Sloppiest nova lox bagel ever made. Weakest cold brew coffee I've ever had. This place should be transformed completely, or close. read more

Really used to enjoy this location because of the delicious bagels but have had a few bad experiences now and have reached out on multiple occasions to fix it. Was glad when someone reached out on Yelp and said to please contact customer service so they could make it right... but at this point I have reached out multiple times with zero response from the company. Spent so much time trying to help them make things right but at this point am just frustrated Have been overcharged multiple times on the same visit Have been given incorrect orders Opened a box of a bakers dozen sliced bagels at home only to discover that about half were not sliced, the others that were sliced were sliced so badly that they would not fit in the toaster, and one bagel was even missing a quarter of the bagel that got hacked off and wasn't even in the box Have been ignored while trying to pick up to go orders while they sit and get cold on the to go shelf behind the counter Have been told that member rewards offers could not be redeemed despite having earned them through customer loyalty over multiple visits Reading all of this, perhaps the review should be one star just for the time spent trying to fix multiple preventable mistakes over the course of months, however some of the people there are friendly so they get a star Order accuracy, quality assurance, and customer service are all huge opportunities for improvement both in person and through the company since literally no one has followed up besides asking to please follow up when I already had and have done so since as well. read more

I go here everyday and am always remembered. They have my favorite drink and everyone is so nice. I love this place !!

Costumer service was 0/10 They working so slow. I asked for a simple bagel and it took 23 min!!!! read more

What a dump. Always unorganized. A jailhouse cafeteria has a nicer environment. Workers are sloppy at best. read more

I don't know how this place survives. Worst customer service and so painfully slow. No one there seems to care about customers.

2pm on a Sunday, about to close and they still made me a fresh cup of coffee. How is that for service? Staff is always so nice here and they work as fast as they can. It's always clean in here as well. read more

If I could give more stars I would!! Sue was the best ever! She made my day and gave me the absolute best service ever! I don't know if there's promotions but she needs one asap because she went above and beyond any place I have ever been! Sue is the best!! read more

I've been to this location enough times to say I'm never coming back. Consistently get my order wrong. And I don't even think they know what coffee is. I asked for an Americano and I had to explain them how to make it. lol. It's just a bunch of high schoolers trying to run a store and they're failing so miserably it might be laughable if they weren't the future of this country. read more

I have never been to this location before and will never return again, aside from the food not testing super fresh, i found an earwig in my sandwich. I tried calling the store multiple times with no answer, save yourself the time, money and potential disease and go somewhere else read more

I have been going to this location for several years now, and I must say that I absolutely love it! Their awesome staff know me by name, and always greet me with a smile! They know exactly what I'm looking for when I come in, and I have never left disappointed! read more

This is the worst location. I live closest to this one since 2019 and every time I try to give it another try I'm annoyed. I always hope theirs new employees who have basic skills to work here. My kids blueberry bagels with strawberry cream always taste like onion cream cheese, this is one of theirs today after not coming here for a year. Sometimes I feel like it's purposely done, one time I got a bacon, avocado, tomato egg white sandwich bagel with no egg. And other times no sauce at all in my sandwiches. I'm never a Karen to react or complain to them, I always tip and use my manners. Just over it, feels like a slap on the face every time. Go here if you wanna feel like a joke read more

Einstein Bros. Bagels - That's a jalapeño on my 2 year olds strawberry bagel. - Bagels Near Me - Draper, Utah

I Purchased a box of Bagels on Friday around 11:30 am. Drive up was very very busy, but efficient in getting orders out. GOT HOME --OPENED my box to have one of my favorites. ...ASIAGO OR CINNAMON RAISIN. ....The majority --Asiago --were BURNED on top and sides. The " cheese" was dark dark brown if not BLACK! *****NOT APPEALING***** The RAISIN ones looked unappealing.. blobs not bagels. So a BIG FAT WASTE OF MY 20+BUCKS! I EVEN gave a tip...when I shouldn't have b I could buy bagels at the grocery that have NEVER BEEN BURNED, BUT my preference is EINSTEINS.... The ENTIRE box of *BAGELS* went in the TRASH ( except the cream cheese ) SHAME ON WHOEVER PUT THESE IN MY BOX!! DISAPPOINTED.... read more

Fast, friendly amazing staff! Such a delightful way to start my day! Bagels were fresh and delicious!

I don't know what has happened with this location in the past few years, but it needs new management! They literally NEVER get an order correct. I don't know if they cannot hear in their headsets, but even when I go inside, they don't get it right. Even if you ask them to re-make it correctly, it comes back wrong again. I've never dealt with this at any other establishment. The only reason I give two stars as the food is almost always delicious. But it is seriously ridiculous that they can never get the order right! read more

I had the most bizarre experience here. My friends and I have gotten breakfast here before skiing for probably the past 10 years. The experience has always been subpar. But the other day we went inside to order and stood at the front of the line to order for legitimately 5 minutes. There were workers. No one spoke to us. No one said it would be a minute. They just ignored us. It was very strange. read more

This place seems to have a lot of bad reviews, but we have never had an issue! We love the bagel sandwiches and shmear. They have always been quick and never gotten an order wrong or anything! We pass through Draper often and hit up Einstein on our way out and have only ever had a positive experience. Will keep coming back! read more

Came to the this location as it was the closest to where my daughter lives and where my granddaughter wanted to have breakfast. Bagels and coffee were the typical standard/mediocre fair. Was very disappointed that there were not any tables or chairs available to sit down -all tables weee removed fans stacked outside. read more

It's about 12:30 dec 10th. I just left the drive thru where I witnessed an employee with medium length light brown hair throw a bag of chips into a bag held by another employee. He missed. The second employee picked up the chips off the floor and placed them back into the bag then handed it over to the lady in the drive through. Who handed me the bag while scowling at me. To make matters worse. The bagel I ordered was burnt. I can understand that it's difficult to find help willing to work in a Sunday afternoon. But if this is the best you can come up with, you're better off firing the staff and closing the doors. Their behavior is appalling. read more

sue always makes my day better and provides such great service!! i always look forward to seeing her in the drive thru!

Just an average bagel store. Good but not as good as I've had in the past. Prefer Rich's bagels.

Wow, I can't believe how bad Einsteins has gone downhill. They don't serve honey anymore, they don't have sugar in the raw anymore, the coffee was cold, and the selections were meager. Most likely will not return read more

We had a couple of coupons for a free lunch from a 5K goodie-bag way back when, so with the 12/31 expiration date looming it was off to Draper for an Einstein lunch. I'm actually a fan of their bagels. Lots of varieties to choose from and they're perfectly chewy and all together lovely. Add a schpread and you've got a little bit of boiled and baked badaciousness in your boca. As a lunch place, there's still plenty to be desired. I got a turkey sandwich on Asiago bagel, and truthfully, I got nothing bad to say about it. Plenty of meat, a nice cream cheese and herb spread, sprouts, tomater. I'd do it again in a heartbeat. And the potato salad that came along with it was a bit too creamy, but definitely delicious. So props on that. Where they lost points was on the hot sandwich ordered. Served on a fakey panini bread with a pressed chicken cutlet. Straight out of the microwave, just long enough for the bread to be soggy and hot and the chicken thing to be a few degrees below room temperature. Really disappointing, because this place is clearly head and shoulders above most of the other chain options for a decent lunch. In the end, I'd definitely go back. But avoid the hot stuff and stick with what Einstein does best--good bagels and simple sandwiches. read more

The Draper Einstein Bagel store performs a wonderful service for seniors by donating their left over bagels to the Draper Senior Center every Tuesday. I'm The "bagel lady" who picks them up, bags them and sets out to be picked up the next day. The seniors look forward to this every week. There is never a leftover bag. Speaking for the Center, we are very grateful for this donation. It makes a big difference in many seniors lives. The Draper Advisory Committee. read more

I come here at least once a week for breakfast on the go. I get the same order every time and it's very simple, but they seem to get it wrong every other time unfortunately. When they get it right it's such a good breakfast, but its frustrating that it's wrong so much. I'm happy they have a drive thru and and an outdoor eating area you can bring your dog. read more

This is now officially my favorite Einstein Bagels. They have a drive thru, which is convenient, and the food and coffee is excellent (my order is always correct). But the real star at this location is the staff. There's a kind woman who took my order the last two times in the drive thru, and not only did she remember me weeks later (and how I take my coffee) but she brightened my whole day with her kindness. Thank you, kind Einstein's employee! read more

Horrible!!! This location is so DIRTY inside it is discussing. So if they cannot even keep the floors clean what are their food handling practices like??? The coffee in the decanters was all cold. The floors had debris and spilled coffee and food on the carpeting area and the hard floor surfaces. Crumbs and food particles.... Not sure if this location has EVER been swept or mopped. Even the table tops were filthy for the DoorDash pick up. There is no indoor dining at this location at this time possibly because they don't like to clean. read more

Said I wanted HAM AND CHEDDAR only on a plain bagel like 3 times and when we got up to the window the guy read back the order and said ham Swiss and egg and we said no ham and cheddar no egg and he said yeah that's what I meant then proceeded to give me a plain bagel with Ham Swiss and egg. It's not rocket science read more

We stopped in a few months back as a family, on a Saturday for breakfast. I ordered the Santa Fe Breakfast bagel sandwich. This location is well maintained it didn't feel like it was getting old. I usually love Einstein Bros but this location was terrible, we went through drive-thru and my boyfriend added one thing to our order when he went to pay and they gave us attitude and when they gave us the food my boyfriend said thank you and her response was "mhmm" and the food was disgusting and messy. read more

Great family breakfast place ... Delicious ! We loved Asiago bagels double toasted with Jalapeño smear.... Spicy ! The egg on the bagels is average... Taste not really fresh (microwaved ?) UPDATE: gasp - went to the bathroom two hours later (after informing staff about the lack of toilet paper) and still no toilet paper!! One other customer in the store. ------ Spent the day here working. Employees were super friendly and helpful. Food was good, and they had what I wanted (poppyseed w cream cheese for bfast, avocado bacon for lunch) minus ice for my drink. Nice patio area. WiFi was a little slow but worked. Problem: Only one outlet in the whole customer area. Other issue: cleanliness. Bathroom was esp gross. Picked up but not clean (walls and baseboards etc need a good scrub) and was completely out of toilet paper (even though they weren't busy ... I was the only person there for an hour.) read more

I moved to Draper 72 hours ago and have only been around very nice servers and managers at every stop. Drove to this place and a nice man leaving opened the door for me. Before I could say thank you, the manager Brandy, screamed at me "Go though the other door. That's not the entrance." With no one person in the place, we walked around the building to the entrance and not one employee greeted us or talked to us until we went to the cashier to place our order. I have to say Utah is still the most kind and friendly state I have ever visited, but not a fan of this place of Einstein's establishment. read more

I've only been to this location twice and I only went because it's on my way to work and the food is good. But the service is horrible. The first time I went, I went through the drive through and it took 20 minutes for me to get my sandwich. The next time I went in because the drive through was wrapped around and it took 20 minutes too. I don't mind waiting but when you have people come in well after you with the same order get their food before you because they know the employees, it's not right. Don't hire people who don't choose the customers first before their friends. I will not be returning to this location, I will go a different route to work the next time I want breakfast from Einstein's. read more
