First time trying Crepes 4 U, and it was truly such a lovely experience from start to finish. Paul, the owner, chef, cashier etc is an amazing one man show! My sister chose the seasonal Mango crepe, and I got the Symphony crepe. Paul takes the time to make your crepe and really makes them with love and care! He'll take the time to get to know you, and it's a very comfortable environment! He slices everything fresh, and I really appreciate seeing the whole process happen! It's been 11 years since my first review for Paul and he still deserves a 5 star. I moved out of Dallas so it's been years since I've been here. At least 5 years but is it crazy he still remembers me?! Man has a wild memory. His shop is still the same, just with a line out the door. It's still just him behind the counter but he greets every customer individually with a smile and has a personal convo with everyone. He's added a few things on his menu and you're allowed to customize and switch out things. My only complaint is that he doesn't ask you if you want it soft or crispy anymore but I'm sure he will accommodate if you ask. My kids devoured their crepes so safe to say they loved it. read more

Easily one of my favorite dessert places in the greater Dallas area! It's a small store located inside JusGo supermarket, so it might be hard to find for people who have never been to JusGo. This is probably the best crepe place in the DFW area! When I first moved down to Dallas in 2020, I didn't know Paul was such a superstar in the community! I was craving crepes and saw the shop inside Jusgo, so I stopped by! Paul was so nice, he started talking and making small talks about moving and that made an impression on me. I ordered my strawberry nutella crepe with butter pecan ice-cream, and he got to work right away. I watched him assembled the fresh crepe right in front of me, and it was one of the best crepes I've ever eaten (I ate some in Paris before too). (This review is from a visit on August 22, 2023) This store is the BOMB! We were in Plano and craving something sweet, so we checked yelp. To our astonishment, we found a place that had been operating for 17 years nearby, with a nearly perfect 5 star rating. Though we had some difficulty finding the place, we eventually did! (Don't give up ya'll!) It was located in the Jusgo Market Grocery Store's plaza, and as unassuming a place as the market was, we were in for an awesome surprise. As soon as we walked in, a friendly elderly Asian gentleman greeted us as the motion-detector lights came on, exclaiming with a hearty laugh. "You two have just brightened my day!" What followed was an amazing and genuine conversation with one of the most beautiful souls we have met. Look on yelp, look on Facebook. Mr. Paul is one of the kindest and most humble people that I've ever met. He goes out of his way to really get to know each of his customers while he makes the delicious crepes, making sure to listen and ask all sorts of questions that show he's genuinely interested in you. It's like in a gentle, fatherly sort of way, something that you don't see too often. And while Mr. Paul will tell you that his wife always tells him to just serve the crepes and stop bothering the customer, I can reassure you that not one thing this man did could bother us. Yes, people come here for the awesome crepes, but even more for him. And boy, could he hold a conversation. From Richard Feynman, to Blackpink, to our backgrounds, the only thing I wished that we had talked about more was him! Now, onto the crepes. We tried the Romeo and the Momo. Both were amazing, crispy on the outside, and fluffy soft within. The hazelnut chocolate sauce was just right. Paul has spent a good many years learning from the French how to create this mix between Japanese and French crepes, and travelled many times to Paris. he is knowledgeable and makes his crepes excellently. Make sure to check this place out, I promise you you'll be blown away by his hospitality and delicious crepes. We'll be back every time we come to Dallas from now on. read more

One aspect that I really loved is that he cooked them a little longer than most crepe makers. The reason why this is crucial is when you put in the toppings and other items, the crepe does not get soggy.
