I love the option of an online waitlist. It makes everything way more convenient. And honestly it makes it more of an incentive to visit somewhere that you have an online waitlist. The eggs Benedict was excellent as always. The biscuits & gravy were awesome. And that is one of the best pancakes I've ever had.

Stopped in for a quick breakfast on a Sunday morning. If you're heading there on a weekend, I suggest jumping on the waitlist via the Yelp app- saved us about 30 minutes from standing outside waiting. The atmosphere was very lively and fairly loud but that's to be expected on a weekend morning. Also note that they move fairly quickly so it's not a place I'd suggest planning on squatting at for a few hours - it felt very in and out of I ordered the salmon scramble from the "healthier list" of the menu and it was great. Came out a little cold but the flavor was great and the potatoes were amazing. The coffee is also some of the best breakfast and diner coffee I've found. Would definitely head back if I'm in the Rockwall area.

This place gets 5 stars from me!! I had family in the area during Memorial Day weekend for an AAU basketball tournament. On a Sunday morning, I went to watch and cheer my cousin who was playing. His first game was at 9:30 which they won. Unfortunately, as I quickly remembered, this means the next game would be later in the day during the afternoon. Given we had a long break prior to the next game, we decided to go somewhere for breakfast. Not being familiar with the area, I used my handy-dandy Yelp app to search for reputable spots and Eggsquisite came up. I used the Yelp app to put us on the waiting list and we drove over. Once we arrived, I checked in and they informed me that our table would be ready in ~10 minutes and it actually took a little less time than that.. All said, using the Yelp app to be added to the waitlist worked out very well. Once seated, within a couple of minutes our server came over with water and introduced himself. He gave us a few minutes to study the menu and shortly after he returned to take our orders. I went with the Veggie Omelette and it did not disappoint. It contained tomatoes, mushroom, onion, spinach, peppers, along with both Monterey Jack and cheddar cheese. I'm getting hungry just thinking about that omelette. It also came with 2 pancakes which were light a fluffy. My family members each raved about their respective entree so all said Eggsquisite was a BIG hit. All the staff were super friendly and welcoming. Add that to the delicious food, and I will definitely return whenever I am in the area again.

First time visiting this place, but it certainly exceeded my expectations. Plenty of parking. Though they were packed we didn't have to wait too long. They are well staffed. Inside is clean. Food was all delicious and the OJ tasted fresh squeezed. We will go back.

Came by for breakfast and had a nice meal. Stopped by at 9:30am on Tuesday and they were not busy. I think they had more servers than customers. My server was friendly and attentive. The manager even stopped by my table and asked how the meal was. Inside is elegant with beautiful light fixtures and a clean modern decor. I ordered the cinnamon roll pancakes. It came with 3 pancakes, more than I could eat but they were fluffy and light and the cinnamon and frosting on the top pancake was really good. I ordered a side of bacon and it was a quality bacon cooked to perfection. Also ordered a latte and was glad they have espresso. Milk was steamed hot, which I love (hate it when you get a luke warm latte!). Server handed me my bill and I wanted to pay, kept waiting for her to charge my card. They need to do a better job of telling customers you have to walk over to the host and pay there.

We've had plenty of good meals at Eggsquisite, but the last few visits have been disappointing. Food and coffee were just okay this time. We joined the mobile waitlist for a group of 6 and arrived near the end of the estimated wait, only to learn we still had several parties ahead of us and had to check in inside. Staff said it would be another 10 minutes, but we ended up waiting over 35 more minutes after already waiting 40 minutes online. We missed an appointment because of the delay, and the staff didn't seem concerned about running so far behind. We'd suggest trying Nina's Brunch instead. The staff has always been great, their waitlist estimates seem much more accurate, and the food comes out quickly while still being high quality.

I've been eyeing this place for a while. They don't have a bar though and I love a cocktail with brunch. I had a doctors appointment to go to afterward so I figured it would be the perfect time to finally try it out. We were seated quickly. Tehyw were relatively empty with a cute bright interior. The menus were crumbled..but there were lots of options to choose from. I opted for the turkey pesto panini as our waitress says she gets it often. It was probably the worst sandwich I've ever paid for. The bread was not panini grilled/smashed. There were very little pesto,if any, and overall it just wasn't good. I got sweet potatoes fries(which I paid extra for) and they were under cooked. My mom got a breakfast plate. Her turkey bacon was barely cooked however the rest she enjoyed. I also got a cold brew , it was decent but I've made better at home. I'd likely not return.

The food, service and the wait time was all good. Party of five during a busy time to celebrate Mother's Day. We share food fun and conversation. The manager was accommodating and friendly, even took photos and wish the mothers at the table a happy Mother's Day.

Go Go Goooooo!!!! From the moment we walked in the door until we walked out (full as a tick), this place was amazing!!! Our hostess that sat us was super sweet and informative then our sever,Kat, was the best!! Her recommendations were perfect even down to the jalapeño condiment sauce. My wife had a pecan waffle combo with eggs and bacon and substituted her sausage for hash browns. I kept ooooing and awwwing about the jalapeño sauce until she finished her eggs with it. I had the Bacado omelette with hash browns and tomato slices. This thing was massive and one of the best omelettes I've eaten in quite awhile. So fluffy, moist and flavorful. Oh yeah and did I mention the jalapeño condiment sauce . We will definitely be back when coming to Dallas. read more

My favorite go-to for brunch in Rockwall. Great service, great food... there is always a line but that's because its good food. I do use Yelp to add myself to the waitlist so I don't go through the process of waiting if I plan ahead. Lots of restaurants won't let you do that and I appreciate that they do. read more

We ate here this morning and it was fantastic! Had cappuccinos, veggie omelette and pancakes. The veggie omelette had roasted tomatoes that were so sweet and tender. They have real maple syrup but you have to ask for it. We love real maple syrup so it's a must with the pancakes. The decor is beautiful and it's so clean. We spoke with the two owners as we left. Let's support this new business - we love having a breakfast place a few blocks from home. read more

We had a wonderful experience this morning at this location. We were told they had a 45 min wait and only waited 25 mins. We were greated immediately once seated and had very attentive service throughout our stay (thanks, Haley!). Our food came quickly and was DELICIOUS. And even though they were busy, we weren't rushed through our meal. Our complete experience was GREAT - if I could I would give them 10 stars! read more

I honestly don't know what happened to this location, I used to love it but my most recent visit was below average. From the beginning when I opened the front door for a server without a "thank you" to when the server seemed like she was rushing to get us in and out of the place, the whole experience was terrible compared to previous times I'd been here. The food wasn't good and the latte I had was scolding hot and I burned my mouth pretty good. If they staff could be a bit more welcoming and not in such a rush to get us out of there I bet my opinion of the place wouldn't be so negative but as of now I know I won't be coming back to this location. read more

Been here three times now and it's always been a great experience. We are always seated and waited on quickly. They are very good with keeping you drinks filled. They have a machine that churns out fresh orange juice, which is excellent. Only ever had one issue with a side being delivered late, however the manager or head chef came and apologized. Instead of an explanation or an apology, I was simply told, "It's going to be another 40 minutes." I truly don't want to believe this was a race issue, but I can't ignore how the experience made me feel. If customer service and fairness matter to you, I encourage you to be mindful of how situations like this can come across. Every guest deserves to be treated with respect, clear communication, and consistency. Let be better people!

I've been a loyal customer of Eggsquisite for five years, visiting weekly, and have always appreciated the great food and friendly service. However, my recent experience with a server named Patty was extremely disappointing. This was the second time we've been served by her, and both times she displayed a noticeable attitude.During our visit, my mom ordered a skillet and requested a side of crepes, willing to pay any extra charge. Patty refused, stating that crepes weren't part of the complimentary side options. When my mom said she was fine with the upcharge, Patty became confrontational, asking if my mom was in a bad mood or if she was angry . This was completely unprofessional and created an uncomfortable atmosphere. It was upsetting to see such a disrespectful attitude, especially since every other server here has been over the top amazing .Despite the delicious food, Patty's behavior ruined the dining experience. Thankfully, another server named Susana noticed the issue and checked on us. Her outstanding service was a bright spot in an otherwise unpleasant visit. I hope management addresses this issue with Patty to ensure all customers feel welcome and valued. I would hate for this one negative experience to deter me from returning to Eggsquisite, a place I've always enjoyed. read more

After browsing the menu for a few minutes, our waitress came over, and since I was torn between several dishes, I asked for her recommendations. I decided on the spicy chicken and biscuits but requested it deconstructed, along with a side of sweet potato fries. Our food arrived in a reasonable time, and everything was delicious! The biscuits were flaky and buttery, the chicken was perfectly seasoned and fried, and the scrambled eggs were just how I like them. Absolutely loved our breakfast at Eggsquisite! Walked in and had a 15 minute wait for a Saturday which was better than expected given the amount of people inside and waiting around us. Seating is very close to other tables so not very intimate at all, but it's a louder environment which helps make it feel less awkward haha. Ordered pancakes and a classic breakfast. The pancakes are absolutely gigantic! Got the seasonal pumpkin ones mixed with the cinnamon bun flavor. So good and sooo buttery! Classic breakfast was very tasty also- perfectly cooked scrambled eggs and the bacon and sausage were not overdone. Hubbys fried chicken and waffles were also super excellent! My French Toast was really tasty! My Eggs Benedict was perfectly cooked and I really enjoyed the unique flavors. I shared some of the pancakes which was also good! The coffee was good and refilled often! The service was friendly and attentive.
