Tried this new breakfast and lunch place this morning. Only day 4 of being open and it was busy! That's good news since we seem to love breakfast here in Midlo. The staff was amazing. We met one of the owners & she was super nice. Food was out fast & I had coffee in my cup as soon as I sat down. I got the waffle with fresh blueberries, scrambled eggs, bacon, and swapped out my sausage for home fries. Everything was amazing. So amazing that I forgot to take a picture before I ate it all. I just had the regular coffee but it was really good, many thumbs up. There was what I like to call "a whole cow" on the table in the form of creamer so I didn't even have to ask which is amazing because I always feel bad asking for more and more. Definitely going to be a regular. Be prepared to wait a little (but not too much) though because word got out & they are busy. It's beautiful inside and the AC definitely works. Our favorite breakfast spot. We go there every weekend. The food and service are excellent.

Fantastic service and very attentive. I watched as tables were cleaned and ready right after customers left. The entire time, the staff was watching everyone to make sure that everything was in order throughout the restaurant. The food was really, really tasty. Prepared fast and the quality was on point. Came in this morning for breakfast and with a full house got seated in less than 15 minutes (4 people) and got our drinks almost right away. Our food came out speedy but not uncooked like other places. I had two Nutella crepes and they were delicious. The one recommendation I'd give is to put the Nutella inside of the crepe instead of the outside. That seemed a little odd to me but other than that fantastic! Our waitress, Paige, was super nice and had no problem doing anything we needed. 9/10 would recommend (taking off one because the crepe had the Nutella as a topping and the crepe was plain) read more

Eggsquisite us a great breakfast spot. We went in Labor Day, so a little wait there. It was a 20 minute wait, but went by fast. It is a bright, vibrant place with a good ambiance. Workers, like bees, humming around working. There is someone at the door to place you on a waitlist. Very organized. We finally sat and the food was really good. My wife had the classic of eggs, bacon, sausage and 2 huge pancakes w/strawberries. I had the meat skillet and 2 small pancakes. The food was delicious and there were great portions. We took food home. Our bill was $34. Not a lot. The service was amazing. We had Yulissa who was very chipper, helpful and smiled a lot. All help each other deliver food and are extremely helpful also. I would definitely go back and recommend this place. read more

Bit loud if you have kids on the spectrum, one big echo chamber of a room, they need to put in more sound deadening like canvas art and carpets. But if you don't mind a bustling atmosphere this place is great. Slightly over priced, but great cooks, great service, great recipes. Definitely worth treating yourself to a very nice brunch. Would give it the fifth star except price and atmosphere. read more

Eating here is refreshing because the food is delicious. My husband and I ordered a waffle, french toast, eggs, sausage and bacon...umm umm umm, the bacon! Service was excellent because we not only met the owner Nora, our waiter was so polite, attentive, we received our food within less than 10 minutes, the portions were more than enough, and the price is reasonably. The ambiance is nice, not crowded, just enough people, bathroom was clean, no waiting on a Friday mid-morning, and plenty of parking. Food was not it. My friend liked his but he got that spicy chicken Biscuit hence for the three stars. The place needs to get their water filtered or something but I find midlo water isn't very good drinking water in general. The crepes are sooo overly sweet and drenched in syrup. read more

Great food. Amazing service. We have never had to wait long for our orders. The ambience of the restaurant is very fun and bright. It can get pretty loud during rush hours, but that's expected. Wouldn't recommend coming here if you're looking for a quiet place to study. But this is the place for you if you're looking for a place to eat a family brunch! read more

This place is located in a shopping center with plenty of parking. The interior is so bright and fresh and was spotless. We were happy to be seated quickly for breakfast. I had a biscuit with a piece of fried chicken breast with cream gravy and an egg on top. It was absolutely delicious! No flaws! I appreciated that managers appeared to be walking around and checking on things, and refilling coffee and drinks. I wish I lived closer or I'd be a regular. read more

This place is the best restaurant Midlothian has seen yet!!!!they cater to all food types of allergies from gluten free, vegan etc. the service and the food is exceptional the owners are always willing to come to your table and meet with you and talk to you they treat you like family. They go the extra mile and make it special if it's your birthday with their special little mini pancakes. No matter what age or budget or food allergy this place make sure experience is exceptional!!!! Within the past week we made our first visit to Eggsquisite Cafe. The whole experience was completely enjoyable and satisfying. It's a bit pricier than our normal dining choices, but it was worth it. The food was great. We had eggs and sausage and hash browns, and GREAT COFFEE. Coffee is very important to our ability fully enjoy breakfast, as I'm sure it is to many reading this review. Really great toast too. That aspect of breakfast is important to us too. It seems that many restaurants are willing to risk not achieving customer satisfaction, but not so with EC apparently.
