Another bad sign something was being fixed to get the car to work. (Tire issue) I have purchased two other 2013 EX-L Honda accords and have had no issues with the other two cars and running just fine today. I should have taken the car to a true mechanic. I did take the car about a month later to my mechanic and he said the car had a lot of rust and had signs of work being done on it with the paint inside the motor area. The car made it to school. After getting there, multiple issues with the car. We also notice that the wires were manipulated for the antilock brake system. This model (Honda accord EX-L) will notify you if car is getting close to a collision. The car I bought from the dealership did not because it was messed with. The paperwork said it was not in a accident, however all signs said this car was. Between drive shaft, electronic steering control, Main flange from motor to exhaust fell off. Gasket leaks, etc., We have put in over 5k into the car since we bought it, (within a year) more problems are popping up like the calipers are shot now. The other 2 cars I have had only have had breaks and oil changes. I would never buy another car from this dealership.

I decided to take his advice and I, along with my vehicle, were taken to this location. Even though it was obvious that they had a full schedule, they took me in quickly and diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately it was the fuel pump. That didn't surprise me because I had noticed on my long drive some symptoms that might be a problem but was hoping to make it home before it failed. Since the fuel pump is in the gas tank on my vehicle it was a long and tedious repair so I spent most of the afternoon at the shop. I had the chance to talk with some locals that brought their cars in for repair. They all spoke highly of the guys working at the shop. When it was finally repaired, I drove off leaving my computer bag behind which I didn't notice until I was arriving home in New Hampshire. Unfortunately again, I hadn't given them my cell phone number but my home number. When I arrived home I found out that the guys from the shop had been trying frantically to get me to let me know I left the computer behind. I had a trip the next day to the general area, so it wasn't too far out of my way to swing by and pick up my laptop. They had secured it in the office and had it waiting for me. I have to say that I appreciated them taking me in unexpectedly and getting me back on the road as quickly as possible. They worked diligently on my vehicle and the price for the work was reasonable. I can only say that if I lived closer, I would have all my vehicle work done here. The manager here is a great guy and I appreciate his help.
