Yelp user I did my homework before ordering. I looked through photos on their page and noticed that their Shrimp & Grits looked completely different across three separate photos. When I asked the staff about it when I arrived, they mentioned the menu rotates every twelve weeks, which is fine, but the inconsistency made it hard to know what I was actually ordering. Atmosphere: I didn't dine in, but from what I could see, the space seemed nice. It's located in a charming, up-and-coming part of Lilburn, and the staff I interacted with were friendly and pleasant. So there's that. Final Thoughts: This meal was definitely not worth $50. It wasn't worth the drive, and honestly, it wasn't worth the effort. The food was underwhelming, the portions were stingy for the price, and the value just wasn't there. My friend loved the place, so maybe they caught a good day, but based on my experience, I don't know if I'll personally be returning. If I'm being honest, if I wasn't so tired then and it wasn't as far as it was, I would've just driven back, returned the food, and gotten a refund.
