Replacing an entire HVAC system is incredibly stressful. Not just because of the cost, but also the fear of being taken advantage of or making a really bad situation even worse. Our experience with JonLe, however, could not have been better. We would gladly give this review 10 stars if we could. First, Frank (a former installer now in sales) and our lead installer, Jared, have been with the company for 30 and 16 years respectively. Their experience showed immediately from the first visit. They pointed out simple improvements to the water line for the humidifier plus the ductwork with ways to increase airflow that have already made a huge difference in the performance of the new system. The price, warranty, and service agreement were all better than the four other Cincinnati companies we spoke with. JonLe also offered the most favorable financing terms on a new Carrier system, along with helpful information about a tax credit we can claim before the end of 2025. The best part of the entire experience was the installation by Jared and Sam. It took three days because they took their time and did things right. Our experience started with the salesman, Jeff Gray. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Before he entered our house he asked if we wanted him to wear a mask. To me, that was a good beginning. After getting a second estimate, we decided to go with Jonle because of positive comments I had heard about them and because of Jeff's knowledge. From the day we contacted them to go ahead with the job, everything they said they would do was done and done on time. The installers were excellent. So far, we are very pleased with our new system. It is interesting that this company did not have any delays due to shortage of material or personnel. We contracted with a window company on 4/4. The windows were not installed until 8/9 due to delays and as of 12/21 the job is still not completed. What a contrast in companies. read more

I called Jonle because they are just a few blocks from my friends house, he is Blind after they showed up and looked at his AC they told him to get someone else to fix it, I called his Office to Complain they told me they would get me a Quot when I called them today they told me they didn't need the Business, I don't recommend them to anyone, they charged him $89 for doing nothing, call anyone else don't bother calling them. read more

Jonle came out and replaced the capacitor on my air conditioner. At the time, the tech told me he might need to come back and put more freon in the unit but to run it for a few days and just call back if it didn't work right. A few days later it stopped working. Temps were cooler so I opened the windows, turned off the unit, and called back several days later. Then another tech came out and told me that the compressor was bad and I would need a whole new AC unit. When I asked what could cause that, he told me that running the unit low on freon could make it overheat and go out. When I called the company to figure out what was going on and come to a good solution, the manager Mark was defensive, rude, and quick to say what his techs told me was wrong in an attempt to deflect responsibility. He even went so far as to blame me for not calling the failure in quickly enough (the tech told me that as long as I called back within 30 days there wouldn't be an additional charge for coming out again, and frankly I wasn't looking forward to another AC bill). I understand that no one can say for sure why the compressor went out but it all seems very coincidental to me. His proposed solution? $300 off a new unit. No thanks, I'll take my business to a company with competent techs and managers who at least pretend to care. I couldn't be more dissatisfied. read more

These guys are a mom and pop shop that know how to do it right. They have a handful of guys they send out and they're all respectful and hard working guys. In this industry, it's always tough because there are often multiple visits for a heating or cooling fix. We had a leak in our system that they helped to add frigerant for though at the time we didn't know it was a leak, then it continued to show signs of a leak, they sent out multiple technicians to help find the leak. They were never able to truly find the actual leak but they were respectful of my time and gave me heads up as to the status of their arrival on each visit. In the end, the boss Ray came out to see why no one could figure out where the leak was coming from. He added his own personal down and dirty ridged system that has been working great so far and suggested a cheaper fix to try first before the more expensive solution. It's held up so far and we appreciate it! In addition, he also just offhandedly mentioned to us that we might benefit from having some additional insulation put up in the attic crawl space and that's should also helped save us some money on heating thus far this winter.
