Eau Palm Beach is an amazing property with truly luxury-level service and beautiful amenities. The staff goes above and beyond, and the complimentary snacks around the pool--along with the readily available sunscreen--were a very nice and thoughtful touch. That said, it's honestly shocking that a resort of this caliber still does not have a working gym. This was really unfortunate, especially since I was traveling with kids and couldn't easily leave the property to take advantage of the outside gyms they offer to cover. For a luxury resort, an on-site gym feels like a basic expectation. Overall, a wonderful stay in many ways, but the lack of a functional gym was a significant disappointment. read more

We just had lunch here at the Eau hotel Terrible Terrible Terrible Took seriously 10-15 minutes to get a 2nd cup of coffee. The soup for $18 was so small. You couldn't even see it and was so cold. We had a grilled cheese sandwich that was good. That's why I gave it a one point. They never bought over teaspoons for the coffee nor salt nor ketchup for the fries. I had to get up several times to get the Waiter. I do not recommend this restaurant at all. We did express ourselves to Sterling a manager at the restaurant. Very nice and attentive manager. Just and I could be wrong but if I had local customers being so unsatisfied with the service and the food I have have at the least offered them a drink or dessert to say I apologize and come back again. Definitely worth the experience! Eau resort is aesthetically luxurious and the spa did not disappoint! I have to say even from making a phone call the day prior, the customer service was top notch. The gentleman I spoke with was very friendly and attentive. I would also recommend calling as the booking times seem to be accurate, but it would not allow me to book muscle melter online and was only giving me the option to book a Swedish massage, however, upon calling they were able to book the muscle melter with Paige. I arrived for my appointment and was promptly greeted with a wish candle and tiara for my birthday. I was taken to the wishing fountain where my candle was lit. The tour was thorough which was nice as many spas rush through. I was provided with a robe and sandals although for the price point, robe sizes as an option would be nice as my robe was large on me. I got ready and waited for Paige and she walked through stress reduction techniques and offered various options to set the mood. She was very skilled in her technique and checked in just enough to ensure I was okay with the pressure. I will say, I did not notice the time and I know massages are typically 50 minutes, but it did seem that coming for guest at appt time and the explanation and review prior to massage could have cut time out but I'm sure they are on top of that. After my massage, I enjoyed the whirlpool and heated salt lounges, steam room, sauna, and the garden. There are towels available throughout the spa and water, coconut water (so good), and tea. The staff are constantly doing rounds and keeping everything clean. The spa area was clean and quiet for true relaxation. Mid day, I also decided the grab lunch at breeze kitchen out by the pool which has stunning views. Unfortunately, pool access is not included which is understandable and accommodating to guests for hotel but it would be nice if they had an add on for it to be an option. For our first anniversary, my husband and I decided to treat ourselves to a massage spa day and stay overnight. This resort was a clear favorite and appeared on pretty much every top spa list I found, so it was obvious I had to give it a go. Let me start by saying the spa is the most relaxing, rejuvenating place I have ever been. The staff sets the mood immediately by bringing you to a small waiting area. It had a giant basin of water with floating candles, where you set your intention for the day. You are then given a one on one tour of the areas available to you. Once your tour is complete, you change into the fluffiest robe ever and slippers. You are treated to complimentary champagne, fruit, nuts, and cupcakes all day. We got a couples massage and a Turkish mud bath and I felt like a new person!!! I highly recommend this to treat someone special!!! The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and pristine. The staff members are lovely. There are three onsite dining restaurants available, all offering different foods at a different price range. It was nice to be able to dress up for dinner. We ended up having lunch at the outdoor bar and it was amazing. While the spa exceeded my expectations, the hotel itself was not up to par. While we were there, the beach access was closed, the adult pool bar was closed, and they did not light the bonfire outside of the restaurant. These were key features that influenced me booking a stay overnight, and I was extremely disappointed. We ended up leaving around 8 the next morning because the ambiance was so depressing. Additionally, the rooms are picturesque online with egg chairs on the patios. Once arriving, I realized no rooms had these lovely egg chairs and it was instead a tiny plastic chair and table set. They definitely need to update their photos to reflect what the hotel rooms actually look like. Overall, I really liked this hotel and would visit for the spa in a heartbeat! Just be mindful when you are booking a stay, that you might not get what you expect. read more

I attended a conference based at the hotel. Generally nice facilities but a few complaints. My room was supposed to have a partial ocean view but palm trees blocked any view and looked out over a parking lot. If you're in the North Tower, a shuttle van backs up every few hours all night long with the alarm sound waking guests up. I'd give the hotel a B- overall. read more

It was a great stay. Clean and beautiful rooms. Service is impeccable! We got the sunrise to sunset deal for the cabana and had great service. Food and drinks coming in all day. Our family enjoyed it!! Their events people there are amazing! I saw how they work hard and fast when we saw different events from our window. 1 thing we didn't like was the pool food and service there. I guess they were training people. We ate there the day we arrived. And ordered a few things. And she didn't seem to hear our orders. And got a few things wrong. I'm totally in shock. The Ritz Carlton, now dubbed Eau Palm resort and spa has changed hands? Allegedly Larry Ellison owns this - must be a good tax write off. Ok it's 2025. Who needs to charge a phone? Who expects at least a USB somewhere? No USB's in a bedroom. What is this 1975? By the state of the smelly stained carpet throughout this once glorious hotel it's still 1975. But the prices are outrageously expensive even for 2025. The location- spectacular The grounds - immaculate The vibe - old money wasp palm beach lazy Beef #1 No mini bar? In a $1200 a night suite? Beef #2 No TV PPV, no movies - nothing. Beef #3 Do you like the suites toilet flushing by itself every 20 minutes? Looking round the suite its a bit of a dump. Starting with a newly renovated angle restaurant and Nobu and Stir Lounge ! There is fabulous music and entertainment every night great piano player in Angle The outside seawall completely renovated with all new chaise lounge chairs and umbrellas! The hotel is spotless we had a fabulous day the management team strives to make every guest feel at home! We Would like to especially sync Tim Nardi and his team for going above and beyond to make our vacation a memorable one! The resort is romantic and cozy for couples and yet very suitable and family oriented for children! So many choices for food and beverage !! Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa is nothing short of amazing! From the moment you valet your car, you are treated like royalty! Note: this is just for the spa. We did not stay at the hotel this visit. We were walked over to the Spa where we were awaited with "birthday tiara's" for my friend I, both having birthdays together. You can sense how Zen the spa is from the minute you walk in. It is crystal clear that they pay attention to detail. After signing in, we are walked introduced to the entire area by the spa concierge. I had the 90 minute signature spa massage. We came with just enough time to come to the "Shhhh" zone. But they have the indoor, outdoor amenities for after your treatments. We had lunch in our robes. Hibiscus water awaiting outside in very comfy chairs as well. We spent the entire day here. Cannot wait to come back. read more

Went to the Eau Spa to kick off my birthday week and I was not disappointed. This spa experience was unique and worth every cent it cost to go. I got the signature 90-min massage and it was beyond relaxing. I felt like a new person afterwards. The amenities include a courtyard with various seating, chess game, and swings. Inside include a lounge area with snacks and drinks, heated pool, sauna, steam showers, locker rooms, bathrooms, dressing and powder rooms. I was honestly scared at first that going on a Saturday would mean overcrowded and not enjoyable.. but it wasn't. It was a decent amount of people at the spa and everyone had just enough spa to move freely and be comfortable as needed. All the staff were very friendly and greeted me with each passing. The spa offers so many amenities such a steam room, a sauna, showers, jacuzzi and relaxation rooms. We then went to our assigned lockers where we changed into our robes for massages. My husband and I came here to celebrate our wedding anniversary and it was wonderful. Before the service started, we were asked to set an intention for our day/experience in the large well in the center of the spa. From there we were separated to change and then brought together to our spa room. We had the Garden of Eden couples package which included a bath in one of the private gardens followed by a 90 minute massage. The staff during the entire experience was top-notch, making sure to communicate the procedures and answer any questions. With the package, it also gave day access to the sauna, steam shower, garden and lounge. Overall, it was an incredibly relaxing and romantic way to spend several hours. Overall an absolutely epic babymoon experience. We enjoyed 3 glorious nights being pampered and just soaking up the sun, sea, and serenity of this beautiful resort. From the fruit-infused spa water and cornucopia of fresh flower arrangements in the lobby to the live pianists and great dining options, you have everything you need for a weekend of romantic luxury. As Virtuoso/Skylark members, we benefited from early check-in, late check-out (worth noting they already provide a generous noon check-out as their standard), a resort credit, complimentary breakfast and a room upgrade. There were goodies and a handwritten note awaiting us in the suite, and the room was beautifully decorated and well appointed for relaxation. Comfortable bed, linens and pillows... gorgeous marble bathroom with wonderful shower pressure and soaps. The room had a stylish mini fridge to accommodate any light snacks you might want to bring along for your visit. The swing on the balcony was a nice touch as well. Dinner at Angle was a definite highlight, with some of the best service, food, and ambiance you can ask for! The spa is one of the more expensive we have encountered, but my prenatal massage and my husband's deep tissue massage were also some of the best we have received. We especially enjoyed the warm neck pillow and weighted eye pillow utilized during our treatments. The spa facilities are very nice and hubby made good use of the sauna, steam, hot tub, etc. while I enjoyed cupcakes, tea, snacks and a lazy afternoon of swinging in the shady courtyard with my toes tickled by the cool water below. read more

Too early to tell but off to a rocky start. Reservation in the system was incorrect. Hotel is huge - Warren of hallways to get anywhere. Room is fine. Attempt at being funky with brightly colored bathroom wallpaper is lost on me. Bed is fine but pillows are just. awful - hard, spongy things with no alternatives available. I wish I brought my down coat or my travel pillow from home. Lovely bath tub but no bath salts or foam. They suggested I buy some at the hotel gift shop. Lovely Nespresso coffeemaker but no milk or creamer. Asking for things is an ordeal. I've been put on hold more times than I can imagine. Hoping the pool and beachfront redeem what I've experienced thus far. read more

So the resort is great but today was about the beach. Only the best PBSO deputy, retired navy seals, pro bodybuilder could be the only one to bring me here today to snorkel the lost highway! How FREAKING COOL IS THIS!!! Yes, there is the old A1A buried under water and it's the best place to snorkel and see it!!! So story teller volunteered to show me. Hahahahah.... I really think he wanted to ask me out & see me in a thong... hahahahha... But this was soooooo... cool. If you're not scared of the ocean and know how to swim this is a must try! This is the first time staying here and I found the resort top notch! We booked this through Amex and did get some special offers for that. We arrived and were offered water and champagne upon check in. We had a few some desserts and big glass bottles of water in our room. We even got a little bag for the pool. Our package included breakfast and beach day we ate at the hotel and found the food fantastic. The service was a bit slow with getting food out but we did notice a lot of large parties eating together so we figured that was part of the issue. It was so nice to go out to an adults only pool. We were greeted each day with Mr and Mrs they set up pools chairs for us and if you left to each breakfast or grab some food you didn't have to worry about losing chairs the staff took great care of us. I will say day 1 at the pool on Saturday was better. Our waiter I wish I wrote his name down was fantastic! Came by so many times so we always had drinks to us. The staff even did a champagne toast in the pool that afternoon. Now on Sunday it was different. The waitress we had hardly came by I don't know if they were understaffed or not but it was disappointing. Now housekeeping was excellent. We always had boxed water left in our room. A couple at the pool gave us a bottle of champagne and we came back from dinner to find the staff had put it on ice for us! Just little things like that. My only complaints would be our room said ocean view and while I suppose if you stand on your tiptoes it is but it wasn't really. We were also close to the family lawn area and one night they did family movie night. We had gone out on balcony to have some wine and it wasn't relaxing to hear the trolls movie blaring. I mean we could hear the movie. Perhaps offer headphones for the kids??? I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place or come back. read more

By far the most beautiful spa facility I've ever been to, but all the staff I Interacted with were sorely underqualified and I'm still in pain almost a week after my massage. When I arrived, the Spa Concierge gave me a tour of the facility, but she rushed through the tour and spoke so fast that I couldn't understand a lot of what she said. She answered my questions so vaguely, then proceeded with her tour so quickly, that my questions went unanswered. When I asked her about the 2nd treatment I had booked, which she hadn't mentioned, she didn't check her info on me, and just told me to wait for it. Turns out the new front desk person didn't see my 2nd treatment, which I had prepaid for, and it went unnoticed until quite some time after the treatment time. Of course at that point Concierge could not be found. Not relaxing. All the important notes I had included in my res about my massage were not passed onto the massage tech they assigned to me, and the tech was not qualified to give the massage I booked. How do I know? By the body-wrackling pain I felt when they ineptly applied high pressure on muscles that weren't loosened up yet. Ouch! After that the tech was so afraid to proceed that they hardly applied any pressure meaning I basically didn't get my $400 massage. I thoroughly enjoyed the reclining beds in the waiting rooms, and the floating chairs over the water in the courtyard. The environment was generally quiet and peaceful as well. It was hospitable, but strange in a wellness environment, that cupcakes and champagne were provided in abundance. I would recommend just a day pass at this spa, but double check the information their facility staff gives you. If you book services find out what the qualifications are of the tech you're assigned before placing your body in their care. read more

Had a work conference that was being held at the Eau Palm Beach Resort, I stayed here for a few nights. Located in Manalapan, right on the beach! Nice looking entrance as you pull up, valet was quick with friendly greetings and valet your vehicle. Check-in was straightforward, nice looking front lobby area. Classic Palm Beach vibes! More friendly greetings by front desk, took only a few minutes, gave instructions how to get to my room, especially if you are staying in the south tower. I got the 2 double-bed room, its fine, whatever. It's a medium sized room on the 5th floor, Palm Beach with a sprinkle of Elton John vibes and decor in the room. It was clean, bathroom has a shower stall and separate tub, wifi was strong, AC was cold, TV channels was plenty, view from balcony was nice, good number of plugs, they offer turn down service in the afternoon, complimentary coffee and some chocolates, bed was comfy and clean, a lot of pillows, closet had good amount of room with nice hangers and a robe if you into that. Didn't hear any amorous tourist through the walls. Was pleased with the room and no issues for me. Pool area is nice, beach area is right there on the edge of the property, most of the food I had was from the hotel/resort for the conference, food was fine with me from breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets. Nice areas to lounge at night by the fire, if you want to hang inside by the bar, there's plenty of room there and comfy to chat with people. Conference rooms were nice and worked well for this event. They have a good number of amenities with spa and can also set up nearby excursions if you want to go do other stuff. Resort worked with our conference group to set up a fishing excursion that I chose to go on, there's a charter right up the block that took a few minutes to get to. Glad I attended the conference being held here. Would come back again if I do a staycation. Front desk, housekeeping, event staff, valet were all great and no issues with any service. Publix is conveniently across the street in the strip mall if you need to go get some stuff. Overall, pleased with my stay and visit here. I took some photos for this review. read more

Took Mom here with my sister for Moms 85th Birthday and it was a real treat. The spa needs a bit of a makeover and wasn't ADA compliant for Mom, but she was a trooper. (The "lift" wasn't working well and had dirty towels in it). However, we truly enjoyed the pampering, champagne and the ability to unwind and relax. My wife and I were in Palm Beach staying at the Breakers and heard about the highly rated Eau Spa. Based on the reviews we decided to book two massages and enjoy the facilities. There are men's & women's areas, steam, jacuzzi, sauna and a shared co-ed garden to relax with your spouse. So went about 60 minutes before our treatment to enjoy those amenities. When we arrived we noticed a huge flood of water out front of the hotel and as we entered the hotel were told there was no running water for the whole facility. Yikes! We were directed to talk with the Spa to better understand the impact to our Spa treatment & the facilities. We were told that the water should be turned back on sometime during our treatment but showers, toilets and wet spas would not work til that time. For the inconvenience, we were offered two complimentary day pass for a future visit but we're from out of town and wouldn't be able to use them, so I asked the manager if there's something else they could do. She offered a 20% discount on the services, if we chose to continue with our spa treatment so we agreed and we stayed. About 45 minutes into our treatment the water came back on. It was pretty close to our massage time so but at-least we were able to shower. Our massages were great and the staff was very friendly. Our issue, when checking out the manager pulled back the discount she had offered because the water had come back on and it wasn't that much of an inconvenience. I was kind of shocked, that's so bad and you just feel tricked. I could have cared less about the discount, it was about the principal. She offered, we agreed and she decided to dishonor her commitment. Terrible way to finish what was an excellent massage treatment and bad social press for the Spa. Finally put that bday gift certificate to use and booked a self care Sunday. Friendly valet greeted me at my car and I emerged into a life of luxury. The spa staffers were so welcoming and started with lighting a floating candle in the wishing well then a tour of the facilities. I changed into a plush robe, drank tea with honey and nibbled on delicious mini cupcakes as I awaited my massage service. After my masseuse melted my stress away I sipped on champagne and headed to the Self- Centered Garden to wet my feet in the dipping pool. I felt like I was in an adult playground swinging on the hanging chair and lounging around the spa. My skin felt amazing after being in the sauna and steam room.
