After eating at both the Waikiki Beach and Saratoga locations during my recent stay in Honolulu, the Saratoga location became my favorite. The staff was super friendly and very attentive. The atmosphere made me feel at home from the very first visit. The food was always fresh and tasty. I can't wait to return to the island to have their omelettes and pancakes in the near future. read more

The food is really good, the fruit is very fresh, we have been loving the chocolate chip pancakes!

This place might have a wait, but always worth the hype!! Our Meal was delightful! Loved the unsweetened tropical iced tea, eggs and kalbi (shout out to Giselle for her recommendation and hospitality, she was SO lovely!!) and their amazing Benedict's. We could also smell the cinnamon in our neighbors malasada pancakes and it looked sooooo gooood! You can order in advance and take it to go if you're in a rush, or add yourself To the yelp waitlist ahead of time (highly recommend doing this) the waitlist moves fast so don't be intimidated by the high wait time estimates! read more

Food was great and well worth the wait! Our waiter Jin was the best!!! Restaurant very clean and service was quick!

Food!! Little hectic but smells great. Smaller spot than down at other end of Waikiki. Really busy. Had over an hour wait, but we were in no rush. Upstairs and kind of crowded little spot. But hey we're in Hawaii. Forgot to give us menu and took waiter a bit to come find us. So we order the Kailua pig bene and the Mac nut pancakes. Here we go. Mac nut pancakes were good. Not the best I've had but good. Lots of fresh whip but it was melting. The kailua pig bene was good. Food 3.5/5 Service 3.5/5 Location 3.5/5 Vibe 4/5. Could have been better but not bad at all. read more

Your staff My is so nice and she helped check me in. We love coming to Eggs 'n Things when we are here!

The service felt a bit mid. As soon as we sat down, we asked for a few minutes to look over the menu, but it felt rushed from the start. The waiter brought us coffee, which was lukewarm--and adding cold creamer just made it worse. He stood nearby with his back to us, glancing over repeatedly, which made it clear he wanted us to hurry. It didn't feel like we had the space to take our time and choose what we actually wanted. That said, the food was really good, and the restaurant itself had a cozy, comforting aesthetic--definitely a highlight. My only real suggestion would be for the wait staff to avoid hovering and give guests a bit more breathing room to enjoy the experience. read more

The food was good but service was top notch. The girl from Waianae was awesome. The ambiance was nice too but I'd say umbrellas that could angle would be beneficial. But really our server maybe it a great experience. read more

I've been coming to eggs& and things for 27 years, it's it sucks now, I waited 12 minutes, before waitress Mier, ask for our order, and I couldn't understand her, she was short. What happen to our older waitresses from 20 years ago? The kids nowadays would NEVER survive our world. And no apologies either. This is my last time here. Sat down at 11:14 am, ordered at 11:25, then got coffee after 2nd request at 114:45, and no, I still tipped her 20%, because I understood, thst was her livilyhood, and my niece is a waitress. read more

Again they deserve five stars. It's nothing fancy, simply good food - and a lot of it. As promised we come back and we did todays. A decent 40 min wait and we have been seated upstairs. You can make reservations upfront and you should if you are on a schedule since this spot is popular. Who read my first review from a year ago knows that the portions are huge (especially when you have the short stack as a side). So we did not get any deserts last time (also they are huge as well) - guess what - this time we also did not got to the desert. We have been full after the main lunch item. I had the pork chop with pineapple, my hubby had the crab eggs Benedict and both have been delicious. The pork chop is smoked and then grilled so yummy. The eggs Benedict have been delivered on a sweet potatoes taro bread which gives a light purple flower and a good addition in taste. No deserts but happy customer again. read more

We wanted something easy, good, and affordable for our last breakfast in Hawaii, and we found Eggs N Things. Being able to book a reservation was also a plus. We walked from our hotel to the restaurant and were seated pretty quickly. The restaurant is a typical deli type of place with many food options. We sat near the balcony to enjoy the nice weather but be protected from the sun. My husband had the burger and I had the corned beef hash plate. Both were good and filling and came off quickly. Service was efficient and kind. Can definitely recommend for a good and quick meal. read more

I don't know what I was expecting, but I read a review on here that these were great so I was excited to try it! Well, one bite and my excitement was gone. Chicken tenders seemed like the ones you buy at the grocery store freezer section and throw in the microwave or oven. The waffle was meh. No better than a complimentary hotel lobby waffle. Again, I had high hopes. Sadly disappointed with my selection. First time here. I likely won't be back. read more

HASSLE HASSLE HASSLE. NOT TOURIST FRIENDLY My family and I are visiting the island and we brought our 7 month old with a Doona Travel compact stroller. We have not had any issues at ANY dining establishments until this place. Check in was horrible. The downstairs staff said it would be okay to dine with him. We waited 15 minutes and our names were called. When we tried to sit the staff upstairs rejected us and said any stroller was not allowed. Even if we collapsed it we were not allowed to dine there. I'd avoid this place at all costs if you have family. Other members of my group that have dined there before mentioned it was mediocre food anyways. Be weary as well as they force you to pay 3% gratuity on any check. Abysmal customer service. Mahalo read more

If I could give no stars I would it was the WORSE experience I've ever had. The place is kind of small and narrow definitely wouldn't recommend large groups. We went with 5 and had to wait a bit for a booth big enough. We order our food and it took AWHILE. I got the rainbow pancakes which is like 4 pancakes with all kind of fruit on top and pile of whip cream. I got it all on the side and when I tried to eat pancake it was ice cold. We told waitress and she takes back and I think they must of reheated on one side because when brought back bottom was hard as rubber. I was so hungry I just powered through. My guest got the crab cake Benedict and asked for eggs hard poached and they came out jiggling on plate. The waitress noticed but didn't even offer to do anything till my guest said she can't eat this. Then they take just the egg back and left her wish crabcake and all to sit and get cold. Will never ever come back here which is unfortunate as it's only real breakfast place across from Aulani and Four seasons as option off resort for breakfast. read more

The pancakes were delicious however the food was ok. Our server was awkward and stand offish. It was hard to get his attention and when we spoke to him he just looked scared and wouldn't speak just walk off. He almost looked bothered that we asked for something. My wife and I came to Honolulu for our honeymoon and we're only 2 days in. We've gone to eggs 'n Things 2 days in a row. I honestly don't want breakfast from anywhere else.
