    Birthday tiara and wish candle
    Lisa M.

Definitely worth the experience! Eau resort is aesthetically luxurious and the spa did not disappoint! I have to say even from making a phone call the day prior, the customer service was top notch. The gentleman I spoke with was very friendly and attentive. I would also recommend calling as the booking times seem to be accurate, but it would not allow me to book muscle melter online and was only giving me the option to book a Swedish massage, however, upon calling they were able to book the muscle melter with Paige. I arrived for my appointment and was promptly greeted with a wish candle and tiara for my birthday. I was taken to the wishing fountain where my candle was lit. The tour was thorough which was nice as many spas rush through. I was provided with a robe and sandals although for the price point, robe sizes as an option would be nice as my robe was large on me. I got ready and waited for Paige and she walked through stress reduction techniques and offered various options to set the mood. She was very skilled in her technique and checked in just enough to ensure I was okay with the pressure. I will say, I did not notice the time and I know massages are typically 50 minutes, but it did seem that coming for guest at appt time and the explanation and review prior to massage could have cut time out but I'm sure they are on top of that. After my massage, I enjoyed the whirlpool and heated salt lounges, steam room, sauna, and the garden. There are towels available throughout the spa and water, coconut water (so good), and tea. The staff are constantly doing rounds and keeping everything clean. The spa area was clean and quiet for true relaxation. Mid day, I also decided the grab lunch at breeze kitchen out by the pool which has stunning views. Unfortunately, pool access is not included which is understandable and accommodating to guests for hotel but it would be nice if they had an add on for it to be an option. Overall, their services are pricey but it's definitely worth the splurge!

If you need a relaxing day, this is it! This spa is one of my go to places for a luxurious and relaxing massage. After several visits over the years, the quality has remained the same! I always look forward to a day here.

For our first anniversary, my husband and I decided to treat ourselves to a massage spa day and stay overnight. This resort was a clear favorite and appeared on pretty much every top spa list I found, so it was obvious I had to give it a go. Let me start by saying the spa is the most relaxing, rejuvenating place I have ever been. The staff sets the mood immediately by bringing you to a small waiting area. It had a giant basin of water with floating candles, where you set your intention for the day. You are then given a one on one tour of the areas available to you. Once your tour is complete, you change into the fluffiest robe ever and slippers. You are treated to complimentary champagne, fruit, nuts, and cupcakes all day. We got a couples massage and a Turkish mud bath and I felt like a new person!!! I highly recommend this to treat someone special!!! The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and pristine. The staff members are lovely. There are three onsite dining restaurants available, all offering different foods at a different price range. It was nice to be able to dress up for dinner. We ended up having lunch at the outdoor bar and it was amazing. While the spa exceeded my expectations, the hotel itself was not up to par. While we were there, the beach access was closed, the adult pool bar was closed, and they did not light the bonfire outside of the restaurant. These were key features that influenced me booking a stay overnight, and I was extremely disappointed. We ended up leaving around 8 the next morning because the ambiance was so depressing. Additionally, the rooms are picturesque online with egg chairs on the patios. Once arriving, I realized no rooms had these lovely egg chairs and it was instead a tiny plastic chair and table set. They definitely need to update their photos to reflect what the hotel rooms actually look like. Overall, I really liked this hotel and would visit for the spa in a heartbeat! Just be mindful when you are booking a stay, that you might not get what you expect.

Pool dinner with our margaritas. She didn't put salt and didn't do the reposado tequila we asked for.

It was a great stay. Clean and beautiful rooms. Service is impeccable! We got the sunrise to sunset deal for the cabana and had great service. Food and drinks coming in all day. Our family enjoyed it!! Their events people there are amazing! I saw how they work hard and fast when we saw different events from our window. 1 thing we didn't like was the pool food and service there. I guess they were training people. We ate there the day we arrived. And ordered a few things. And she didn't seem to hear our orders. And got a few things wrong. We saw a lot of the workers just chatting and not attending to customers that night. Maybe it was a fluke. This was on April 2, 2025.

A spectacular experience. From beginning to end. It was a lovely experience. This spa is extremely well managed. Staff is beyond professional and overwhelming pleasing. I started with a long hour massage. It truly surpassed my expectations. Also, receiving their 60 minute facial. It was outrageous. Both therapists were experienced and very knowledgeable. Thank you Isabella and Justine. You were both superstars. Prior to departure, I booked the exactly same services for next week. I purchased, as suggested by Justine, all the recommendations she used on me for my facial. After my services, I took a jacuzzi and sat in their gorgeous room on a heated tile lounge chair. I also sat and had lunch. A delicious Cobb salad and grilled shrimp. Perfection. I highly recommend this beautiful spa.

Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa is nothing short of amazing! From the moment you valet your car, you are treated like royalty! Note: this is just for the spa. We did not stay at the hotel this visit. We were walked over to the Spa where we were awaited with "birthday tiara's" for my friend I, both having birthdays together. You can sense how Zen the spa is from the minute you walk in. It is crystal clear that they pay attention to detail. After signing in, we are walked introduced to the entire area by the spa concierge. I had the 90 minute signature spa massage. We came with just enough time to come to the "Shhhh" zone. But they have the indoor, outdoor amenities for after your treatments. We had lunch in our robes. Hibiscus water awaiting outside in very comfy chairs as well. We spent the entire day here. Cannot wait to come back.

Went to the Eau Spa to kick off my birthday week and I was not disappointed. This spa experience was unique and worth every cent it cost to go. I got the signature 90-min massage and it was beyond relaxing. I felt like a new person afterwards. The amenities include a courtyard with various seating, chess game, and swings. Inside include a lounge area with snacks and drinks, heated pool, sauna, steam showers, locker rooms, bathrooms, dressing and powder rooms. I was honestly scared at first that going on a Saturday would mean overcrowded and not enjoyable.. but it wasn't. It was a decent amount of people at the spa and everyone had just enough spa to move freely and be comfortable as needed. All the staff were very friendly and greeted me with each passing. I can't wait to go back for another self care day. My Saturday was well spent to say the least!

Upon entering the Eau spa palm beach, we were welcomed with friendly smiles. We were then Given a tour of the facility, which was very nice. The spa offers so many amenities such a steam room, a sauna, showers, jacuzzi and relaxation rooms. We then went to our assigned lockers where we changed into our robes for massages. Afterwards, we were greeted with two friendly faces who took us to our room for the massage. The massage was amazing, very relaxing. I would really recommend checking out this spa if your ever in the need for some much needed relaxation.

My husband and I came here to celebrate our wedding anniversary and it was wonderful. Before the service started, we were asked to set an intention for our day/experience in the large well in the center of the spa. From there we were separated to change and then brought together to our spa room. We had the Garden of Eden couples package which included a bath in one of the private gardens followed by a 90 minute massage. The staff during the entire experience was top-notch, making sure to communicate the procedures and answer any questions. With the package, it also gave day access to the sauna, steam shower, garden and lounge. Overall, it was an incredibly relaxing and romantic way to spend several hours. Would definitely come back and try other services.

Overall an absolutely epic babymoon experience. We enjoyed 3 glorious nights being pampered and just soaking up the sun, sea, and serenity of this beautiful resort. From the fruit-infused spa water and cornucopia of fresh flower arrangements in the lobby to the live pianists and great dining options, you have everything you need for a weekend of romantic luxury. As Virtuoso/Skylark members, we benefited from early check-in, late check-out (worth noting they already provide a generous noon check-out as their standard), a resort credit, complimentary breakfast and a room upgrade. There were goodies and a handwritten note awaiting us in the suite, and the room was beautifully decorated and well appointed for relaxation. Comfortable bed, linens and pillows... gorgeous marble bathroom with wonderful shower pressure and soaps. The room had a stylish mini fridge to accommodate any light snacks you might want to bring along for your visit. The swing on the balcony was a nice touch as well. Dinner at Angle was a definite highlight, with some of the best service, food, and ambiance you can ask for! The spa is one of the more expensive we have encountered, but my prenatal massage and my husband's deep tissue massage were also some of the best we have received. We especially enjoyed the warm neck pillow and weighted eye pillow utilized during our treatments. The spa facilities are very nice and hubby made good use of the sauna, steam, hot tub, etc. while I enjoyed cupcakes, tea, snacks and a lazy afternoon of swinging in the shady courtyard with my toes tickled by the cool water below.

Me relaxing at the adult pool.

The location itself is a short walk away from Ocean Inlet Beach Park, which has a path that leads directly to the beach. A few minutes north is the parking lot for the Boynton Inlet Pier. Parking was relatively easy, with the main lot nestled behind the property, facing the inter-coastal (and the multi-million dollar homes we definitely cannot afford). The building itself is old, so if anyone who wants to visit is physically impaired, it is best to stick to the first floor, as the second floor can only be accessed via concrete stairs. The weather was perfect for swimming, but due to red tide lingering around the coast, we decided not to swim on the beach. Instead, we utilized the swimming pool. A perfect size for a nice swim, but if multiple people are sharing it, it is best not to create too many wakes. Surrounded by palm trees, flowers, and other plants which add to an old Florida aesthetic. The miniature water fountains scattered throughout add to the aesthetic of attempting to have Florida resemble a tropical paradise. With the property being compact within a limited amount of space, it provides a cozy atmosphere, making the property feel smaller, and therefore, more 'home-like'. Behind the pool is a large wooden open-air pavilion, allowing guests a place to hide from the sun and to socialize if they so choose. Surrounding the pool were large beach chairs and beach umbrella, which we promptly used after our swim. There was a grill, but we did not get to use it. Our hotel room was located at the front-left corner of the property, facing the highway and swimming pool. We kept our privacy thanks to each window having both roller blinds and blackout blinds. The room was clean and had plenty of space, feeling more like a well-furnished apartment split into different sections. It included a comfortable king-size bed, an accessible patio with a wide living room, an actual kitchen with a refrigerator stocked with bottled water (at no additional charge), and a clean bathroom with a unique glass paneled sink. In the kitchen was a binder, which could be used by guests as a guide to check out the best local areas in Palm Beach County. If this facility offered guests to rent for a monthly rate, I would not be shocked if some took up on the offer. The cherry on top of this experience was having a positive encounter with the incredibly helpful staff. They helped us check into our rooms once it was ready, stocked the refrigerator, recommended local restaurants, helping us learn how the lock system worked for the room, and they even went as far assisting with finding my missing ring (a separate story for another time). I want to give this place the full five stars, but there was one issue that I couldn't overlook. Whenever on the patio, there was a sulfuric odor that lingered in the area. At first, I thought it was natural gas or propane, but the grill was on the other side, and no odor was found in the area. I do not have any proof, but my guess is that the odor stemmed from the old water pipes connected to the outside pool shower. The same odor could be smelled once water ran through our personal shower drain. We did not feel we were at risk for our health, but the unpleasant scent was noticeable. This can be fixed by replacing the old water pipes with new ones. Considering the age of the property, I understand that it would probably take some time to implement, but I believe it would do the property some good. Overall, we were incredibly happy for the pleasant experience, and would highly recommend Sun Dek Beach House if you ever need a local stay-cation by the beach. A bit pricey, but considering the rates at other neighboring locations, and the limited time we had, this was a great destination.

No problem-- you get Ok sized rooms, a beach front restaurant and pool and stairs leading to the water that even has a hose to spray your feet down, even bikes available for rent from the front desk that does have a computer and a printer. Here comes the bad stuff: the rooms smell a bit funny, there is tile instead of carpeting, the safes don't work, showers get stuffy and the towels are pretty thin. Oh yeah: your neighbors might be six barely dressed girls chugging vodka out of the bottle and blasting their music at 3 AM. Sorry about that. You get my point: you can have the best of times over here as long as you plan to spend more time on the beach than in the room. We had an absolute blast even though we ended up buying $4 candle from Walgreens to beat the funk in the rooms.

The online reviews were 8+ on average so that gave us confidence to book sight unseen. Arrived very late and were ushered to our room - ready to collapse after a long day. The place has POTENTIAL to be really cute - which makes it all the sadder that it isn't being maintained how you'd hope. Barefoot should be renamed to Barebones - because our room was very basic upon arrival. I understand it is a 2 star motel but I still expected a minimum of clean / bug free. Immediately after getting to our room, I make a pit stop in the restroom where I see a sugar ant infestation. Here's the thing - sugar ants can happen to any space. That's not the real issue. It's that no one notices when rooms are being "maintained" and therefore it isn't remedied prior to booking that room. We are after midnight at this point so we just climb into bed and call it a night. The next morning I wake up to sugar ants on my phone, which was lying in bed next to me. Ok now I've got the "ick" factor, as ANYONE would. My boyfriend sees some on the kitchen counter as well. We message Michelle who says they will work with the pest control contact and have them go check things out and would "be back in touch". Hours later we call for a status as we decide whether or not to move lodging based on her response. My boyfriend calls and speaks with Michelle who essentially says "housekeeping nor pest control saw any ants" and "aren't sure what else we can do". They tossed some packets of chemicals ON OUR BEDDING, something comparable in the bathroom and considered it solved. We arrive back to the room just before bed (10:30pm) and see the packets on the bed (what's more disgusting? Sleeping with bug killing chemicals or the bugs themselves?), a ton of sugar ants in all the same spots, etc. We've sent videos via text to Michelle explaining we weren't staying. We dropped keys in the drop box outside room #19 and checked into different lodging (which was without issue, I might add). The next morning we get a text saying they were sending someone out again to take care of the issue even though we'd already told them we were checking out and would pay for the one night we actually stayed - obviously expecting a refund for the remaining four nights. After a bit of back and forth, she agreed to refund those nights. Somehow she calculated approximately $36 less than we were owed - even after we showed the original booking amounts, fees, etc. The real coup-de-gras was being accused of stealing one of their "K-mart called for their circa 1991 quality" bath towels and she intended to charge us for it. I can assure you, we wouldn't want the buggy towels you place in your rooms. So while you see positive reviews and a thin veil of charm covering the bugs, rest assured-- you should spend your money on lodging elsewhere.

Barefoot Mailman is a time traveler's experience. Never did I imagine a 1950s-style property could…read morebe so indiscreet on the outside and so cozy and cool on the inside. The property guy, Cory, met me to welcome me as a guest. Super dude! The BM motel earns its charm by putting your feet on the property. Parking is tight. A BMW mini is more at home here than a Dodge pickup. There is coffee served in the sidecar bungalow patio. The rooms are a small footprint, but these days, peeps should consider good sleeping (yes!!) than the spacious Ritz approach. And where is it? In the middle of walking distance foodies and the Lantana beach. Wow! I pulled up, kinda felt freaked early, then I was, "This is it! Diamond in the rough." Old Key Lime House restaurant on intracoastal is nice way to end an evening. Go on. You deserve to be surprised in Life. Try a 2-night stay and envision old Florida at the Barefoot Mailman motel.
