I'm not usually one to complain but, come. On. I ordered a Fresh Start meal with eggs over medium, grits, and English muffin which comes with sautéed spinach and tomatoes, baked beans, and fruit. I got eggs with runny whites Barely wilted spinach, an English muffin that was not toasted AT ALL, the tomatoes and grits were ok. No beans (it was the beans that made me order this) and no fruit and there was no seasoning whatsoever. Sorry. I don't think I'll be back. It was a takeout order and I didn't want to drive all the way back and I don't really want to give them another twelve bucks to try again. read more

Horrible experience, waited over 40 minutes for a meal, the place was really busy and we just wanted to mention this to the manager, who came and said: " It has not been 40 minutes" instead of saying sorry for your wait, such and such...the food was just okay. Went on a Sunday and got there around 8:30 which was ideal because the place literally filled up by 9 a.m. I decided to go with the traditional eggs benedict and it was delicious. The eggs were cooked perfectly, the ham was thick and the hollandaise sauce was light and flavorful and it wasn't heavy at all. Saw a Belgian waffle make its way out of the kitchen and let me tell you something I'm going to order that the next time I'm here. Definite destination for breakfast and lunch. Definitely recommend the Floridian French Toast and the Cheeseburger Omelet. We went there for lunch and just got back feeling well fed. This place is delicious!! I'm so bummed that I moved away before this was here. I used to live 1 minute away from this plaza!! But I made the special drive from Wellington to see if the hype was true and I must admit it was one of the best breakfasts I've had recently. Everything is made from scratch and the service is excellent. Coffee was great! The outdoor seating is so beautiful, I prefer it to inside. However, inside there's an open kitchen so that's a fun time waster when waiting for your food. My suggestion is to come AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE on the weekend so that you aren't waiting for a table. We tried this wonderful new restaurant for breakfast and it was so good, that we went back the next day for lunch! I had the stuffed raspberry french toast, and my husband had 2 eggs, with sausage and toast. Yes, it was delicious and presently very beautifully on the plate. We had lunch the next day, and I had the Grilled Mahi sandwich, that was very fresh, and my husband had a turkey club. It was so big, that he took half home! RIDICULOUS! In a good way! Huge portions of quality food. This is definitely our new favorite place. The giant mimosas and fabulous cappuccinos make it a perfect spot for breakfast with the girls. The only negative is consistency. I ordered the breakfast burrito 3 times and every time it was a little different. Luckily, this place does not make Bad food, so I enjoyed it each time. Service is absolutely terrible. My husband dropped me off in front so we could put our name on the list. We sat down, waited for about 5 minutes. Watched a party of 3 who walked up after us come in, shake hands with the hostess and one of the severs and be seated in front of everyone else on the list. Everyone should be treated equally. This past week was the first time I had been to Eggs-Cetera Cafe. The service was great and the food was amazing. They have a really friendly staff that answer any of your requests. The portion sizes are pretty large and are worth the price of the meal. The cafe is kinda small but it adds to the "homey" atmosphere. I definitely will be coming back. read more

My boyfriend and I dined here for breakfast and it was disappointing. Based on the previous reviews I thought it would be a great pick. I made my own omelet, which was good. The veggies I chose were sautéed well. However, the potatoes that I chose over the grits were not good. They weren't cooked throughly and were a bit hard and not very tasteful. The waitress did let me sub the bread for tomato slices, so I thank her for that. My boyfriend got the avocado toast with poached eggs on gluten free bread. The avocado tasted like a general guacamole spread from a market. If they used fresh avocados it would have made it a great plate. The sautéed spinach with that plate was tasteless as well. The baked beans we ordered on the side were very good and I must say that their menu has a nice spread. The service here was generally slow and unenthused. I wish they had coconut milk or almond milk for coffee, but alas, no such luck. read more

Overrated. I'm not a local so I went to the Yelp app to order a to go bfast because I was at a local sports event. I ordered a few beagles and the lobster Benedict. The hostesses (2 of them) and the gentleman that brought out my food were fabulous! When I got back to the field they forgot my utensils so I had to wing it and eat what I could with my fingers (lol). There wasn't any flavor on the lobster Benedict. This is one of the best breakfast restaurants in all of Palm Beach county. The environment is adequate, not upscale but very comfortable. They offer inside and outside seating and they are super busy on weekends, first come first serve and the wait was approx 15 minutes. It was well worth the wait! The food was amazing and had that down home country touch. They give you a lot of food, giant fluffy biscuits, fresh fruit, eggs were amazing and meats cooked to perfection. I'm floored by all of these positive reviews. When I visited here for breakfast, it was busy and I was looking forward to trying it, based on all the positive feedback from others on yelp. I have never had a more terrible breakfast. I ordered the crab cake benedict, and I couldn't even finish one. The crab cakes were made with cheap crab, overpowered with an awful mix of spices, and made me nauseous after one bite. I would never ever recommend this place to anyone that likes quality food. Great little local place they obviously are a staple and well-known in the area they have awesome home fries that are to die for sometimes you have to wait but it's worth it they are not cheap but they are fair and they serve breakfast type of food and don't order the toast their pancakes are pretty good there Bagel is ok and they're toast is terrible they give you a piece of fruit with an omelette or eggs and the servers are okay the manager is nice it's very clean and has a nice inside area and if it's a nice day out you can also eat on the porch outside dining area it's a good place to get breakfast in the Delray Beach area their corn beef hash is really good I recommend them read more
