This cafe has easily taken the #1 spot for breakfast in rockwall. I'm Rather persnickety when it comes to breakfast, and they hit the nail on the head. My eggs were flavorful and fluffy, my pancakes tasted like desert, my orange juice was fresh squeezed and my bacon was hot and crisp. Not to mention their coffee is rich and has depth. It's an Italian import, medium roast Segafredo Zanetti. We went on a Sunday morning, the place was packed but we waited less than 10 mins. Our food made it to our table less than 10 mins after ordering. Kristyn was our server and was very helpful while we were deciding our entrees. Not to mention the manager stopped by our table several times. Not something you typically see on a busy Sunday morning. Needless to say we will be back! read more

Ugh, soooo good. We tried it out after drooling over the Yelp photos. Tastes as good as it looks. Fast service and left us rolling out the door stuffed. We ordered the Santa Fe skillet and the Chorizo Omelet. Both came with choice of bread or pancake. We opted for sourdough toast and blueberry pancakes. The food is really good. All the employees are very nice and attentive. They have all types of coffee creamers which is a plus(I like vanilla creamer). The pancakes were so good, you don't even need to add anymore syrup. Being able to Join the waitlist prior to actually being there is a huge plus!!! This is a great spot for breakfast! We've been twice and the food has been wonderful both times. The corned beef hash is authentic and the bacon is very crispy. No matter how big they make the restaurant they seem to be busy to spite the high prices and the mediocre food they don't seem to be able to make crisp bacon or even cooked bacon most bacon is translucent but then they're able to burn a pancake or a waffle especially toast cold burnt to a crisp toast that isn't fit for a dog if you go for a avocado toast and there is only a small sliver of avocado on it .The staff seems to be clueless with simple request i.e hot sauce or refills on the drinks or even something as simple as napkins I think this is a location that thrives from the tourist crowd or the quote unquote "hip crowd"I think the food is basic , to pay top dollar for mediocre food you could get a better product better service better food better staff and better all around experience just by going to the local waffle House ! I think the cooks are out of their depth .I think the servers are fake nice and I think the supervisors or owner/manager always seem to have their mind on something else and have a regrettable look on their face like they would rather be anywhere but there so they do not take any sort of criticism or any sort of request series and it's kind of sad because it was our go-to restaurant for a long time however it has fell off within the last two years read more

Hands down the best breakfast we've ever had anywhere. Ever. Anywhere. The staff are friendly and the owner came and spoke to us like we were old friends. They have an entire eggs Benedict menu- I got the crab cake Benedict and the greens and naan were the perfect accoutrements. Cannot say enough good things.
