Absolutely a great place for breakfast, lunch, or brunch! LOVE the banana walnut pancakes and complimentary crepe. You won't be breakfast disappointed!

A busy restaurant but we were seated quickly. Service was friendly and quick. The ambience is cozy country. I enjoyed the Florentine omelet. The biscuit was fluffy.

In 1984, I moved to Camarillo, California. Along with my mom and the man who would become truly my second father, it was a ritual for us, on the weekends, to come to the Eggs N Things in Camarillo. The owners and staff treated us like family. Everyone was always friendly. The food was always comforting. Recently, my mother passed away. My pop and I came to the Egg N Things in Thousand Oaks the day before her services. It seemed very fitting. The service is still great. The food too.

It's a local favorite and out to go brunch place on Sunday. Come before 11am and the wait is less than 5 mins. Fresh orange juice is always on point and we like the chicken fried steak and eggs. They have a pretty wide lunch menu too. Service is good but could be a little bit slow during the busy time. You pay at the front after and we always like to add 2 pieces of Andes as an after meal treat.

Food and service was great. Suggestions or recommendations based on customers requirement could be better. I was told "I'm not a nutritionist " when I asked about proteins and greens.

Eggs 'n Things is a fantastic brunch spot that delivers both great food and friendly service. We were seated right away and our waiter came over to greet us almost immediately. The staff was welcoming and efficient throughout the meal. We both ordered the Chicken Fried Steak with gravy and it did not disappoint. The food came out quickly and everything was cooked perfectly. The biscuits were especially memorable. They were huge, fluffy, and full of flavor. One detail I really appreciated was the Swedish pancake they bring out at the beginning of the meal. You do not have to ask for it and it is a delicious way to start. It feels like a little extra touch that makes the experience more special. They also offer outdoor seating for anyone who enjoys dining in the fresh air. All in all, I was very happy with my visit and would definitely come back for another satisfying brunch.

Visited for my first time this past weekend and I can honestly say I love this place. I knew I was in for a great meal when after I sat down, and shortly after I placed my order, they brought over a free crêpe with berry jam on top. It was a great start to the meal and it's so rare that you get anything free when dining out in LA. It's located up in sleepy Thousand Oaks and because of that parking is much easier in this part of LA than down south. There is a large free parking lot attached so parking was really easy. Our server was also extremely polite and everything that we ordered came out very fast. Inside is quite large and they have many different seating options available and can host many different size groups. We had to wait about 10 minutes for our table for a 10 AM Saturday brunch. They have a very large menu filled with all sorts of classic items so it was hard to choose what I wanted to order. As always I started with a cup of coffee and it was strong and did the job. For my meal, I chose the namesake Eggs N Things Omelette because I had heard that their omelettes were seriously tasty and can confirm that they definitely are. They are very large in portion size and I chose to add avocado to mine which I would recommend to anyone. I also got a side biscuit and can say that this is one of the best biscuits I've ever had in LA. I loved every bit of it and would go here again specifically for the biscuits. The pancakes were also light and fluffy and had great flavor. I would highly recommend this place to anyone searching for a really solid breakfast option.

Stopped into Eggs N Things on a Saturday for late breakfast. We were seated immediately and our server was so friendly, attentive, and shared her recommendations with us. From there, we received a small plate of Swedish Pancakes which is one thing they are known for! Very similar to a crepe and a perfect appetizer as we waited for our food. The menu is perfect as anyone in your party can find something they love. My bf ordered the Chicken Fried Steak and I got the Chili Verde Huevos, SO SO GOOD! Adding Eggs N Things to our list so we can bring friends and family that visit from out of town!

Solid weekend breakfast / brunch go to spot and a favorite of all our family whenever they come to visit. There's usually a small line outside the door, but wait is never too long. The menu has something for everyone, from sweet to savory. On the most recent visit, I ordered the breakfast burrito with a side of fruit. The portion was filling, enough to share with my husband. There's also just something warm and familiar about a cup of coffee at Eggs N Things. Service is always top notch, checking in with fresh coffee throughout the visit and never rushing us to wrap up. Definitely recommend for a casual breakfast or lunch outing.

We were told to find our own seat because the hostess was seating other people. While I went to the restroom my daughter ordered me a Diet Coke. When the waitress brought her drink she forgot about mine. She was not a good waitress. She had no name tag visible and was a young girl. Then she left and another waitress came to take her shift and every time we would say Miss she would just ignore us. She was also a lousy waitress. The food was good. We shared pancakes and I gave her my sausage and bacon. The food is the type you would make for yourself at home and the coffee was good. It was a blue collar working persons breakfast. The reason why I'm giving them 5 stars is because of Kelly. She had a blond pony tail which reminded me of Betty from Archie. She was running around getting food, dropping orders off and asking us and others if there was anything she could do for us. She was like sunshine brightening up the whole restaurant. If you eat here I think you'll like the food. If you get Kelly you'll give the place 5 stars. The atmosphere is very serene. You have families with young kids, old people, many 20 something's and professional people that come here. You will like it.

From the moment you walk in, the staff makes you feel like family. They go out of their way to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere that keeps you coming back again and again. The food is unreal. If you're a chili fan, this place is a MUST-visit -- they have FOUR different house-made chili options that increase in spice level, and each one is fantastic. And if you love French toast, do yourself a favor and order the flaked French toast... you will not regret it. Pro tip: try the off-menu chili tater tots at least once. Get the second-hottest chili and load up the toppings -- seriously incredible. The décor has a great local farm-to-table vibe, there's a full bar, and TVs to catch games while you eat. It somehow feels cozy and lively at the same time. Honestly, this might be the best-kept secret in the county -- but it shouldn't stay a secret. More people need Café ViVi in their lives. I was hoping to add this place to my rotation of local breakfast hangout spots that I patronize. In the dining room, they were streaming some pulsating hyperpop music laden with heavy explicit lyrics. Totally inappropriate. Not the type of vibe I'm looking for at 7:30 in the morning. Ordered the sausage breakfast burrito. The burrito was heavy on the breakfast potatoes, it took up more than half of the burrito. Unfortunately, the potatoes were all undercooked which made them CRUNCHY and unbearably BLAND. The amount of thin breakfast sausage slices inside was small relative to the entirety of the burrito. The scrambled eggs with cheese inside were very good! It came with a small cup of salsa which was excellent, unfortunately the cup was only half filled. It was not nearly enough as the burrito was so bland because of the large amount of undercooked potatoes. I could have easily used two or three cups of salsa to give it taste. I'll be willing to give them a second chance in a few weeks, I'm curious to see if my experience will be better as I am hoping that today was just an aberration.

Okay Now to get to the good stuff the drinks and bites are stellar, here's what I got: I finally found a seriously addicting chai here in the 805. I'm very picky about chai, so when Robin insisted "you're trying this" so I listened and I'm so glad I did haha. Freshly brewed, no artificial flavors, perfectly spiced.
