Love that. I tried the banana cloud matcha with oat milk. The banana cloud was sweet but not overbearing to the matcha. If you are a coffee drinker, you could get a cold brew for just $3! Happymix is a beautiful & intentional locally owned shop in the heart of downtown. I tried recommendations from staff members, because who knows the menu better than the folks who work there?! :D Recommended by Rocco: strawberry cloud matcha Recommended by Chloe: milk & honey crepe, with added strawberries On the walls you'll find paintings of flowers that are available for purchase as well! Another point to note, they don't accept tips, I assume to remove the guilt from consumers. Even when I tried to support & tip in cash, Kirsten let me know they're taken care of, and not to worry about them. Which I thought was very sweet and honorable! Super cute place nestled in downtown McKinney! Been waiting for this place to open up for quite some time and it's absolutely beautiful on the inside, the staff were very friendly as well! My husband and I ordered the mushroom & mozzarella savory crepe which was very delicious (so good I didn't want to share!) esp for a vegetarian/no meat option. I was also eyeing the steak & cheese which I'll have to try next time. For drinks we got the birthday cloud matcha and yellow yum smoothie, both were super good. As a matcha girly can definitely say that their matcha met my expectations and was delicious! They just opened up not too long ago so if you're around the downtown McKinney area definitely worth it to check out! read more

They were super sweet, don't accept tips, tax is included in their pricing, and there isn't an upcharge on alternate milks. My daughter loved it. Her crepe was yummy and macha tea was just right. Nice clean shop with super friendly owners. (We LOVE a mom and pop! Go American Dream!) read more

We are so glad we got to check this new crepe place out in downtown McKinney. It was definitely worth the drive. All the staff were really nice and helpful. We ordered the top two favorite sweet crepes - strawberry Nutella and milk and honey. Both did not disappoint. We got to eat them right off the press and the taste was on point!!!! Great addition to Historic Downtown McKinney. Super cute on the outside and inside as well. Located just down from Red Zeppelin and Emporium Pies. You can easily wander over from the farmer's market and just around the corner from the courthouse When they called the orders out they say the crepe name and then the person's name. Each time I was salivating as I thought oh that sounds great, too! Met the owner. She was really sweet and came around to all the tables thanking us for coming. A food influencer posted a real last night and by this morning had 3500 likes. This drove a lot of business to Happymix. Still in the soft opening period. My wife got the Nutella & Banana and I tried the Milk & Honey - this included vanilla custard, honey, whipped cream, graham cracker, and honeycomb. Absolutely decadent!! A++++. Such a dainty and beautiful addition to the downtown area. I've been following the owners on IG on the building of this business; and their story just brought me to tears. Such an emotional story and I'm so happy that their vision came to life. I've been three times since my first visit. Staff overall is friendly; there was one day one of the girls wasn't the most pleasant. The menu has a great variety; love that they also have savory crepes as well as sweet ones. My first time here I got the banana matcha and the milk and honey crepe. The crepe was delicious and the presentation was too cute. The matcha; not my favorite. 2/10 for me; the banana was too imitation tasting and too overpowering. My next visit I got the cookies and cream crepe and the lavender matcha. Both were very delicious. Matcha was done so well. And the take out packaging for the crepes were very well thought out. Next visit I did the lavender matcha again. I can't wait to try the savory crepes soon.
