Kyle determined that the dishwasher needed a new pump. He didn't have the part with him that day, but he was able to get it and return the very next day to install it. The repair was quick, and he carefully double-checked everything to make sure there were no leaks and the dishwasher was running smoothly. The $99.95 service-call fee was also lower than what a competitor quoted us. Most importantly, Kyle saved us the much greater expense of replacing the dishwasher! We had a great experience and highly recommend Kyle and Haynes Appliance Repair.

By the next morning he gave me an estimate and explained that the age of my furnace probably needed replacing. His evaluation was similar to a commercial heating company, although much more affordable, and he was more than willing to perform the service that day. He did the evaluation Monday night and by Tuesday night. I had a new furnace with warranty and my house was warm. He and his coworker were extremely proficient, efficient, kind and courteous, and they completed the installation. They hauled out the old furnace, and cleaned up after themselves. I would give 10 stars if able. (Terry also confirmed that he wasn't able to get replacement parts for my 18yo furnace, from any other suppliers. Plus the fact that my old furnace life expectancy was 15-20 years. ).
