Hashbrowns were a little soggy on the inside but outside was nice and crisp. Banana Nutella French Toast - Crisp, soft, cinnamony, delicious as expected! First time in. Totally hit the spot! I had the Eggs Florentine Benedict with Extra-Crispy Hash-browns, so good with a little Pepper plant hot sauce. Chased it down with a cold glass of milk. I need to note that the glass of milk was good size and not too expensive. My wife had the Chorizo Omelette and loved it. Service was quick and attentive. Lots of great menu items. We decided on the chilaquiles and California omelet. Chilaquiles were good, nothing super memorable but good with a generous portion. We personally felt that it could have used more flavor/seasoning to make it more authentic. The omelet was good, I ordered hollandaise to top it off. Pretty decent, little too lemon forward. The coffee was not great. I enjoy a good diner coffee but this one was very weak, watered down, and lukewarm. Our total with tax was $50/$25 per person. Went on a Saturday morning and even though it looked really busy, we were seated in less than fifteen minutes. Our waitress was very friendly and we didn't feel rushed to leave or anything. The food was pretty good! I enjoyed my nutella french toast. Only comment was that the serving size for the chicken was small on the chicken and waffles. We were sat outside and it was really nice! The outdoor patio area was nice and shady and very quiet. There were a few Doggo's and that was nice because i brought mine. The surface was amazing and everything was tended to and there was very little waiting from order to serving. The Food: Unfortunately, the biscuits and gravy was an amazing portion however, the biscuit was very dry and bland. The gravy was heavy on the flower and had a weird bouillon aftertaste with no sausage in it whatsoever. So that really kills the enthusiasm. The corned beef and Hash came out of a can so it was bland, but the hashbrowns were fried upon request and came out really well. For some reason, paying 4 dollars for a cup of coffee or $3.50 for a glass of iced tea just was not tempting. Beautiful, clean indoor seating available after a warm greeting, but we opted for the spacious, dog friendly outdoor patio. Esteban was our server & was quick & attentive. Chile verde omelette was huge & accompanied by Galloping Hen potatoes. Eggs Benedict was also delicious with crispy hash browns, but the Nutella banana French toast was stellar with a beautiful presentation & large enough portion to share. We wanted to try a new breakfast place so I found this one on yelp. It was easy to find and when we got there, it wasn't very crowded. But when we left around 10, it was extremely crowded. You can sit outside during the summer, but everybody was inside eating. The decor is non-descriptive, but it was clean and comfortable. Everybody was very friendly and our server was Angel. We didn't want leftovers so we picked some items we thought would work. Ha ha we ended up having leftovers. My husband had the ham and cheese sandwich with a side of fruit. He said it was very good. I wanted a waffle with fruit and bacon and that's what I got. Everything was good including the coffee. Also, the prices were very reasonable. I also requested a side of avocado and some salsa to go on my omelette. The breakfast I had was quite hearty, very fresh and tasty... and it filled me up for sure !!
