Great 1 owner car as everything checked out perfect. The owner selects quality vehicles and sells at a reasonable price.

I would like to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received after…read morepurchasing a 2022 Hyundai Santa Fe for approximately $18,000, financed with extremely high interest rates. The vehicle was delivered with several issues that directly affect both safety and the minimum quality expected from a vehicle in this price range, including severely worn tires, a tire losing air pressure, and a malfunction in the parking assistance system, with a warning light appearing on the dashboard only hours after the purchase. At the time of purchase, I clearly explained that this vehicle would be used for a long-distance trip of approximately 3,000 miles to California, which makes the condition in which the car was delivered even more concerning. When I returned to the dealership in a respectful and polite manner seeking a reasonable solution, I was treated with a complete lack of professionalism. One employee in particular behaved in an arrogant and disrespectful way, even pretending not to understand me when I asked him to personally inspect the issue with me. It is unacceptable for a customer to invest such a significant amount of money into a vehicle and receive a product with evident safety concerns, while also being treated with disrespect instead of honesty, professionalism, and accountability. This type of treatment is not only harmful to customers, but also damaging to the dealership's own reputation and credibility. Businesses that fail to respect and properly support consumers after a sale ultimately lose the trust of the community and create a negative image for future buyers. My intention with this review is simply to warn future customers about the negative experience we had and to reinforce that every customer deserves transparency, respect, and proper support when dealing with issues that arise immediately after purchasing a vehicle.

He is putting these cars on the lot for sale with so many issues that he just fixes it enough to get it off the lot , then when it breaks down it's on you. Terrible way to do business just to put $$ in your pocket while lying to people. I will never do business there again. Rocky told us that anything under $400 and he will fix it for free. When does a Mercedes ever have only $400 to fix them. It costs far more than that and he knew that when he said it. He should be ashamed of himself. Terrible business skills.

The service was way quicker than "Valvoline Drive Up". The customer service was top notch. Everyone was cheerful and made me feel they were happy I was there. The waiting room and single person restroom were both so clean, quiet, warm, and showed pride and respect in what they're doing for their customers. I was impressed and I think you will be as well

*DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO SPEND $10K IN REPAIRS*…read moreMy wife and I were going to the store when our 18' Toyota Tacoma stopped working, so we called AAA to tow our vehicle to the nearest shop which was unfortunately, South Green Automotive. They told us our alternator was dead, so they replaced it. Charged us a good amount of money which we thought was a little bit on the expensive side but they gave us a warranty so we had that to fall back on. At least that's what we thought... Not even six months later, and our alternator failed again which led us to think that maybe they had a defective alternator so we called back to see if we can get into the warranty that they promised us, and basically had to beg them to honor their warranty, which seemed very sketchy and just unprofessional for me. They charged us the parts plus the labor cost when a lot of shops waive the labor because of the warranty and only have the customer pay the parts. Unfortunately, this was not one of the shops. Not even three months later, and the car failed again so I decided to take matters into my own hands and change the alternator and the battery so that way they wouldn't be any failure of the charging system with both parts being brand new. That only lasted for about 2 to 3 weeks, so after being fed up with this issue, I decided to take it to the Toyota dealership which told me that the alternator connector was severed, the pins were damaged and misaligned which caused the alternator to fail. Two years, Four alternators, three batteries and $10,000 later I am now hoping that my car will be fixed tomorrow so I can finally drive it. It is a shame that AAA allows for these kind of shops to continue providing service without any sort of checks or balances, because something as simple as a connector could've been inspected and repaired. Then again, Toyota mentioned that they have only seen BAD MECHANICS sever connectors and wires. There's a reason this place less than 50 reviews.

I've just recently bought a beautiful Ducati Panigale S from this shop. I don't usually write…read morereviews but felt like I had to in this case. I looked at some of the other reviews written and I couldn't agree more. This is a terrific shop; great sales dept. (Dan) and the owner (Dave) are both super friendly and laid back. His daughter works there and is also very friendly. They have two beautiful and VERY friendly Golden Retrievers greeting customers as well. I mention all of this because it puts one at ease when you're there browsing / shopping. Full disclosure: I've been browsing there for a couple of years; I've stopped in quite a few times. I never felt pressured or annoyed by Dan or anyone there; they are super laid back. So I finally decided on buying a Ducati and the whole process was handled so well, from beginning to end. I've also had the service dept. install some mods for me and change out the rear sets, etc. Again - even the guy I dealt with in the service dept. was friendly and helpful. I read in one or two of the reviews that people were traveling pretty good distances to shop here and get service done on their bikes. I guess I'm extremely lucky to be about 7 miles (15 mins) from New Haven Power Sports.

Whatever you do, do not go to New Haven Powersports for service or to buy a motorcycle. At the end…read moreof March, they put a used kickstand on my 2011 Ducati Diavel. Two months later, I got on the bike and the kickstand fell off, causing very minor damage. The bolt was not secured properly, and the kickstand itself was perfectly fine and intact--the problem was their installation. I called the service manager, Will, and he told me I could get the bike towed and that he would find prices for me to replace everything. I explained that the issue was not a failed part, but that it had not been put on correctly. I wasn't satisfied that the discussion would lead to a resolution , so I called the owner and explained what happened. The owner asked for pictures, sent me a text message telling me where to send them, and said they would follow up. Instead, I got a phone call from Will threatening me and saying I had gone behind his back. He told me it was a used part, not to come to his department anymore, that they were not servicing my bike, and that if I came there they would have me arrested. When I asked to speak to the owner, he said the owner did not want to talk to me and that he was talking to me instead. I only wanted the stand fixed so I could ride my bike, but instead I was met with hostility, threats, and refusal to take responsibility. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.
