I heard this spot was coming to this plaza but didn't even realize they were already open until just recently! I'm a sucker for anything with eggs, so we tried their breakfast burrito and breakfast sandwich, both with the bulgogi patties. The eggs were soft and fluffy, and the beef had a nice sweet marinated flavor to them. Also, the burritos come with tater tots inside, which was another plus for me, although I wish they were a bit crispier. The burrito is a good size, and their spicy mayo packs just the right amount of heat. The sandwich is also a nice comfort food, especially the brioche bread, it's toasted just enough with a nice buttery taste. We had to wait a while for our food since they make everything fresh, but it was definitely worth the wait, and the workers were super nice. I think it's good to know what to expect. The egg sandwich is rich and buttery. Everything is very flavorful. First time here? Get all the sauces on the side -- trust. The regular matcha latte is SO sweet it's just sugar milk that is tinted green. If you like that though, you will like this drink. It's pre mixed and you cannot adjust sweetness. I'll start off by saying the food is great and worth the price and the staff has never been less than friendly with every visit, so those are the positives. My issue lies with how customer issues seem to be managed. I placed two mobile arounds around a week and a half apart and both times my order was made incorrectly and had the exact same problem. I had ordered an avocado egg sandwich with the sauces on the side, nothing crazy. Both times not only were the sauces missing, which that in itself isn't a big deal to me, but more importantly the avocado on an Avocado Egg sandwich, one of two main ingredients, was not in the sandwich. Mistakes happen all the time when it comes to ordering from any restaurant. It's completely normal and understandable as everyone is human and makes mistakes, but to me what's important and makes a business stand out is how they handle guest recovery when they do make mistakes. That's where it becomes clear that there seems to be a lack of guidance or protocol on behalf of management so that their team is trained on how to handle at least the simpler of guest recovery issues. Both times after getting home and realized my order was made incorrectly I called the store and both times the person on the phone seemed to have no idea what to do. Both times the response to my problem was," the manager isn't here right now so we'll take your name and number and they'll get in touch with you." With it seeming like the manager steps in and out of the business frequently, with even more reason there should be some sort of protocol in place for the team to be handle the lighter issues. The first time I called once they told me that I asked if I could just bring the sandwich back, I hadn't touched it, and just get it remade. I live nearby so driving back wasn't a big issue for me. The employee on the phone seemed hesitant, but after consulting with what seemed to be another employee they agreed that was fine so I simply went back and got it replaced. Staff was kind and apologetic, no problem. The second visit I had to call was a lot more abrupt. Same response about just passing the info to the manager because they weren't in the store and then the call was ended. Didn't touch the food because I figured maybe I'll get a call within an hour or so and I'll just bring it back and get it remade. The whole day went by and no call ever happened so the food ended up just sitting out for hours and eventually just going to waste like the money spent on it. A few days later and still no contact which is why I felt compelled to write the review considering management likes to frequent here. All this to say, if you place mobile orders or take-out orders make sure to check your items before you leave the store to make sure they are accurate. Also that management should better prepare their staff to handle minor guest relations in the moment, especially if there is a consistent lack of management presence in the store, instead of having customers wait for a call that isn't going to be made which causes food to go to waste and issues to be left unresolved. read more

Food-wise, we left full and satisfied. The bacon, egg & cheese was the highlight -- eggs were cooked perfectly and nice and fluffy, and everything tasted fresh. The tater tots were just your standard diner-style tots, simple but good. Coffee was a mixed bag. My wife didn't really like either drink. I thought the Biscoff latte was decent, but the honey oat latte wasn't really my thing. The place had steady traffic, but the food came out pretty quickly. Coffee took a little longer since there was only one barista working, but nothing too frustrating. Every bite had equal portions of ingredients so you didn't have 1 bite tasting different. We also ordered a side of tater tots. They were standard as most other restaurants but once you dip it in their sriracha aioli it was a game changer. They have ranch also but I'm very picky about the style I like and theirs could use some work but still good. My friend also ordered an honey oat latter and said it was quite tasty. Tldr: they didn't put egg in my egg sandwich or egg tots and instead gave me bread with two pitiful pieces of bacon and half an unripe avocado. DONT COME HERE.
