Yes, it's a little tight, making the turns around the building-and the line can get long. But my goodness-the energy from the staff... and the freshness of these bagels... good morning! I could easily make this a weekly habit... especially now that I've discovered the maple French toast bagel. I had it toasted with butter... and have been singing about it ever since. The first time that I came here I was very satisfied. However, ever since then the personnel have been slightly cordial, but most are somewhat hostile. For context, we are a family of 6, so our order is normally larger than most. I thought that your company liked taking orders and making money, but if this continues I will take my business elsewhere. This falls directly on management's shoulders. Loved Einstein, I was a weekly regular. Do NOT order on any mobile delivery app. The last several times I've ordered, the quality is giving "I hate my job and the customers". Smashed bagels, so much smear that it comes out of the wrapper all over the inside of the bag. Things that can only be viewed as intentional. Sooooooo, this bagel shop. It's funny how I didn't read the reviews before but they are now stating some of my concerns. We came into town for a very special event. We didn't want to go there hungry. Originally we opted for Brandon Bagels but they were not on ubereats. Funny enough they have 4 and a half stars now that I've checked. But back to this review. The options are 1. type of bagels 2. toasted or not toasted 3. Sides: chips or not. No other options. Less shmear or no shmear, more onions or no onions. We ordered TOASTED onion bagels with Lox. The bagel arrived like it just literally came out of the fridge. That's how cold the sandwich was. And can I say messy? The sandwich didn't eat well. Did not feel welcomed at all. The service here was absolutely rude and not to just me to everybody. At first I thought the person in front of me maybe did something to the cashier to upset her in a way that she was just raising her tone...nope when It was my turn she was still being rude telling me not to order until she said she when before I could even say a single word! Also told me that she's not scanning anything after asking if I could scan for my rewards. So I got my drinks and waited for my food. My food got out at the pick up area which was fine but when I asked for a manager they said he was really backed up and told me that he would address my concerns to him. I always get pretty good service here. They are often quick and efficient. I don't have any complaints about this particular location. They can get pretty busy at times but that just means they have good food, give them some grace when they get busy. I love their Lox bagels but definitely get it toasted. read more

5 employees behind the counter working. I am the only person in line and there are two cars in the drive through. So staffed and not busy. I waited for over 8 minutes before someone finally comes up and asks if I've ordered yet. Also the soda machine's ice machine doesn't work and the soda was completely flat. I go here pretty often & never had a problem until today. I ordered a large drink via mobile app to be picked up through drive thru. When I picked up my order I was given a small drink. I didn't realize until I drove away so I parked & went inside. When I brought it to their attention their solution was to give me another small drink... I can understand the logic behind this but proper customer service & standard practice is to give the customer the CORRECT order when the error is brought to attention. When you come inside you cannot just order 1 bagel at best you are walking out with 1/2 to a whole dozen. For breakfast the bagel sandwiches are so good. My favoriite right now os the bacon and spinach bagel with 1 egg. The roasted tomatoe sauce they put in it gives this breakfast bagel sandwich a pizza like flavor. Not too strong but makes it great for early or mid day breakfast. Einsten Bagles is definitely a better option for a quick go through the car line stop. read more

Breakfast worth checking out. Einstein Bros is a fast food casual bagel/coffee place that has tons of options. They have so many bagels to choose from you may experience option paralysis. They also have a nice selection of spreads or "Shmear" which add to the array of choices. Their drink menu includes Macchiatos, cold brew, teas, smoothies, and fruit juices. I ordered a cold brew black which was pretty good along with an everything bagel and avocado spread. My bagel was a solid cut above what you would expect from other restaurants in this same class. They also had hot brunchy sandwiches that looked pretty good as well. The service was quick and the staff was very helpful welcoming. The inside has a coffee shop vibe and seems like the kind of place that would be comfortable to sit inside and hang out for a while. The best part was this place wasn't super slammed with people either. All in all the food and cold brew were very enjoyable. I come here to have breakfast once every few months while waiting for my car's oil change/repair to be done. I had the chorizo sunrise last time I was here, with some coffee. The price was a little on the pricier side for the food, but not too much. I have to give them props on the food, the order was flavorful and spicy just as I want chorizo to be. The coffee was nothing special but good enough for the caffeine fix I needed. The place was not too busy when I was there, there were a number of free tables and a few groups of people having breakfast. The lady who took my order was nice, but there was another staff member who reached over my table and grabbed the empty tray after I was done, no words or eye contact, just like how one would clear out a table without a person sitting there. I was using my laptop then while finishing my coffee and it's not a very pleasant surprise when someone suddenly grabs the empty tray next to you then leaves. read more

What is the point of ordering on the app ahead of time if you still have to wait 30 minutes for your order once you're there. We come in most weekends and order a couple sandwiches, my wife usually orders the drinks. We stood there watching order after order going out the drive thru and across the counter for walk-ins. Had to complain to manager, him looking for our receipt. Finally got our order and barely warm, like not much above room temperature. Spend $20 for a breakfast and after 30 minutes comes out barely warm. This is not acceptable. Not at all acceptable. Save your money and go somewhere else. read more

Don't bother with the app. Today I went through the drive through coffee and baffle. The app said I can get a free coffee but when she scanned it she took my points for the bagel and charged me for the coffee. My husband was mad and said never going there again. Extremely terrible experience this morning with the general manager, Gabe Reyes. They got the order wrong. I decided to cancel the order after waiting 22 minutes as a walk-in (not drive-thru customer). Even though I paid with my Chase credit card, manager returned cash to me which was 70 cents short of the full $11 I was owed. Manager said they don't refund the tax! Which is incorrect! He finally literally threw a $10 and a $1 bill at me! Very unpleasant, dismissive, aggressive, words, actions, and behavior from a manager! I will never return! Ever! read more

Though they were flooded with customers, the employees rapidly took our orders and didn't miss a beat. I've always loved this place for coffee and breakfast bagel! Unfortunately my experience today wasn't good. The young lady who took my order was very pleasant and so was the young man who gave me my orders. However, the older tall gentleman behind the counter with glasses (possibly Expo) was not very polite and made me feel I was a bother. My bagel sandwich was not cut through, the entire bottom bagel was not cut. With egg avocado and more on it I needed it cut through so I could hold it without falling apart. I said excuse me can you cut this all the way through. He grabbed my sandwich slammed it on the counter and smashed it down aggressive to cut it. Gave it back to me a complete mess and turned around. He never even spoke one word but I would have been better off tearing it apart myself because the sandwich was now a mess from him. He may have been a manager too and I surely hope not. I was disappointed because my order lacked all of the customization I requested and paid for (extra arugula, add avocado) and, of course, I only noticed after arriving home.
