Secondly, I recently placed an order through a third party delivery app and half of my order was missing. While the delivery app refunded the amount of the missing items, I decided to send a courtesy email to the store to let them know of the issue so that they could determine if it was an internal issue or an issue with the delivery service. I received a prompt reply from Timothy that was gracious and an exemplary example of customer service. The staff here has always been polite, efficient, and welcoming. Although my email stated that they would continue to recieve my business regardless of one less than stellar experience; they truly went above and beyond to correct the issue and have certainly earned my continued patronage and respect. I love eating here! The atmosphere, as others have mentioned, is cozy and comfortable. The smiles you receive when you open the door are a great way to start your meal. I dined there this morning with my husband and small children and we all really enjoyed our meals. My kids, who are picky scrambled egg eaters, gobbled up their plates! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet place away from the busy tourist restaurants. As others have mentioned, the restrooms are clean and are both equipped with changing tables. Misty, I am pretty sure having worked in a restaurant for a few years, that the manager was not informed of your added guest. They bend over backwards to make you comfortable and happy and shame on the hostess for not saying anything to her management. A few comments on Jeff W's review. When you open your own restaurant, you can call it whatever you want. The owner and the chef have worked very hard to create the atmosphere and food that they provide. Who cares that the name contains a nonsensical word? I personally think its cute. And as for 'brunch' items...brunch is a meal that can be eaten for breakfast or lunch. If you wanted something in between those two meals, perhaps you should have walked over to the grocery store across the parking lot and gotten a bag of pretzels. First, I must provide full disclosure that my wife and I have been friends with the chef for many years. I have been to Eggcellence twice so far, once with a larger party for brunch and secondly with my wife and 3 month old daughter (she didn't eat, but would have if she knew good food) for lunch. For brunch, I had an an eggcellent omelet that was perfectly prepared. For lunch, I had a sliced beef sandwich which was outstanding with the large portion of beef sliced about 1/8" thick. Additionally, it seems that Yelp is not only great for customers to read real reviews, but it also provides valuable feedback to businesses. When we arrived with our daughter we were pleased to find changing stations in both restrooms. They are actually the only changing stations I remember seeing with the actual liners for sanitation. read more

My bfs crab hash was delicious but my blintzes were pretty gross. The only one that had flavor was the banana and hazlenut. The other were bitter and gross not to mention i almost broke my tooth on something that looked like a rock in my potatoes. When i told the server no apology nothing. One of the lovely eateries in the area of this city is this one. It is actually too difficult to describe its cuisine and beverages. I frequently went here with my pal to eat some delectable cuisine and drink some enticing beverages. The servers did a superb job of their duties and were generally well-behaved.
