I had never been here before, but I decided to take advantage of the coupon while also trying a new spot. I spent a total of $4.97 on a cinnamon roll, and as a result, I got the maple house egg sandwich free. I made my order for pickup up so I just walked in and walked out easily. - The cinnamon roll was not good. It was a dry, below-average cinnamon roll. I definitely wouldn't get it again. - The maple house egg sandwich looked pretty good on the app. It's a French toast bagel sandwich with syrup, so I was looking forward to it. But what I got was pretty disappointing. They didn't provide syrup on the sandwich or the side, and the bagel sandwich wasn't good. I ordered breakfast for delivery - also my first time trying Einstein bros bagels. I got the Texas brisket bagel with two eggs and on a jalapeño cheddar bagel. It was so good. The bagel itself, was perfectly baked and had a great balance of cheddar. I loved the acidity from the jalapeños. The brisket had great flavor. I enjoyed the eggs and the chipotle mayo. It was a waste of $20 for me and my husband ..very disappointing. I used to love Einstein bagels, but man I guess it's not the same as it was years ago. We had to walk over to Starbucks and get coffee when we were done. The bagels were not that bad however for a toasted bagel it was pretty cold. One morning, my wife decided to try the closest bagel place because she was craving for some baked breakfast items. I think it's safe to say this was probably one of our worst decisions. I am updating my former review. I have been reluctantly coming back to Einstein's Bagels and have been pleasantly surprised. The service has been exceptional and the dining area clean and well stocked. I come in mostly on Saturday mornings but occasionally stop by on a weekday. One employee in particular has changed my mind. Amy bustles around cleaning up as if it were her own kitchen! She has learned the names of the regulars and greets everyone with a smile. The coffee is always perked, creamer pitchers full and counters wiped spotless. The trash ladened floor behind the counter is no more!! Thank you also to Henry who quietly never stops moving. He smiles and is polite but most importantly keeps track of the orders and makes sure guests have what they need. Who ever hired these new workers hit the jackpot. The entire vibe has changed and the only downside is it seems to be getting busier and more crowded. Not a bad problem for a business! read more

It's one of my favorite bagel chains. However, this chain is slowly disappearing. As far as staff, it's hit or miss. Some of the employee arr are friendly and some could improve. The parking lot can be a nightmare because there's other restaurants that people love, like Starbucks. Sometimes the store can be very under staff which can be a problem if your on your way to work. However, I still get great customer service each time. They have their loyalty program which is good to be a part of. Mondays 13 bagels for $9. Free breakfast sandwich on your bday. Asiago Cheese bagel is my favorite and better than Paneras. They have a new pretzel bagel that'll try soon. Everything bagel and Ancient Grain get honorable mentions. I have had many a bagel in my day & I thought Einstein was pretty average. They have a good selection of bagels & spreads. However, the eggs & bacon sandwiches are mediocre. I hate places that serve those frozen egg patties run through a toaster oven. I got the vegetable on a seven-grain bagel with regular cream cheese. It wasn't bad but thought it was a bit over-priced. The ambiance it good. The service was ok but seems like it takes forever to get your food. This is not a place I would recommend unless you can't get bagels anywhere else. This place was so dirty it made my skin crawl...yikes! Tables were dirty, floors were dirty on the border of unsanitary. You can tell the chairs hadn't been wiped down in days...Went on a Sunday AM, and while many empty tables had dirty napkins and wrappers, they had about 4 employees staring at their phone. We have used the "catering" order ahead online a few times the past few months. You can order 6, 13, or 24 bagels which is nice to order for the family for the next day, or few depending. We have found it to be very convenient because this way everyone gets exactly what they'd like without worrying about their choice being sold out whenever you go. [There maybe could be a little more variety in the bagel offerings - my mom would like salt or egg bagels for example.] It's super easy and you can place the order even after they have closed for the day and it will be ready for you in the morning! If your group is full of large schemer users, 2 might not be enough for 13 bagels, but you can also just order the bagels and buy your cream cheese etc in larger amounts at the grocery store. You pay online when you place your order, and then simply go in to pick it up at whichever time slot you selected. One time there was a bit more of a wait, not because the store was busy, staff just seemed a bit disorganized? But overall, it's still super convenient and the bagel quality is good :) read more

This location isn't too bad. I've been here a couple of times because it's one of the only places to get something when I'm up early. Something is up with the efficiency of this location because there is always a wait. If you go in store to order or place an order online and expect it to be ready by the quoted time, you will probably be one of the many visibly frustrated people in the waiting area. I've been placing an online order 30 minutes before I plan on arriving at the store, and it's usually ready for me to grab from the shelf and go. This is a grab-and-go place; there's lots of floor space in the shop but there are no tables or chairs, and the interior is kind of icky anyways. The bagels are quite tasty, but I could see why people would be upset with the wait. My personal favorite is the Asiago bagel. read more

I've been to this locations many times and it's the same thing every time. You walk in and it takes 5-10min for someone to acknowledge you're there. Yes they work hard and are often busy with orders but they'll turn around and look at you but won't speak until minutes later. I get the Nova Lox. There's never more than a half a slither of salmon on these big bagel. I got it on an onion bagel and it was delicious... just not enough salmon. My boyfriend tried a bacon egg and cheese on A French toast bagel and he said he loved it. I have traveled around this country for the past 12 years as a Hotel Task Force Manager and have enjoyed Einstein Bros Bagels almost every morning that I've traveled between locations if one were an option and this location was THE MOST DISGUSTING I've ever step foot into. I can forgive a morning rush if that was the case but I walked in at 9am as the only customer to 2 young ladies at the "Order Here" counter, one strolling through her cellphone and the other sitting on a stool actually talking on the phone. I was never greeted with a "Good Morning" or "Welcome" despite my cheerful greeting. I wasn't even asked "What can I get for you today?", It was on me to start ordering. I ordered my bagel sandwich and a small coffee and attempted to find clean table, there were only 3. I went into the bathroom to wash my hands and the sink was so nasty, I almost didn't want to touch it. The toilet needed to be clean, empty box of seat covers, and the tissue was on the baby changing table. I chose to just use my hand sanitizer in my bag. When I came out, I saw there was a 3rd young lady working who must have been in the back. I went to the coffee station to fill my cup, there was debris all over the counter the dispensers weren't filled and there was no regular coffee in the 3 regular coffee urns that were on the counter. As a sat to eat my food and attempt to work on my computer, I found that there was no wifi and I saw there was also a gentleman working. And while there actually may have been wifi available to customers, the staff seemed so unwelcoming, I didn't care to ask about it. I walked in during a downtime, with 4 people working, there was no reason this restaurant should have been this filthy and uninviting. read more

I think their bagels are very good and more "authentic " than other places around here. They have a good selection and rarely run out of any of them. Their coffee is just the way I like it, not strong and mud-tasting like some of the popular places in the area. This was actually my first time coming to Einstein Bros. I know I know. I was trying to call ahead of time as I needed to place an order for pick up. I called 6 times and got no answer. I decided to just take my lunch there so I could place my order. Upon arriving, there was only one person ahead of me and 3 employees (whom I could see). I waited roughly 10 minutes before I was helped. The employee seemed very overwhelmed. My order was directly from their website. One "nosh box" and one "coffee for the group". The guy helping me had no idea was a nosh box was so he went around asking everyone. Eventually he found a manager who was able to tell him. He scribbled my order on the back of some receipt paper and said it would be ready by my requested time. As for the food I ordered for myself, one cinnamon muffin and one everything bagel. The bagel was great! No complaints there. It was soft and tasted fresh. The cinnamon muffin on the other hand was hard to eat. It was dry and very crumbly. I SHOULD have asked them to warm it up for me as this may have helped. I will most likely be back if I'm ever craving a bagel. I'm hoping my order is ready by 8am on Friday and is correct. I'm really tempted to give them 4 stars to be honest, because of the fantastic customer service that I received. That mango iced tea that the cashier recommended when I went to order regular iced tea was clutch. "I even said to her... thank goodness you told me there was mango iced tea. This place is consistently the worse but only convenient Einstein's in the area. As you can see- my cappuccino is mainly foam and s little bit of coffee way on the bottom . They do have some amazing bagels, though. Every now and then I feel like 500-800 calories for a bagel type breakfast. Sad the coffee assortment doesn't look much improved since the merger with caribou. Customer service has always packed and manager just gets defensive. The flavor of everything was decent and fresh, but the bagels themselves were stale, hard, and cold. They were so stiff and unappetizing that it made it difficult to physically eat the sandwiches. Even the cheese was hard and cold. It was a surprise that a place that markets itself as a bagel shop would neglect the quality of their signature item. National chain restaurant specializing in bagels and coffee, has a few other things. I received an email from the corporate marketing office that January 15 is National bagel day, offering a free bagel with cream cheese with a purchase. I purchased medium Caribou coffee (I miss the Caribou coffee shops). The bagel probably wasn't the greatest bagel I have ever had, but it filled me up. My only problem today was that I spelled out my name for the cashier and he still typed a different name. I could have been out five minutes sooner, because the guy kept calling for Alex, a gender neutral name (Alexandria, Alexis or Alexander) and there were two women ahead of me and a woman behind me. When the lady behind me got her order ahead of me I looked at my receipt and saw the name "Alex".
