Light, fluffy, perfectly fried, and covered in just the right amount of powdered sugar. Not greasy, not doughy but just like you'd expect sitting in the Quarter on a Saturday morning. And the snoballs....everyone from New Orleans knows this is serious business. The ice is perfection, and the flavors are spot on. The chocolate itself was pretty rich and had a nice flavor, perfect for the cooler weather we had when I purchased it (couple months ago) The service was welcoming and pretty fast considering both items are pre-made and just need to be poured and torched. The shop is located on an unassuming street corner, and street parking is your only option so it may be tricky depending on time of day. There wasn't any outdoor seating so it's definitely something you take to go I'll have to come back sometime soon to try their shaved ice, they have so many options!

I absolutely love dogs but not at establishments that serve food that is sitting at the table. Especially if they're not working dogs, clearly this one was not a working dog. I would prefer not to have dog fur in my food. FYI this location violated health code regulations: "Under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), service dogs are allowed in restaurants, but they must remain on the floor, not on seats or tables. Health codes prohibit animals on furniture to prevent contamination." This whole environment of the restaurant and its unsanitary health violations makes me question how clean this restaurant is. Because if it's stuffy and terrible ventilation along with no air conditioning in the dining area how bad is it in the kitchen??? Food made with some sweat. Yum.
