I've written many reviews here, the food is awesome, the service is always on point and the ambiance, it can be loud but it's a great place with many selections. They also have a board that has specials which you can order. I highly recommend this place. On weekends it does get busy from time to time so the wait can be a little bit but totally worth the wait. The Omlettes come with 8 eggs but you can request 4 however, it's only a dollar less so get the 8 and take the rest home.

Came here for brunch and it was packed, I had the Focaccia breakfast panini and multi grain pancakes, super delicious! Service was great and they have lots of TVs which I like for sports reasons lol

    Veggie Delight skillet (no eggs)

I came here with a large group of ladies for lunch. Our server did a great job managing such a large group on his own. Our service was quick and organized. If you like omelets this is the place for you as they have a large a selection and they come with 8 eggs! You can get one with 4 eggs but it's only $1 less. I am vegan so there was much choice for me but I always read the menu online beforehand. I got the veggie delight skillet without eggs and dry toast. Breakfast items come with choice of banana, pumpkin bread or toast. My skillet was fine but judging by the jumbo portions of others orders I was a bit surprised AND my food was warm and not hot. I was quite hungry and just ate it anyway.

Got one of their specials which was the spam loco moco. Our server was very friendly and outgoing. The food came out very quickly. It has a very clean atmosphere.

Really nice diner! Came in and was sat down immediately with my family. The place was busy and bustling but food came out fast! Our waitress was very nice and took our orders quickly. She was also attentive and made sure we had our waters filled. I got the Loco Moco because I was craving it. It tasted delicious! It wasn't anything special but it tasted as I imagined. Super savory and juicy with properly cooked rice. My family also liked their meals and didn't have any complaints It's a good breakfast spot that I would come back to!

A late breakfast after a morning hike. Omelette Cafe did not disappoint. Breakfast is served all day. The restaurant offers plenty of seating with a diner style counter as an added option. My wife and I shared a Denver omelette and a pancake, and we still had leftovers to bring home. The omelette was delicious and the pancake was fluffy. Our server was welcoming. She kept the coffee cup and water glasses full. We will definitely be going back.

This is our local spot for breakfast! If you want a label - call it Consistent! You find something in the menu you like, expect it every single time. Whether dining in or to go. The toast is golden every time, the omelette is full and ingredients balanced throughout, the waffle is fluffy with a light crunch and just the right hint of sweetness in the tongue.. but let's face it, there is also a consistent crowd. Oh course right? When you serve good food it doesn't take long for folks to catch on but that's were bring a local with flexible schedules counts ;) -- early mornings are great times to get ahead of the rush but the take end of the brunch hour is good as well.. but weekends are for socializing and this environment, staff, and food call for crowds so prepare to give them 29-30 min during the weekend rush - but weekdays - it's perfect for breakfast and brunch meetings - and like I said when you don't have it in you to cook, take out is as consistent as dining in.. and that Lavaza is even smoother in your favorite mug :) Tony keeps everyone on point and is a delight to see with every visit - so do yourself a favor and go out to breakfast this week. They will not disappoint... oh and if you are getting a standard omelette, go ahead and ask for a box when you order.

Decided to try new restaurant for breakfast so found this one, and got seated immediately. We were pretty impressed with the menu selections for breakfast and lunch. The french toast, eggs, bacon and turkey link sausage were all good. Not to fond of the potato chips and over cooked sour dough toast. Service was good and attentive for being busy. They do have live music on Saturdays 10am-2pm so we need to return for lunch. Also, we didn't try one, but their omlettes are made with 8 eggs and we were told big enough to split or you can order a half omlette but it is only $1 less. Overall, we had a good experience.

Chicago style Italian beef with French fries
    Krista V.

Came here for a late lunch. I ordered the mimosa flight, yum and the Chicago style Italian beef with French fries. The ciabatta roll was nicely toasted, the meat was shaved and good but wished there was more of it. The green peppers were good but cut too big for me. The dipping sauce was delicious. There were a ton of French fries that were yummy. My spouse had the stuffed French toast special with blueberry. Two pieces of bacon and hash browns. It was all delicious but the French toast seemed a little small. Our server was Toni O who was really nice and efficient. The restaurant was pretty quiet.

Pumpkin bread and banana bread. I liked the banana bread texture better.

Bread choices are yummy! Huge omelette and portion size. Flavor was just ok. Cooked food quality was just ok. Eggs a little tough, hash browns too soft, etc.

Stopped in for breakfast as I have not been here before. The wait staff were very friendly and quick despite being busy. Kept my water full at all times. The vibe was casual. The breakfast pricing was pretty decent! I ordered the breakfast skillet. The portion was healthy and was packed with breakfast meat and the eggs were cooked perfectly! The nice touch was a side of pumpkin bread that was delicious! There was tons of natural lightning and they were very accommodating to my service dog. Will be back again.

Hi do you offer protein pancakes and if not what is your healthiest breakfast combo?

No protein omelet.. White egg omelet #35

Can you order breakfast OR lunch ANY TIME they are open? Like a sandwich at 9am or omelette at 2pm?

I believe so...they even have gluten free bread options for breakfasts! We have come in for a later breakfast...but ya they close at 2.

Is there any entree that is gluten free here? Does this restaurant use a shared fryer for things like battered chicken that would cross contaminate foods like gluten free french fries? I have Celiac disease and have to eat gluten free.

I don’t know for sure…you could check their website or call them.

Do they offer gluten free pancakes or waffles?

I believe they do…you could call or check their web site.

I ordered the Smoked Salmon Benedict with arugula and roasted tomato salad, and I'd give it an 8/10. The Benedict was a little salty for my taste, but thankfully, it didn't overpower the other flavors. The seasoning and hollandaise sauce complemented the dish really well. My father ordered the exact same thing and absolutely loved it. My mother went with the Mexican Avocado Toast, which she rated a 7.8/10. She also found it slightly salty, and the dish was a little cheesier and oilier than she preferred. Since she isn't a big fan of cheese, that affected her overall rating. However, she still enjoyed it enough to finish her meal. My wife ordered the Chicken & Waffle Mac, which was definitely an interesting and creative take on the classic chicken and waffles. Having macaroni incorporated into the waffle made the dish unique. The chicken was crispy and flavorful, and she gave it an 8/10. Thinking there wasn't any macaroni with her entrée, my wife also ordered a side of Cheesy Macaroni. She was pleasantly surprised by it and gave it a 9/10. It ended up being one of her favorite parts of the meal. Overall, Parlour Brunch and Late Night Burger Bar was a solid family dining experience with a comfortable atmosphere, creative dishes, and plenty of flavor.

The biggest disappointment was the pull-apart Cinnabon. Unfortunately, it wasn't soft, and the cream cheese frosting wasn't sweet at all. It definitely needed more sugar. No one in our group liked it, and for $21, I'd definitely pass on it. Our waitress was really nice and attentive. She brought us all the condiments we asked for and kept our drinks filled, which we really appreciated. We always make a…read morestop in Vegas to stock up on groceries and grab brunch before heading to Zion for camping. The food here is incredibly fresh and absolutely delicious - but they really need to step up their dishwashing and make sure the food is served hot. There's nothing worse than ordering coffee and seeing purple lipstick on the rim of your cup. It makes you want to leave right away. Then comes the inner debate - do you say something and risk being that customer, or just wipe it off and move on? On top of that, getting food that's supposed to be hot but arrives cold is frustrating. You sit there wishing you were at home where you could just microwave it - because the food is that good and would taste even better at the right temperature. Our experience wasn't helped by our waiter, who seemed disinterested after the lipstick incident (same guy mentioned in previous reviews that comes off rude AF/ agreed!). We didn't feel like asking for much after that. On the bright side, one of the waitresses was amazing - she looked like she was carrying the whole place. The chef clearly knows what she's doing because the food coming out of the kitchen was fantastic. That said, attention needs to be paid to cleanliness and serving hot food. There's no excuse for that. Despite these issues, I gave it five stars because the problems are fixable and don't take away from how incredible the food is. For reference, we visited on Friday, January 3rd, in the morning. There was a nearby parking structure and no wait time. The decor is a mix of farm-to-table and modern bistro - nothing overly exciting or disappointing. We were just looking for a good brunch spot, and this place is truly a hidden gem. Hopefully, they address the concerns we mentioned because it's worth coming back for! __________ To the Chef, Your food is incredible - truly Michelin-worthy. However, the staff is serving it cold and sometimes on dirty dishes. This isn't the first review mentioning these issues. Also, the tall white guy with grey hair was incredibly condescending and rude. Hospitality doesn't seem to be the right fit for him. It's disappointing to see someone like that representing the amazing work and love you pour into your dishes. On the flip side, the waitress with long brown hair was picking up the slack and holding the place together. She deserves recognition - maybe even a promotion. I hope you see this because if the team can consistently serve food hot and on clean dishware, this place could easily become the top brunch spot around. We appreciate your talent and hope this feedback is helpful! - Vee & Mike

It has a rustic, darker ambiance and not your usual bright and sunny brunch spots. The menu not too big, but offered enough varieties that we decided to try the biscuit and gravy as well as the corned bee hash. We also got house coffee and they were from mother ship coffee. Food came out quickly, but they were lukewarm and felt like it was already made and just put under a food light to be kept warm. The biscuit was good and soft, but the gravy was a little too salty. The corned beef came in a smaller portion than I expected, and the beef was diced too thin that they didn't have great texture and flavor. Coffee was good, but overall food was not as good as we'd expect. Service was average, the waitress was nice but didn't offer much service besides bringing out initial water and coffee over. No one really checked in on us after the food was served. I'd most likely not be back as there are many other brunch places in the downtown area to explore.

The build-your-own omelet is a worthy breakfast, stuffed with two veggies and two meats of your choice. Cheddar, diced onion, and two types of bacon inside three eggs was a winner. Be sure to get some thick bacon slices to go (mango habanero, maple glazed, honey-cured) - always nice to chew on during that nine hour Sunday evening drive back to SoCal. And unlike those anorexic slices that fast food places put on their burgers, you can actually taste this bacon. Open 7 a.m. to 2 p.m., they serve lunch too and if you're in 'growling stomach mode', try the Boarrito but be forewarned - this is a pork-fest of a monstrosity that's not designed for consumption by weight watchers or thoroughbred jockeys. A large tortilla filled with ham, sausage, bacon crumbles, pulled pork, guacamole, sour cream, and pico de gallo is then wrapped on the outside with countless slices of more bacon, smothered with cheese sauce and sour cream...now I need to take a nap just thinking about digesting it.
