There is inside and outside seating. Decided to sit outside and brought my dog - she loved it. However, would say that for outside sitting, limit to 4 max for a table (5 ppl could be possible but you'd need to check with the restaurant). Ordered the TO Burritto and got a side of cottage cheese (there's plenty of side choices that I cannot remember - but there's a lot). The matcha latte was good. My new FAVORITE breakfast & lunch spot -- Café ViVi is an absolute hidden gem!! I actually discovered Café ViVi while visiting the Games Workshop next door, and I'm so glad I did. From the moment you walk in, the staff makes you feel like family. They go out of their way to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere that keeps you coming back again and again. The food is unreal. If you're a chili fan, this place is a MUST-visit -- they have FOUR different house-made chili options that increase in spice level, and each one is fantastic. And if you love French toast, do yourself a favor and order the flaked French toast... you will not regret it. Pro tip: try the off-menu chili tater tots at least once. Get the second-hottest chili and load up the toppings -- seriously incredible. The décor has a great local farm-to-table vibe, there's a full bar, and TVs to catch games while you eat. Amazing service, food and pricing! Chill and welcoming vibe perfect for post workout lunch. The shakshuka was amazing flavorful with perfectly cooked eggs and a tomato sauce. Came in about 1 pm and noticed one other party finishing up their meal. Pleasant environment, comfortable seating, super nice wait staff. Ordered a veggie melt sandwich less the cheese and a side salad. My hubby ordered the same with cheese and sweet potato fries. Sandwich presentation looked good, served on focaccia, with a little too much oil and pesto. It was tasty although filling was skimpy on both sandwiches. I heard jinkys sold to different owner and revised the menu. Totally different place and fun menu, and similar spacious seating inside &outside. Ordered the breakfast flat bread, fried chicken Benedict and the Cali melt. The breakfast flat bread was awesome and totally recommend for a group of people to order that as an appetizer to share while ordering your own meal. It has a sweet, spicy and savory favor. The bread is airy , with a nice chew to it. Easy to have as own meal but why not share, that is love. The chicken breast Benedict was hella hearty and very sizeable portion to be stuffed. The server said you might need a pillow after eating this, and yes, it's food coma good. The Cali melt had great garlic toast that you can actually taste garlic not just smell it. The location is the old Jenkys cafe, a lot of the same menu items. Brunch was yummy with our table getting savory and sweet dishes. The frosted French toast with bananas strawberries and drizzled Nutella was yummy and just need a tiny bit of syrup. I would recommend if you want a sweet breakfast! Add the 2 egg and 2 slices of bacon and you have a meal for 2! It was a very nice place for brunch, staff was pretty quick, refilled waters often and were very nice. This place was super delicious!! Definitely come when the weather is clear so you can sit outdoors, if was so worth it to see the butterflies and flowers. Always looking for a good breakfast or brunch spot, this place seemed to check those boxes. The first thing I noticed was the variety of the menu. There were so many things that were unique and sounded good! When I asked about the chili selection for the omelette, I was offered a couple samples which was a really nice gesture and helped me choose. I opted for the chili omelette with El Draque chili...their spiciest one offered. It's not a burn your face off spicy; it's more of a flavorful Thai Chile style spice that hits on the flavor and the heat. Service was good, but I felt it could have been a little more attentive. I never had my water glass refilled while we were there. I was able to try a bite of my wife's breakfast chili chimichanga and it was delicious. She got the mild Bartholomew's Beef chili which was really flavorful without the spice. I liked that item a lot! I'll be back to try some of the other interesting items on the menu here! read more

Went for a nice lunch at Cafe ViVi ! Was immediately welcomed and shown a seating we liked. The manager also came and explained the specials and some of the new dishes that were available today but going on the specials menus tomorrow. A new Chocolate French toast with melted chocolate and toasted pistachios!! My mouth was watering at his description! And he had a more savory special as well! The omelette was dry the crêpes or stretchy probably the only thing they made daily is coffee service was very quick probably because again nothing was made fresh and everything came out really quickly. This a great little spot. I believe it is the old Jinkys location - but I never went there, but I've been to ViVi's four times in one week! They have delicious $10 mimosas - large ones! Amazing salads - the quinoa is fabulous. I don't even add the dressing it's delicious. The egg white omelette also really good. It's only open till 3 but I learned they will be opening for happy hour - which is great as they have full bar! And will do some dinners in a few weeks too. It's tucked away in a shopping center - but perfect little breakfast or lunch spot. Happy to be the first to review! I should mention every staff member extremely kind and very attentive. all i had was the french toast so it wouldn't be fair to leave a bad review when i probably didn't get a better item, but for what i did get this place seems incredibly over priced. service was okay they checked on us once after getting food and drinks. the place looked clean and had a nice style. i'm just disappointed that for 14 dollars i got two slices of french toast with nothing on them at all. my friend got a single crepe for 6 dollars also with nothing added. if either of us want a crepe that has more on it and for cheaper, we would go to eggs n things where they give them out for free. read more
