Had breakfast here again since my wife was craving one of their croissant breakfast sandwiches which are hugh and delicious. I usally just go with eggs and toast. The breakfast potatoes are also very good. Service is good and attentive and our overall experiencesince here hve been very good.

Stopped in for breakfast recently and it was definitely a solid morning meal spot. The restaurant was busy, which seems to be the norm judging by how lively it was. Service was great from start to finish. Our server was attentive, friendly, and kept coffee refilled without having to ask. Ordered the standard breakfast and was happy to see the portions were large. That said, while the food was decent and filling, it was more average in flavor and execution than exceptional.... tasty enough, but not something I'd call memorable. The prices felt about right for the portion size and busy brunch vibe.... nothing too expensive, but not super cheap either. Overall, great service and big portions make this a reliable breakfast option.

Used DoorDash to order breakfast this morning. We each ordered a scramble, mine had cream cheese, scallions and jalapeños with potatoes on the side. Came with "coffee cake" but I was disappointed to find out it was actually apple cake, which I don't care for and therefore didn't eat anymore than a bite of. But the scramble tasted good, so we were happy.

Great breakfast and especially when you don't want a full portion. Had the lighter fair which was filling and great. Staff is always super friendly and food is great. It's a must try.

Wow! I'm impressed with this breakfast spot! It was tight around the corner from the dealership I was at and wanted to have some breakfast. Arrived around 10:30am and upon entering discovered it to be a quaint little restaurant. Not a lot of seating areas so I can this place being packed fast over the weekend. The employees are friendly and pretty quick to serve. Ordered the raspberry tuffed French toast and the Monte Cristo. Both came with syrup and it tasted delicious. Got our food within 15 mins. I thought the Monte Cristo was a bit small for the price. It was $18.95 each for both entrees. Without drinks, the total came out to $40. Expensive but it did the job of filling me up and get my breakfast fix. Down to try out the other items on the menu whenever I'm at this part of town.

+ WALK IN OR RESERVATION NEEDED: No reservation needed--we walked in on a weekday morning and were seated quickly. Weekends may have a short wait, but it moves fast. + LOCATION/PARKING: Super convenient location off Painted Mirage Road in Centennial Hills. Plenty of free parking right out front with easy access, even during peak breakfast hours. + AMBIANCE / CLEANLINESS: Warm, cozy, and welcoming! The space has a classic diner vibe with clean tables, comfortable booths, and a relaxed neighborhood feel. Everything was spotless, including the restrooms. + EMPLOYEES: The staff was phenomenal--friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to enjoy being there. Our server checked in often without hovering and had great menu recommendations. + MENU: A breakfast lover's dream! Tons of customizable options--skillets, omelets, Benedicts, pancakes, burritos--and great gluten-sensitive choices too. Portions are generous, and everything is made fresh. + DRINK(s)//FOOD(s)//SHOW(s): We had the Sin City Skillet and a classic Eggs Benedict--both cooked perfectly and loaded with flavor. But the real showstopper? Their signature coffee cake--soft, buttery, and topped with a cinnamon crumble. Paired with their hot coffee, it's unforgettable. + OVERALL EXPERIENCE [Rating 5/5]: Easily one of the best breakfast spots in Las Vegas! Great food, welcoming atmosphere, and top-notch service. Whether you're a local or just passing through, The Cracked Egg in Centennial is a must-visit.

The Cracked Egg is a great breakfast spot for families and breakfast lovers! I got the Californian Omelet which was tasty and came with a ton of food! I loved the breakfast potatoes. The coffee cake is definitely something you will want to order as it is an option with many of their entrees. It is a small location so just be aware you may need to wait for a little bit, but the service was quick and excellent with coffee coming our way whenever our cups were halfway empty. It's a relaxed diner spot that's perfect for your morning breakfast.

There was a bit of a wait, so we decided to sit at the counter. Our server was very kind and attentive, ensuring that we were well taken care of. When the food arrived, it was hot and delicious. The atmosphere was as expected for a restaurant of this type. For sure we will be back.

We chose to visit the Cracked Egg as we are always seeing a waiting line to get seated. We were seated after a short wait, and were greeted by a very pleasant staff. I ordered the old standby bacon & eggs and was not disappointed. The food and service was very good for being a busy Saturday morning. I am a little disappointed with a charge of $4.95 for coffee. Otherwise the cost is reasonable for the meals,

This place has been in the same location for more than a decade and it is well kept. We came in around 10 am on a Tuesday and it was the perfect time to avoid a rush. Our baby seat fit nicely in a booth. Service was prompt and friendly. The orange juice is a small 8oz glass but tasty. The coffee cake was the star of the show but definitely take it with coffee, it's awfully sweet but I loved the pillowy feel. The BYO skillet turned out okay. Unfortunately the home potatoes were dry and it made up most of the skillet leaving me a little disappointed. Chicken tenders had a good buffalo sauce, the fries were sooo good, especially with ranch. They carry Pepsi not coke. I look forward to giving it another chance.

Fabulous service, & delicious Country Eggs Benedict! The country Benedict had an egg smothered in gravy on top of an English muffin with sausage. I could only eat half of my food. I also ordered the fried potatoes as a side. Our waiter told me next time they could do half an order, which would've been plenty of food for me. My friends had a hamburger, the southwest skillet, & pancakes. We came at about 11, and we didn't have to wait too long to be seated. I will definitely be back here again!

I ordered the Smoked Salmon Benedict with arugula and roasted tomato salad, and I'd give it an 8/10. The Benedict was a little salty for my taste, but thankfully, it didn't overpower the other flavors. The seasoning and hollandaise sauce complemented the dish really well. My father ordered the exact same thing and absolutely loved it. My mother went with the Mexican Avocado Toast, which she rated a 7.8/10. She also found it slightly salty, and the dish was a little cheesier and oilier than she preferred. Since she isn't a big fan of cheese, that affected her overall rating. However, she still enjoyed it enough to finish her meal. My wife ordered the Chicken & Waffle Mac, which was definitely an interesting and creative take on the classic chicken and waffles. Having macaroni incorporated into the waffle made the dish unique. The chicken was crispy and flavorful, and she gave it an 8/10. Thinking there wasn't any macaroni with her entrée, my wife also ordered a side of Cheesy Macaroni. She was pleasantly surprised by it and gave it a 9/10. It ended up being one of her favorite parts of the meal. Overall, Parlour Brunch and Late Night Burger Bar was a solid family dining experience with a comfortable atmosphere, creative dishes, and plenty of flavor.

I ordered my coffee, and they brought out my own french press, creamer, and sugar. My fiancée had a fresh orange juice. Our waitress was very attentive, and all our food was perfect! My fiancée ordered the chicken and waffles! Their chicken and waffles are his favorite cause they are kimchi waffles, however not too spicy so good for breakfast after a night out. We ordered the fish and chips, which were just okay (small fish portion). One of us got the short rib sandwich and really enjoyed it. Another coworker ordered breakfast and liked her meal as well. The biggest disappointment was the pull-apart Cinnabon. Unfortunately, it wasn't soft, and the cream cheese frosting wasn't sweet at all. It definitely needed more sugar. No one in our group liked it, and for $21, I'd definitely pass on it. Our waitress was really nice and attentive. She brought us all the condiments we asked for and kept our drinks filled, which we really appreciated. Overall, we had a nice time celebrating, but there were definitely some hits and misses with the food.

We always make a…read morestop in Vegas to stock up on groceries and grab brunch before heading to Zion for camping. The food here is incredibly fresh and absolutely delicious - but they really need to step up their dishwashing and make sure the food is served hot. There's nothing worse than ordering coffee and seeing purple lipstick on the rim of your cup. It makes you want to leave right away. Then comes the inner debate - do you say something and risk being that customer, or just wipe it off and move on? On top of that, getting food that's supposed to be hot but arrives cold is frustrating. You sit there wishing you were at home where you could just microwave it - because the food is that good and would taste even better at the right temperature. Our experience wasn't helped by our waiter, who seemed disinterested after the lipstick incident (same guy mentioned in previous reviews that comes off rude AF/ agreed!). We didn't feel like asking for much after that. On the bright side, one of the waitresses was amazing - she looked like she was carrying the whole place. The chef clearly knows what she's doing because the food coming out of the kitchen was fantastic. That said, attention needs to be paid to cleanliness and serving hot food. There's no excuse for that. Despite these issues, I gave it five stars because the problems are fixable and don't take away from how incredible the food is. For reference, we visited on Friday, January 3rd, in the morning. There was a nearby parking structure and no wait time. The decor is a mix of farm-to-table and modern bistro - nothing overly exciting or disappointing. We were just looking for a good brunch spot, and this place is truly a hidden gem. Hopefully, they address the concerns we mentioned because it's worth coming back for! __________ To the Chef, Your food is incredible - truly Michelin-worthy. However, the staff is serving it cold and sometimes on dirty dishes. This isn't the first review mentioning these issues. Also, the tall white guy with grey hair was incredibly condescending and rude. Hospitality doesn't seem to be the right fit for him. It's disappointing to see someone like that representing the amazing work and love you pour into your dishes. On the flip side, the waitress with long brown hair was picking up the slack and holding the place together. She deserves recognition - maybe even a promotion. I hope you see this because if the team can consistently serve food hot and on clean dishware, this place could easily become the top brunch spot around. We appreciate your talent and hope this feedback is helpful! - Vee & Mike

It has a rustic, darker ambiance and not your usual bright and sunny brunch spots. The menu not too big, but offered enough varieties that we decided to try the biscuit and gravy as well as the corned bee hash. We also got house coffee and they were from mother ship coffee. Food came out quickly, but they were lukewarm and felt like it was already made and just put under a food light to be kept warm. The biscuit was good and soft, but the gravy was a little too salty. The corned beef came in a smaller portion than I expected, and the beef was diced too thin that they didn't have great texture and flavor. Coffee was good, but overall food was not as good as we'd expect. Service was average, the waitress was nice but didn't offer much service besides bringing out initial water and coffee over. No one really checked in on us after the food was served. I'd most likely not be back as there are many other brunch places in the downtown area to explore.

The build-your-own omelet is a worthy breakfast, stuffed with two veggies and two meats of your choice. Cheddar, diced onion, and two types of bacon inside three eggs was a winner. Be sure to get some thick bacon slices to go (mango habanero, maple glazed, honey-cured) - always nice to chew on during that nine hour Sunday evening drive back to SoCal. And unlike those anorexic slices that fast food places put on their burgers, you can actually taste this bacon. Open 7 a.m. to 2 p.m., they serve lunch too and if you're in 'growling stomach mode', try the Boarrito but be forewarned - this is a pork-fest of a monstrosity that's not designed for consumption by weight watchers or thoroughbred jockeys. A large tortilla filled with ham, sausage, bacon crumbles, pulled pork, guacamole, sour cream, and pico de gallo is then wrapped on the outside with countless slices of more bacon, smothered with cheese sauce and sour cream...now I need to take a nap just thinking about digesting it.
