We contacted Niceley's who also played it off as though our technician was just having fun. However, we made it clear right away to the technician that his comments weren't welcome, yet he continued to make the comments again. He was condescending and rude, and if he had been in our home any longer, he would've been asked to leave. We were still charged for this 5 minute visit and we're disappointed in how Niceley's handled this situation.

When the technician arrived, she pulled the refrigerator out, and attempted to take back off, which was frozen to the refrigerator. She then said that they can't get parts for that make and model refrigerator, anyway, and can't fix the frost problem, but she still charged for the call. When I messaged the shop's Facebook page asking why they didn't tell the truth about not being able to fix a defrost problem (they knew the problem, the make, and model prior to the appointment), the owner of the shop blocked me, so my husband called and asked that the owner call him, but we haven't heard back. Save yourself some frustration and find a reputable repair shop!
