    The new shrimp boil
    Liv J.

I came in during a weekday for happy hour and to try the new seafood boil that had been advertised everywhere. I wanted to sit at the bar, but to my disbelief people had put their bags and laptops at the bar area. No consideration for others. The seafood boil wasn't my favorite. It's definitely missing flavor and it's not spicy at all. The margarita was great. The bartender was great. Overall not my best experience.

Red Lobster - When I returned my food, the manager said, "Oh, it's molded. I was looking forward to the changes the new CEO said we could expect. Unfortunately, they weren't, and the food was not seasoned. Maybe too many high school students are working there; I suggest a diverse age group.

My wife and I visited Red Lobster for Endless Shrimp! Endless Shrimp is an annual tradition in our household, but this was our first time visiting this location. The Service: The customer service was pretty good. It too a while for our waiter to appear but once he arrived, he was nice and attentive. The Atmosphere: It's a Red Lobster! You should know what to expect. Ocean/fishing boat vibes. Decent music. The Food: Again, we had the Endless Shrimp and it was standard Endless Shrimp. They had one or two different types that we weren't used to but the shrimp tasted fresh. Cheddar BAE Biscuits will ALWAYS have my heart! Overall, a thumbs up for me. I'll be back.

This Restaurant is located at 4001 Highway 78 W, Snellville, GA 30039 They're Health Score is 100 = A as of 11/9/2023. My family and I ate lunch here and upon entry we were greeted and told the wait would be about 15 minutes. Our waitress Kelly was very nice and friendly. We didn't wait long before she took our food order. We ordered, Cajun Linguine Pasta, White Wine and Garlic Mussels, Hand Breaded Calamari and Walt's Favorite Shrimp. The food was delicious. The Ambiance is moderate and the restaurant was clean and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to friends and family members. It was the Cheddar Bay Biscuits for me.

I haven't been to a Red lobster in over a decade. But when I heard about the crab fest I had to make time after my stretch class. I went when it was the least crowded so I could sit at a back table and stuff my face. It was more work than I remember to break open the legs. It was all worth it when I let the meat soak in the butter while I finished devouring the rest of the legs. Of course the biscuits are always to die for I took them home in my to-go box. It'll make a good late night snack.

Came home from a fabulous birthday trip out the country. My man asked if I were hungry on the way home and this place came to mind. Parking is adequate. The outside appearance is your typical red lobster. It's located on the corner of 78 between Stone Mountain and lilburn so easy to get to. We were seated pretty quickly and our server was amazing. She really was nice and sweet and gave us great suggestions. Red lobster. Changes their menu pretty often but I always get the same meal - the lobster Maine with the variety of seafood and linguine noodles. They also had $6 drinks which were nice. All in all - the food and service was great but the place was sooo outdated. It even has that musty smell like you are at your great grandmas house. (You know the one) May go back but there is a new one on scenic and everything is fresh there. Won't take away from the experience but it's definitely time to renovate!!

Impromptu lunch. Restaurant was NOT crowded at all. Service was slow. Could hear the servers in the back laughing and talking. But service was (towards customers) was slow. Meal was correct based on what I ordered.

I've been here before. But today was extra special because my daughter graduated so I wanted to have a quick Mommy and me lunch with her. We only waited for about 10 minutes so that they could clean our table. The table was very clean and our waitress Sinay was so nice. We got there right at the 3pm lunch cut off, but Sinay was able to put my flounder order in so I could get the lunch deal. Coincidentally, it was Tuesday and I had no idea about the crab legs, so I got that for my daughter. The food came out timely and everything was good. Sinay made sure we always had napkins and biscuits, and made sure to check on us frequently. Sinay was so kind to take off our drinks.

Butter spilled all in the bag over everything - Uber Eats

If I was to rate this location based on portions, value, and flavor I would give this Red Lobster five stars. I had a very enjoyable 27th birthday meal delivered by Uber Eats during this crazy pandemic and was truly grateful for it. The loss of two stars comes for two different reasons: 1) the shrimp scampi was packed/handled in a way so that 75% of the butter leaked out of the container and into my carry out bag, therefore drenching everything else of course, which made it difficult to take things out and serve without making a big mess, and 2) the clam chowder seemed over priced for a cup and didn't have much filling at all (although the flavor was fine), so for a dollar more, I guess I'd recommend the bowl instead. Other than that, the meal itself was great. The shrimp scampi family meal was a great deal and very delicious. The mashed potatoes and green beans were filling and only mildly seasoned, but went well with the buttery shrimp. The cheddar bay biscuits were thinner than I recall, but still very tasty. Finally, for dessert the vanilla bean cheesecake was amazing! I would almost recommend getting the whole cheesecake next time instead of a slice, because it was that good. It'll run you about $32 for delivery, but would save you money as the slices go about $7+. Very yummy almost custard-like topping and just the right amount of sweet and creaminess. I would get everything I ordered again.

I had high hopes for 1910 Public House, especially after a trusted friend raved about their…read moreexperience there. Unfortunately, my recent Sunday visit for a takeout order left me thoroughly disappointed, and nearly $50 lighter with very little to show for it. The Food: I ordered two items: the pimento cheese fritters and the shrimp and grits. The pimento cheese fritters were, in a word, average. They looked and tasted like standard fried cheese balls--nothing visually impressive, nothing exciting about the flavor, and at $16 (or $4 a piece), I expected something with a little more creativity or punch especially at entree pricing for an appetizer. It was just pimento cheese, deep fried. That's it. Just as literal as could be. The shrimp and grits was the bigger disappointment. At $26, I expected a hearty, well-portioned dish. What I got was four average-sized shrimp and barely any andouille sausage--and I mean barely. It was just one thin slice of smoked sausage, cut in half, and placed in the entire dish. That was it. The portion felt light the moment I picked up the bag, and once I got to my friend'd and opened it, that feeling was confirmed. I will say, as an avid Yelp user I did my homework before ordering. I looked through photos on their page and noticed that their Shrimp & Grits looked completely different across three separate photos. When I asked the staff about it when I arrived, they mentioned the menu rotates every twelve weeks, which is fine, but the inconsistency made it hard to know what I was actually ordering. Atmosphere: I didn't dine in, but from what I could see, the space seemed nice. It's located in a charming, up-and-coming part of Lilburn, and the staff I interacted with were friendly and pleasant. So there's that. Final Thoughts: This meal was definitely not worth $50. It wasn't worth the drive, and honestly, it wasn't worth the effort. The food was underwhelming, the portions were stingy for the price, and the value just wasn't there. My friend loved the place, so maybe they caught a good day, but based on my experience, I don't know if I'll personally be returning. If I'm being honest, if I wasn't so tired then and it wasn't as far as it was, I would've just driven back, returned the food, and gotten a refund.
