I actually felt threatened by the 2 guys that showed up so I was nicer than I should have been. They kept saying "we can just leave!" I wish I would have just let them go. I've emailed the company but no response from my complaints. Here's my email to them: Hi Josh, I had my air ducts cleaned yesterday by your guys. I have a few things that I need to let you know about. * I asked them if they had shoe covers and they said no and that they would leave if I wanted them to. I asked them to stay. * They did not turn off the unit prior to cleaning which has now caused multiple issues with my unit. * I put in a new filter on Sunday. Today it is completely dirty. I expected a little dirt but not to the degree that it is now. * Because they did not turn off the unit prior to cleaning, all of the debris went back into my unit and it is now froze up. I have to have a service call to fix it because the air is not working. * I stayed with your guys to ensure they were doing their work properly and they kept making comments about me watching them saying "we better do a good job, she watching". They were not professional and I would like to be compensated for their work and attitudes and now my ac unit not working. I see there are no reviews on Yelp and I will probably be entering a poor one unless you can find a way to make this right. Scott had all the necessary tools and units to be installed and provided quality work, in a short period of time. He did a complete the cleanup of the areas and explained to us how each installed system worked, with the optional adjustments (we are in our mid 70's). Scott provided the work with equipment, within the dollar amount quoted in the original job estimate. They are the original installer of our heating/air system and have always been a pleasure to work with. We wish them the very best in the future, and we will continue to use them for all of our heating and air needs.

However, since my house was built in the 1950's, I thought it would be helpful to have him look at it anyway in case it might be a recurring issue. The technician tested the toilet. He mentioned that with age, some of the features have become blocked with calcium deposits-and that I should begin to consider replacing the toilet, but it wasn't necessary to do during his visit. Geiler has replaced a different toilet in my home with one I purchased on my own several years ago. I asked about any that they recommended. It turns out that they recommend one that is taller, has a larger drain hole than typically offered at hardware stores. These are things I wouldn't have considered on my own, but are definitely important. I definitely felt that the visit was helpful, and that Geiler is a great service company. I have used them over the last ten years and will continue to in the future!
