I'm definitely coming here for breakfast more often. It was a bit out of the way, being a 19 min drive from my house. I honestly will drive anywhere for good food. The wait we were told was 30 mins (first available) but ended up only waiting 15. We were lucky enough to get an outside table to enjoy on such a nice day like this. The menu is pretty large having every breakfast item you can think of. The prices are very reasonable considering the large plates of food they bring you; We plan on sharing next time. My bf and I both decided on omelettes. I ordered the Southwest with ham added. Surprised that meat isn't included. It was an extra $2 charge. The combination of all the toppings in the omelette made the perfect favors. The avocado were sliced on top and had a added side sauce (I was expecting it to be a little spicy) to put on top. The sauce had no spice so I added some on. I'm a fan of hot sauce and would add it on pretty much anything if my bf didn't look at me like I'm crazy. The thought of even talking about this makes me want to go home and eat the left overs. I don't have much details on the bf omelette. Better to look at the pictures I included. He loved it and managed to finished everything but the potato's. He figured it would be a good side dish for dinner tonight. Over all.. worth the 19 min drive and the 15 min wait. Absolutely disgusting. I got a Gyro salad to go. When I got home it was loaded to the brim with nasty slimy brown lettuce. Who serves something to someone like this. At the time of payment, POS goes down and the server wanted me to leave my 38 year old son as collateral while I went to ATM. when I told them I was not leaving my son, she wanted me to leave my CC info. manager wasn't any better. Huge plate and serving; lovely and very generous portion of very tasty lobster and the eggs done perfectly with the yolk oozing out soaking the muffin and perfectly blending with the heavenly hollandaise sauce. The potatoes need their own write up. OMG!! Huge portion. Could not finish them. Loved them so much that I was soaking them in the yolk and hollandaise and loving every single bite. Nice fresh slice of fresh and sweet honeydew to complement this gorgeous start to my Thursday. Great, tasty and strong coffee. My superb, smiling and very nice waitress Kim was on the ball and kept my coffee cup refilled. She checked up on me frequently. Dine inside or out, you are greeted by the most friendly hostesses who extended that welcome to our dog....including her own bowl and scarf!! An Egg-cellent way to start the day! I was traveling down to the area and wanted to plan out to treat myself to breakfast. After ready the reviews online and checking out the menu, I knew this was the place to go. I decided to go in to place an order to go so that I could check the place out. Their outside patio was decently busy for a Friday morning and inside there were 2-3 tables with patrons enjoying a meal. The atmosphere is so Egg-citing with egg photos and phrases all around, an adorable coffee bar area and a kitchen window right there so you can see all the other delicious menu items you didn't order going to other tables! The menu is quite extensive, but features all the classic breakfast and lunch dishes you'd find at diner, plus some more "spiced up" takes on the classics. Of course I had to get some sort of eggs (duh) and they boast that their Benedict's are "what we do best. Go ahead...test us." So I did and they passed with flying colors! I went with the Mykonos Benedict; it came with a side, I went with the home fries, and a piece of fruit! (I was a little confused as the menu stated the dish was served with "seasoned potatoes or homemade grits, baked beans and a slice of fresh fruit." I didn't get any beans, maybe I misunderstood or maybe they forgot?). All in all, the dish was quite tasty! The hollandaise sauce was just right and the feta cheese added another level of creaminess that played well with the fresh and crisp spinach and tomato. The potatoes were also nice and crispy, but not overly oily like home fries have a tendency to lean towards. My only criticism would be the English muffin, it didn't seem like it was toasted or even warmed on the flat top so it just sort of became soggy bread on the yolk broke and added more liquid to the hollandaise. I look forward to being in the area again so that I can try out some other egg filled dishes....and the raspberry stuffed French toast that sounds delicious! read more

I ended up here with a friend, after a long Saturday night out up in Lake Worth; we desperately needed food and Bloody Mary's! They had BOTH! Perfect!! They also happen to have stellar Yelp reviews so I knew it was just the place. After a short 30min wait on a Sunday afternoon we were seated and had the sweetest server. She was super nice and friendly! Didn't even blink when I ordered a cup of coffee and a Spicy Bloody Mary at the same time LOL!! It was a long night before trust me!! My friend and I went over that menu forever, back and forth, breakfast or lunch...everything sounded amazing! We finally settled on lunch (it was around 2pm). My friend ordered the Oven Roasted Turkey Breast Sandwich and I got the Patty Melt. I know what you're thinking, greasy patty melt right...NOPE!! OMG!!! It was the best patty melt ever!! The burger was SO JUICY! The bread was more toasted than oily which really made this sandwich great! That's the one part of the patty melt that makes you regret eating it later and this one does not do that! They also served the sandwich with yummy seasoned fries and coleslaw. My friend's turkey sandwich was good but the PATTY MELT!! That was something!! Add that Bloody Mary and I was a very, very happy woman last Sunday! Food is good , but the small 4foot ladies that host and run that place are mean , no organization whatsoever, very rude, which is very conflicting because I've been coming here for years with my entire family my sister walked out of embarrassment when they basically ignored us both getting a table and getting food must be a family business because the words that they used were so condescending so rude, I don't care how good your food is if you can't treat your customers right I will never return to your business along with family and associates. I ordered the Greek yogurt with honey and walnuts which was served with fresh fruit and a blueberry muffin. The portion was large and it was packed with flavor. Our server, Cynthia, was extremely pleasant and attentive. All COVID-19 precautions were strictly enforced and there was hand sanitizer readily available. Although the restaurant is located in a strip mall, the greenery that surrounds it gives the feeling of sitting in a tropical garden. Do yourself a favor and give Eggcetra a try. I have been here many times before and it never seems to disappoint! This is definitely one of our top picks for my friends, family and I to choose from when we are in the mood for a casual brunch! Staff is always so friendly and attentive with their tables. I always lean towards the Jumbo Breakfast Bagel (pictured)! It's so filling and definitely jumbo! Their coffee menu has so many options and they are so beautifully created behind their coffee bar! I usually aim for the cappuccino with a sugar stick on the side! The Lobster Benedict picture caught my eye. Never had it before but the picture made me want to order it! Maybe next time. I had a very friendly waitress. Great charisma with children and attentive to our needs. She was constantly around her station without overdoing it. The outdoor patio was a great choice even when the weather is 90 degrees. Shade was perfect and it wasn't too loud. Not an outdoors person but I would definitely choose to sit outside every time here. Last, our food was REALLY good. It wasn't overpriced (actually cheaper than Denny's) and we received huge portions. I ordered The Classic for $7.99, scrambled eggs with cheddar cheese, corn beef hash, white toast, fruit (watermelon) and potatoes. The potatoes were done just right. Every single potato was crispy. Didn't encounter a single soggy potato! I loved everything about this platter. My son ordered the chocolate chip pancake off the kids menu. They serve very large portions that will leave you full and the service is quick and friendly. Great quality all around. Dining outside and inside are equally fantastic cute and nicely decorated. It is located In the Pinewood Square, Plaza intersection jog Road and Lantana Road. I have seen many businesses come and go at this specific rental lot but Eggs-Cetera is here to stay. I remember it being a pizza joint for a long time before it was transformed into a really nice breakfast place not too long ago. The owners had the right idea and it shows in their service and their food. I wasn't in the mood to have breakfast twice in a row, so I settled for a light lunch. I got the strawberry spinach salad with grilled chicken breast. It was served in a tortilla bowl topped with pecans and a raspberry vinaigrette dressing. The huge portion didn't scare me and I ended up finishing most of it before I left. The prices are reasonable and the service was exceptional. Our waitress was quick and friendly as well as keeping our table clean and glasses full. I really wished I didn't look at the photos since I want breakfast now. My husband and I have breakfast on occasion. It's been average most times, not a lot of choices in the area so we continue to give it a chance. This morning we took the chance again only to later regret again. Why...why...why...lol We both orders a fairly simple meal, even called "The Classic" so scramble eggs, corned beef, bacon, etc. Does seem that complicated or something that we should wait an hour for! ‍ Once I tracked down our waitress and gave her the stare of "hey where's our food" about 10 minutes later, our food magically appears. We asked the waitress to send over the manager as they were no busy, no wait and table were seated after us and served before us! The manager just apologizes, says they have a lot of too go orders and that our order was placed 10 minutes ago. Well...check your cameras, we've been in your faculty over an hour?! Your waitress just forgot and put our order in 10 minutes ago. Nothing was done, manager walked away not caring one bit. If our food was at least tasty, I may have re-considered writing this review but with bad service AND burnt corn beef that's the breaking point! I appreciated that there were a wide array of vegetarian options. I don't like eggs or sweet bready things which rules out a lot of breakfast foods, but the vegetarian crepes did me well. That being said, the restaurant wasn't great on execution today - the orange juice, while fresh squeezed, wasn't that flavorful; and my veggie crepe seemed hastily thrown together with large gobs of spinach on one side and the cheese and onions elsewhere, rather than cutting up the spinach finely and mixing it all together. read more
