Ordered online to pick up. Took about 30 minutes longer than what the app stated. Customers who walked in and ordered got their bagels faster. On top of that our Bagels were cold and burnt on the edges to the point where it was black and tasted awful. The food is good but the service is terrible. The people who take the orders literally just wander off and there is always a line because they are slow. I paid $10 for a bagel today that was completely made wrong and only found out when I was 15 min away heading home to Cali on the freeway. I ordered a bagel toasted with extra cream cheese and lox. Not toasted, no extra cream cheese, and I literally hate it. When the bagel isn't toasted it's chewy and I got a cheese bagel which tastes like poop when it's not toasted. They got 2 stars because my kids got regular toasted bagels with cream cheese and those are correct. However, it did take forever for the cashier to ring up each person and it wasn't the "new cashier" type of slowness, it was "I don't give a f" type of slow moving. Went in for a farmhouse bagel on jalapeño cheddar this is my first time at Einstein bros so I was excited. I get my bagel walk to my car open that baby up and it's the wrong one it was the Texas bagel so I walk back in and have a chat about this with Dan. We frequent this Einstein's fairly often because it's the only bagel shop in the area. The last few times we've been in, it takes at least 20 minutes to get our order- no matter what time it is. The shop is usually pretty busy in the mornings, but it should not take that long to get out orders. The place is always unorganized and messy. read more

Cash is king! Well, not at Einstein Bagels on Dysart? They will not accept any cash higher than $50 dollar bills. Purchased $40 worth of food and tried to pay with $100 bill....cashier would not accept it and when I questioned why, the manager intervened that Corporate would not allow them to accept anything higher than a $50 dollar bills. Went in for the first time and though a little high priced, it was delicious and worth it. The cashier was training and so we all were a bit new to the menu. The lady behind her who was making food, was listening in and understood exactly what my boyfriend was requesting and took control of the situation nicely. Absolutely love this place! We've been here nearly a dozen times and have always been happy. Their service is consistently nice and the food has always been delicious. All of the bagels and sandwiches that I've tried have been tasty. My favorites are the six-cheese bagel or the jalapeno cheddar bagel (always toasted). The bagels have the perfect amount of crispiness while the entire bagel is nice and soft. The toppings on the bagels have always been plentiful and they don't skimp. I must give an honorable mention to their seasonal goodie, the double chocolate peppermint muffin, it is the best holiday treat! I recommend joining their rewards program (the Shmear Society), I get great coupons every week and have gotten free things a few times. read more

Your high-carb dough and the layers of saturated fat that are slathered onto you in the form of a delectable flavored cream cheese, such as honey almond or sun-dried tomato, are, in fact, quite bad for me. My arteries scream in terror whenever I pass your quaint shop with the friendly employees on Dysart. But I can't stay away. You are always toasted to perfection. You come in so many delicious flavors that change with the seasons. Pumpkin crunch? Don't mind if I do. Gingerbread? Dunk me. And your bagel sandwiches - - my, oh my. How I love a thick cream cheese base upon which my boring-yet-nutritious sprouts can rest their weary heads, followed by sliced tomato and deli turkey. Maybe it's just me, but I'm a dipper. I like to tear my bagels and dip them in cream cheese. It's a control thing, don't judge!! So yesterday I saw the flashing lights of Einsteins. (Not literally!) But I was flying along Dysart and saw the store. Flipped a bitch (u-turn) and went back. (Sorry red Toyota, didn't mean to cut you off!) . Which is ok, since I was paying for cream cheese, I'd rather have more than less and not feel like I was ripped off. Driving down Dysart with my sonic coke and cream cheese all over. There was more white on that little bagel than up a hookers nose. It was good. I'll be back. They have more than bagels, they have pastries, eggs, coffee, tea... Nova Lox & Bagel is Sliced Lox, plain shmear, tomato, red onion & capers. Served on your choice of bagel. Sounds good huh, I had this on an everything bagel and Gus had garlic. It had a good portion of lox and cream cheese. I could have used a bit more onion, but I love onions so I am sure it was just fine for most. I had not been to an Einsteins in a long time, years I think. We sat out on the patio which is far enough off of the street to be comfortable with nicely trimmed plantings. I was a long time patron at the Einstein bagels on Academy in Alb, NM so I was ecstatic when I found one here. I finally went into the obscure location that I'd driven by everyday but its one of those locations that you remember as you drive by...if that makes sense? It's a nice clean location with friendly employees. I'm not one to often venture out of my comfort zone with bagels sandwiches so as expected, I went with an everything bagel toasted with cream cheese and lox....hold the capers and add the red onion. When I got my to-go order, the bagels was somewhat tossed in the box, open face with no lettuce or tomato. Ugh! I didn't find out til I got to my tuck and today was a day at the N. Pole so I dint want to get back out of my toasty truck. I gave them 3 stars because even though they were friendly, I felt rushed through my order, kinda like McDonald's. Dirty, bad service. I stood in a line marked "order here" for an espresso coffee for ten minutes. When I got to the front of the line, the manager told me I was in the wrong line and had to go straight to the line under the sign "pay here". When I placed my order, the barista/cash register guy waited to start my drink until he rung up three people behind me. I would have sat at a table but they were all too dirty. I watched the "barista" make a mocha or something for the man in front of me. The frothy milk that came from the silver bucket was chunky and gross. Great quick breakfast! Originally, we saw on google maps a Chick fil a and went there for breakfast, but they were still under construction. We were in a hurry and looked on google maps for the next nearest place for a quick breakfast. Lo and behold, Einsteins was right behind us in the same parking lot.
