It was so special to be surrounded by incoming students, proud parents, and fellow alumni as we welcomed the next generation of Cornellians. The Breakers truly knows what hospitality means. Every detail was handled with such care--they really treat their guests with "white gloves." At one point I was juggling my beautiful hibiscus mocktail, my phone, and a wrapped straw, clearly struggling to open it. Before I knew it, a member of the wait staff stepped in with a smile to help. It's those little moments of attentive service that make The Breakers so exceptional. The food was delicious--from fresh sushi and shrimp to sliders, guacamole, and chips. There was also an abundance of refreshing non-alcoholic beverages, including that gorgeous hibiscus drink! After the event, I took a stroll through the main lobby and public spaces of the hotel. The Breakers is simply breathtaking--timeless, elegant, and absolutely beautiful. It was the perfect setting to celebrate new beginnings. Overall great stay, they have a mover which takes you around downtown which I thought was awesome as we were able to get dropped off at our dinner spot. Valet is mandatory about $50 a night kinda steep but it's okay. There was a couple of Karen's throughout the hotel which was expected given the area haha

I reported it immediately, took photos on the spot, and the valet manager even acknowledged the car had been parked near bushes -- consistent with the damage. Towne Park still denied the claim. That's the part that really matters: They had custody of the car. It came back damaged. And they took no responsibility. And neither did the hotel. I tried to resolve it directly and spent months chasing this -- and got nowhere. If you use this valet, just know: If something happens to your car, don't expect accountability. I also reached out to the hotel multiple times and got not response or accountability from the Hilton.

The hotel is always spotless, and everyone I've interacted with has been welcoming and genuinely friendly. There's a lovely café and restaurant on the property, perfect for a coffee break or a meal. If you visit during the holidays, don't miss their Christmas decorations. The pink-themed Christmas tree is stunning and fits the hotel's style perfectly. I also love that if you're celebrating a birthday, the café can write a personalized birthday message right on top of your drink--such a thoughtful little touch. I called several times asking for an upgrade if there were a cancellations. However, when we arrived and room choices were still a bit limited, the Colony made a wonderful and significant upgrade for us and we could not be more appreciative. To say above and beyond would be understating. So...what about everything else? From the time you're greeted by the bellmen, to the check-in process, the employees could not be more friendly and accomodating. The bartenders are long time employees, and very nice folks. The servers too are great. Management has done a fantastic job creating a welcoming atmosphere where one feels right at home. The restaurant, Swifty's, is excellent. Breakfast poolside is always nice. Early riser? Coffee and a choice of newspapers are alway waiting for you. Take it outside by the pool and have a quiet morning before starting the day. Looking forward to the next time !

Their rooms are so clean and they have some restaurant options upstairs along with a pool overlooking the waterfront. What is awesome is that they also have a complementary shuttle, which is so helpful in the area since parking is a little bit difficult and walking is not always the best option. The range of the shuttle is also pretty far, including dropping you off at the beach for some relaxation. What really stood out to me was the hospitality and Customer Service. I have a couple of names to call out. The Bellman, KEVIN was amazing at recommendations. He spoke to us with a tone of authenticity as if we were genuine friends. He provided a list of suggested restaurants based on our interests and always offered us refreshments. Likewise at the front desk, we spoke with Jacob & Velouse who were able to accommodate us with a room with a great view. They were very helpful. And one more callout is the driver of the complementary shuttle, who was also very friendly and even helped us out when we left a shoe at our last location and did a U-turn for us The pool has limited seating space. Get there early or be OK with not having a pool chair after a dip.

It's a great location, just a couple blocks from the water which I could see from my room. The staff were all super nice and took a moment to chat with me which I always appreciate. The room was awesome! I love they there was bathrobes and slippers. It was large, had all the updates, and very clean. I really loved the art throughout the hotel. And very important to me, there was great water pressure and the water could get very hot. I ordered room service for breakfast that was delivered very quickly. And my favorite was the bike rentals. They have beach cruiser type bikes with baskets on the front you can borrow. I borrowed one to pick up dinner and eat at the park a few blocks away near the water. It made for a really lovely evening. I stay at a different Hilton every week, and this one has certainly been my favorite. Can't wait to go back!

As soon as we walked in, I was in love with this place. The front desk agents were friendly and helpful, and the lobby was spotless. When we got to our room, I was genuinely shocked at how clean it was. I'm very particular about hotels and like to double-check the cleanliness before settling in, but I could tell right away this place had been cleaned very well. It didn't take long for us to decide to stay here for the week. We enjoyed breakfast in the lobby every morning, and sat in the courtyard by the pool most evenings. The valets were amazing; we almost never had to wait for our car, and they remembered us by name. This was the first time I've had housekeeping come during a hotel stay. I usually just put up the Do Not Disturb sign, but I decided I wanted to really enjoy this vacation. Housekeeping did a remarkable job freshening up the room, and it felt like magic to come back to a clean room after being out all day! We will definitely stay here again next time we are in town. We were placed next to a family with young children who were awake and active from 6:00 a.m. every morning. My sister was celebrating her 50th birthday, and we chose this staycation to relax, sleep in, and enjoy some quiet time, but unfortunately we didn't get a good night's sleep during the four nights we stayed. I would recommend that the resort consider placing guests seeking a peaceful, relaxing getaway in a quieter section, separate from families with small children whenever possible. That small change would make a huge difference. Other than that, the resort is amazing but this experience would make me think twice before returning.

As soon as you check in, you are then guided to a small fountain pool where you are given a candle (yours to keep when you leave) in which you set an intention for your spa stay, make your wish and then place it in the water to float. I thought this was such a beautiful idea to begin with. I was given a glass of champagne as well. I was guided to a locker where I got my robe and slides to keep. You can set your combination to lock it so your belongings are safe. There is a beauty area with blow dryers, hair ties, Q-tips and other female products are available upon request. Showers are also present. The steam and sauna rooms were incredible. My favorite part was the heated jacuzzi pool with the overhead waterfall that comes rushing down into the jacuzzi. It was activated by a button that you can press on the outside. It was clothing optional in this area. The outdoor spa area is an oasis of beauty. It was raining a bit on the day I came, but they have silver hanging chairs with water beneath your feet, cabanas and waterfalls. It's blissfully calming. I've never experienced anything like it! The treatment waiting area had snacks, tea and water. My massage was tailored to me specifically. I added a foot and hand paraffin treatment. It was extremely relaxing. The hydrafacial was also fantastic. My skin felt so refreshed afterwards. I stayed using the amenities until they closed at 6pm that day. Had an absolutely phenomenal experience and will absolutely return!!!
