For example, I loathe tomatoes. I tried to order a breakfast burrito with no tomatoes. Either they ignored the instruction or don't customize. So I learned I can only order on menu. Sorry if I'm being picky, I'm kind of a Sally Albright when I order. Customizing is very big for me.
