After calling and being transferred around 6-7 times, I finally got a representative that was able to assist me and put me on contact with the driver. I would not recommend that you use this company at all. It's not worth the stress and they never offered any sort of compensation for my troubles. Stay away from this company. Nonetheless, the delivery driver delivered my vehicle after dark. I was also told that the vehicle should not be delivered after dark. I'm glad everything turned out to be OK in the end. But save yourself a headache. It's not worth the money.

I was told that all my brakes needed to be replaced along with my rear calipar. They were going to bill me $1300. I cannot afford to spend this much on my car for just these two issues. I took my car somewhere else and they told me that the calipar did not need to be replaced and that it was my brake pad making the sound. Very happy to hear that I didn't need to replace that autopart as it would have been very expensive at Lex Autos. However, very disappointed in Lex autos for trying to gouge more money out of me. I got a pretty good deal elsewhere to replace all my brakes and rotars. My car drives perfectly now and didn't have to go in to debt to fix this issue.
