I wanted to like this place, and was excited to try it. The place is clean and service friendly. The menu has a lot of choices, including boba tea, slushies, smoothies... I decided on a smoothie. I ordered banana/blueberry as my flavors, and was pleased to hear they don't use milk in the smoothies as I can't have that. I didn't watch it get made, so I don't know exactly what was in it, but it tasted very artificial, and far too sweet to be just actual banana and blueberries blended with a base. I couldn't get over the strange taste, and had to toss it out, which I almost never do with any food or drink. Unfortunately, I won't be coming back here, and I can't recommend others do, though perhaps the boba tea is the way to go if you do stop by. read more

It is owned and operated by a family so it is very personal and friendly and welcoming! Let me start off by saying that I am a huge bubble tea fan! I found out about this place while looking for a dessert place in the area for my kids. When I walked in the first thing that I noticed was the very cute and very colorful decor! The only thing I did not like was the location of the menu as it is in a strange place, so I had to stop right after entering to see what I wanted before I proceeded to the counter to order. I think it would have functioned better behind the counter. There were two ladies working behind the counter. One of them greeted me and answered my questions about their menu and how their tea is made. It was then that I discovered that they were sisters! I also like my tea without much sugar and wanted to make sure that the drink I chose would not be super sweet. She told me that they can adjust the level of sweetness and that her sister makes one of the best rose teas in the area so that was a deal for me. I then ordered the rose milk tea with basil seeds and fresh edible rose petals. I must admit she was right the tea was very tasty and had hints of rose flavoring and hints of jasmine. It was the perfect combination of flavors and the tea was lightly sweetened which was perfect for me. They put just the right ratio of ice, boba, petals and seeds! I was very impressed, I'm excited to return in the future to try some of the teas on the menu. read more

Great staff! Very friendly and super helpful! I couldn't decide and they offered a free sample. Fair prices and a very large selection to pick from. I got the classic royal which had a smooth and slightly spiced taste to it with coffee boba and the pina colada with fresh fruit and popping boba. I did not try any of their appetizers so ai can not comment on the food but they got the drinks down pat :) Interior is very clean and has a comfort meets modern design feel to it. Because of the covid19 I didn't bring all the kids, The guy behind the counter that took our order was very nice and had great customer service, but the Younger lady that made the drinks did not have great customer service, I had nine drinks that she wanted to hand me them one by one so I asked for a drink holder she didn't answer just rolled her eyes, then I asked if they marked their drinks and with an attitude she said no so I asked how would I know which one is which by the time I get home I will forget she rolled her eyes again and I asked for a permanent marker and they ignored that comment. By the time they were all done she let me know what is what with an attitude. Have allergies or food sensitivities? BEWARE!! I ordered a peach tea and they substituted mango for the peaches without telling me, even after I verfied every ingredient in the drink I ordered. I am very allergic to mango!! Within 30 minutes my throat closed up and I could barely breathe so I called them back to double check my suspicion. I have been looking for a new smoothie place,for a good raspberry smoothie, ever since smoothie factory closed years ago and I finally found my place! Pretty disappointed in this place. I was supposed to be a first time customer and obviously I don't have a career in "Boba Tea", so I'm not aware of the bases and combos they provide. All I know, is the order I continuously get from places and always enjoy. Some boba places don't offer my flavor, others say they have something that "tastes the exact same" yet it doesn't. So now, when I walk up to the register I simply ask if they have a specific flavor. These three women at the counter were so rude and did not want to be bothered by anything "complicated." Yet, I feel like asking for a simple flavor, is a basic yes or no answer. But what do i know? I look to my left and the blonde is rolling her eyes and I look to the right and the older woman is laughing under her breath and putting words in my mouth. Although I was shocked by their "mean girl" attitudes, I still kept my cool and explained what I meant. The awkward girl at the register was just weirdly looking me up and down, so it was just a very random experience. After everything is said and done the blonde says, "oh wait, we don't have the regular tapioca." I literally emotionally and mentally gave up, and told them I'll just go else where.
