Was glad when someone reached out on Yelp and said to please contact customer service so they could make it right... but at this point I have reached out multiple times with zero response from the company. Spent so much time trying to help them make things right but at this point am just frustrated Have been overcharged multiple times on the same visit Have been given incorrect orders Opened a box of a bakers dozen sliced bagels at home only to discover that about half were not sliced, the others that were sliced were sliced so badly that they would not fit in the toaster, and one bagel was even missing a quarter of the bagel that got hacked off and wasn't even in the box Have been ignored while trying to pick up to go orders while they sit and get cold on the to go shelf behind the counter Have been told that member rewards offers could not be redeemed despite having earned them through customer loyalty over multiple visits Reading all of this, perhaps the review should be one star just for the time spent trying to fix multiple preventable mistakes over the course of months, however some of the people there are friendly so they get a star Order accuracy, quality assurance, and customer service are all huge opportunities for improvement both in person and through the company since literally no one has followed up besides asking to please follow up when I already had and have done so since as well. read more

This is the worst location. I live closest to this one since 2019 and every time I try to give it another try I'm annoyed. I always hope theirs new employees who have basic skills to work here. My kids blueberry bagels with strawberry cream always taste like onion cream cheese, this is one of theirs today after not coming here for a year. Sometimes I feel like it's purposely done, one time I got a bacon, avocado, tomato egg white sandwich bagel with no egg. And other times no sauce at all in my sandwiches. I had the most bizarre experience here. My friends and I have gotten breakfast here before skiing for probably the past 10 years. The experience has always been subpar. I don't know what has happened with this location in the past few years, but it needs new management! They literally NEVER get an order correct. I don't know if they cannot hear in their headsets, but even when I go inside, they don't get it right. Even if you ask them to re-make it correctly, it comes back wrong again. This place seems to have a lot of bad reviews, but we have never had an issue! We love the bagel sandwiches and shmear. They have always been quick and never gotten an order wrong or anything! Came to the this location as it was the closest to where my daughter lives and where my granddaughter wanted to have breakfast. Bagels and coffee were the typical standard/mediocre fair. Was very disappointed that there were not any tables or chairs available to sit down -all tables weee removed fans stacked outside. read more

It's about 12:30 dec 10th. I just left the drive thru where I witnessed an employee with medium length light brown hair throw a bag of chips into a bag held by another employee. He missed. The second employee picked up the chips off the floor and placed them back into the bag then handed it over to the lady in the drive through. Who handed me the bag while scowling at me. To make matters worse. The bagel I ordered was burnt. I can understand that it's difficult to find help willing to work in a Sunday afternoon. But if this is the best you can come up with, you're better off firing the staff and closing the doors. Their behavior is appalling. read more

We had a couple of coupons for a free lunch from a 5K goodie-bag way back when, so with the 12/31 expiration date looming it was off to Draper for an Einstein lunch. I'm actually a fan of their bagels. Lots of varieties to choose from and they're perfectly chewy and all together lovely. Add a schpread and you've got a little bit of boiled and baked badaciousness in your boca. As a lunch place, there's still plenty to be desired. I got a turkey sandwich on Asiago bagel, and truthfully, I got nothing bad to say about it. Plenty of meat, a nice cream cheese and herb spread, sprouts, tomater. I'd do it again in a heartbeat. And the potato salad that came along with it was a bit too creamy, but definitely delicious. So props on that. Where they lost points was on the hot sandwich ordered. Served on a fakey panini bread with a pressed chicken cutlet. Straight out of the microwave, just long enough for the bread to be soggy and hot and the chicken thing to be a few degrees below room temperature. Really disappointing, because this place is clearly head and shoulders above most of the other chain options for a decent lunch. In the end, I'd definitely go back. But avoid the hot stuff and stick with what Einstein does best--good bagels and simple sandwiches. read more

I come here at least once a week for breakfast on the go. I get the same order every time and it's very simple, but they seem to get it wrong every other time unfortunately. This is now officially my favorite Einstein Bagels. They have a drive thru, which is convenient, and the food and coffee is excellent (my order is always correct). But the real star at this location is the staff. There's a kind woman who took my order the last two times in the drive thru, and not only did she remember me weeks later (and how I take my coffee) but she brightened my whole day with her kindness. Horrible!!! This location is so DIRTY inside it is discussing. So if they cannot even keep the floors clean what are their food handling practices like??? The coffee in the decanters was all cold. The floors had debris and spilled coffee and food on the carpeting area and the hard floor surfaces. Crumbs and food particles.... Not sure if this location has EVER been swept or mopped. Even the table tops were filthy for the DoorDash pick up. There is no indoor dining at this location at this time possibly because they don't like to clean. read more

Problem: Only one outlet in the whole customer area. Other issue: cleanliness. Bathroom was esp gross. I moved to Draper 72 hours ago and have only been around very nice servers and managers at every stop. Drove to this place and a nice man leaving opened the door for me. Before I could say thank you, the manager Brandy, screamed at me "Go though the other door. That's not the entrance." With no one person in the place, we walked around the building to the entrance and not one employee greeted us or talked to us until we went to the cashier to place our order. I have to say Utah is still the most kind and friendly state I have ever visited, but not a fan of this place of Einstein's establishment. read more

I've only been to this location twice and I only went because it's on my way to work and the food is good. But the service is horrible. The first time I went, I went through the drive through and it took 20 minutes for me to get my sandwich. The next time I went in because the drive through was wrapped around and it took 20 minutes too. I don't mind waiting but when you have people come in well after you with the same order get their food before you because they know the employees, it's not right. Don't hire people who don't choose the customers first before their friends. I will not be returning to this location, I will go a different route to work the next time I want breakfast from Einstein's. read more
