Service 10/10 Friendly, pleasant, and helpful service. Ambiance 9/10 Clean and minimal design. On a Friday early, there was only 2-3 customers studying or reading. Great place to study with good free wifi, outlets, and a bathroom. There's also plenty of parking and lots of restaurants and eateries walking distance. I'll definitely be coming back for another Iced Vanilla Latte.

There were so many ways to get to a seat but we decided to go to the desk area to wait to be seated. We looked around and couldn't find anyone, so we asked a couple that was already seated and they said to just go grab a seat because the same thing happened to them. So once we grabbed our seats, the waiter went to the front desk and brought our menus. They were very nice and one was a Dallas cowboys fan, so she started playing like she couldn't serve me because of my Eagle hat. Anyway, we enjoyed the service and our waitress. As for the food, I ordered the fish tacos and they were ok. I'm not sure I would get them again. Also the kids meals looked very plain and boring (penne pasta with nothing on it and a cheese pizza). We did say we weren't going to really eat much because we were headed to Knott's Boysenberry Festival so we were saving room for that. Overall, it was a decent meal and nothing to write home about. There wasn't anything wrong because my kids ate their food and I thought my tacos were just ok. The coffee has a slightly bright, acidic flavor, which I really enjoy. It's also not a bad place to study, and the staff are always very friendly. But there is ONE major downside... it's way too hot. I mean, isn't one of the reasons we go to a coffee shop to sit somewhere cool and comfortable while studying? I'm not sure if they don't have the AC running enough because the place gets so crowded, but I was sitting there trying to study and eventually got so hot that I had no choice but to leave. Honestly, I feel like a coffee shop being THAT hot is serious enough to take off two stars. The coffee itself deserves five stars--it really does taste that good! But since I have to rate the overall experience, I just can't give it five stars this time.

It was airy and offered a great chew. We asked for it to be well done to get a little snap in that crust. The meat was excellent and not too salty.
