I always love this place. Everything is great. Food, service and environment are all awesome. Unfortunately no wifi for doing some work on a laptop but still all good.

We have been coming here for many years! I love the homey feel inside and it's always packed! I did a mobile order this most recent time and it was delish. I ordered a sandwich that came with fries and the banana muffin. Great portions so I get two meals out of it. Unfortunately, I read yesterday this location will be closing which is wild!

Hawaiian food options [Las Vegas NV] Egg Works is always a great option for breakfast or brunch when in Vegas. They have a few locations and I believe we've dined at all the locations except for this one on Flamingo Road. I had the Island Favorite from their Hawaiian food selection (choice of grilled SPAM or Portuguese sausage, two eggs, and sticky white rice. Their homemade Banana Nut muffin was the best (you could also opt for toast, if desired). Husband had The Classic (turkey bacon, eggs and seasoned potatoes). Customer service was excellent and they always have a Groupon deal! We had not had a bad experience at any of the Egg Works locations. Review #3963

There's a bunch of egg works around town and wanted to check it out after seeing all the good reviews. It didn't disappoint. Came on a Saturday morning and we were seated immediately but it was quite busy! Atmosphere is casual. There's a cute little train that runs around the top of the restaurant. We ordered the biscuits and gravy as well as the breakfast burrito which were both good for breakfast foods. Nothing to stand out about them. The real game changer was the potatoes. They warn you that they are seasoned but the seasoning was perfection with the right amount of crunch and crispiness. I would go back just for the potatoes. They came out piping hot and fresh as well! The portions were generous and we had some leftovers.

I've driven past this restaurant countless times and finally stopped in for breakfast. I'm so glad I did. I ordered the classic breakfast, and everything was delicious. I especially loved that they offer Godshall's turkey bacon, which is a favorite of mine. The warm banana muffin was amazing, and the server was friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout.

It's taking me a little over a year to finally make it to Egg Works. And I'm kicking myself for not trying them sooner. I ordered their homemade corn beef hash, which came with seasoned potatoes and I chose a banana nut muffin. The best homemade corn beef hash I've had from a restaurant. I had it with two eggs over easy. So delicious! The seasoned potatoes were also delicious. Banana nut muffin was very tasty! I must add this just became my favorite breakfast spot. Well done Egg Works!!

The place is a typical bar/tavern, with high tables/chairs, bar with games, lots of TV sets. If one is looking to relax with a drink and appetizers in a comfy sofa this is not the place. This does look like it's a fun place to unwind. They seem to have all kinds of daily and monthly specials. The service was good, but the food was great. They have a good enough selection. So we got the potsticker, chicken wraps, poppers, nachos. Every single dish was scrumptious. We especially liked how they prepared the nachos --- seems like they layered the nachos and the sauce unlike other places where they just pour the sauce on top and the bottom nachos don't get any of it. We also ordered a bowl of their roasted tomato soup which turned out so tasty. Chef Julius himself brought out the soup and when we told him it's one of the best we've ever had, he brought another serving to take home with us. Now, that's a great way to build a business and encourage customers to keep coming back. All together, our experience was very good, and the only suggestion I would make is to have a variety of seating --- break up the tables and chairs with some comfortable sofas, armchairs.

The second time the food and the service were so bad we swore we wouldn't come back. I ordered their pork chop special and those chops were so burnt it was like eating a piece of coal. Today we gave it one last shot and the overall experience was a mixed bag; a bit of column A and a little from column B. The food was tasty but the service was so poor that I can't give this place more than the 2 stars. Mainly due to our server who was so disgruntled and indifferent to the point where we felt like we weren't welcomed. The place is nestled in a pretty busy shopping center so I'm sure it gets a good amount of foot traffic which boggles the mind that they'd only have 1 server for the entire place. The food was yummy...just a little slow to come out. My burger sat in their heat lamps for a while before I got at my table. So that was a bummer. Apparently the owners also own the Sicilian Guys Trattoria on the opposite side of the plaza, which is a shame because I always to try it. Oh well.

Ever been on the precipice of HANGRY? Almost had an internal meltdown because you haven't eaten…read moreuntil now? Well, read on.... Saturday morning at 10:19 am, we checked in at the front and had a 5-10 minute wait. The entire restaurant was packed outside and inside and people were still sitting in the waiting area waiting to be seated. But at 10:28 am our table was ready and we were seated promptly by Tammy who also gave us our menus. Coco was our waitress and took our order of a deli sandwich and a veggie skillet and drinks (none of which came with their delicious banana muffins - keep this in mind for later). Our drinks arrived quickly, but for whatever reason my veggie skillet hadn't yet been made. We were seated close to the cooking line, so out of the corner of my eye, I could see our deli sandwich in the window---waiting, all alone like a stood up Tinder date. It looked so sad. I was sad; and then my stomach started rumbling. We waited probably about 25-30 minutes for our food--while the poor Tinder date stood alone. I could see Coco getting frustrated as well with the timing and she pulled aside manger, Lacey, to hopefully find the Tinder date's match. Coco, sensing my handiness brought us over some banana muffins and apologized for the wait. I knew it wasn't her fault and told her so. The line staff was overwhelmed and things happen. Let me tell you that was the best banana muffin in the world at that point (they're always delicious though). About a minute later, Lacey brought my son's sandwich and apologized for the wait and told us the skillet would be out shortly. It came out within the next few minutes. It was absolutely delicious. All the skillets have their seasoned potatoes on the bottom which gives it a nice texture from the eggs and additional softer ingredients on top. Our deli sandwich was piled high with ham and roasted turkey, and lettuce with their seasoned French fries. I failed to take pictures of this Tinder match up of food due to my hangriness, and devoured what I could. They have a great mix of breakfast and non breakfast options while still making it feel like brunch. Lacey ended up comping the skillet due to the issue which was appreciated. Coco stood strong in the face of time, food and someone who hadn't eaten all day and was amazing! She was professional, kind, and I even caught her singing to the rest of the staff at the line in an attempt to get the vibe up. 3 cheers for Coco!! I will always recommend Egg Works for their laid back vibe, comfort foods and brunch options. It really is a great place to eat. Oh, and they also allow dogs on their outside patio, FYI.

The ambiance leaned heavily on dim lighting, creating a darker atmosphere than I prefer--I like to clearly see and enjoy the food in front of me. That said, the overall vibe was easygoing, making it a comfortable spot to hang out with friends over a meal and a beer or even for a casual family dinner. Service, however, was a bright spot. Our main server was friendly, and the rest of the team who assisted throughout the meal were just as pleasant. Our appetizers came out quickly, though we did have to wait a bit for utensils. We started with the crispy calamari, which had a nice crunch without being greasy and a tender interior, but the lemon pepper sesame seasoning didn't quite come through--I was expecting a bit more flavor. The marinara felt fairly standard, and the garlic aioli leaned subtle. The spinach and artichoke dip was underwhelming and noticeably salty. The chips had a good crunch, but lacked flavor and tasted a bit like cardboard. For entrées, we ordered the Parmesan-crusted chicken with lemon Chardonnay butter sauce, sun-dried tomatoes, white cheddar mashed potatoes, and steamed broccoli. The chicken was lightly crusted and not greasy, but the sauce was nearly nonexistent. The Parmesan, sun-dried tomatoes, and basil felt more like a garnish than a true component of the dish. The mashed potatoes were smooth with a subtle flavor, while the broccoli was simply steamed and lacked seasoning--I had to add salt and pepper myself. For a dish like this, I look for a sauce that ties everything together, and that was missing here. We also tried the All-American smashed burger with fries--two beef patties, American cheese, lettuce, pickles, signature sauce on a brioche bun. The fries were a standout--served hot with that satisfying crunch and just the right amount of seasoning. The burger itself, however, was fairly ordinary and on the dry side. The sauce didn't add much--there was very little of it, and what was there left an aftertaste I didn't care for. That said, I did enjoy the root beer float and the fries, which ended the meal on a better note. Everyone's experience can differ--this was just mine, so I'd say try it and see for yourself. A mix of hits and misses, with a few highlights worth noting. 2.5 stars Respectfully
