A tech/locksmith was at my place within 20 minutes of first calling the business. The locksmith was very nice, especially considering what time it was. He 'tested' out the lock in order to give me an estimate. Based on whatever he did, he said there was a service call fee of $25 and the lockout would be $180. After a few minutes he said he was going to have to drill out the lock because I had told him to turn it the wrong way. Very untrue, but I wasn't going to sit there and argue about it. But then it turns out his drill was broken, so he had to get another one. When he came back, it took a few minutes for him to drill the lock out. I paid with credit card and he was on his way. He even said I should check with my insurance to see if they could cover the damage on the doorknob. I just really hope I never have to use a locksmith service again :)

None of his roommates were home, awake, or answering their phones, so I was starting to panic a little. From the start, the staff were incredibly patient and kind. They gave me a reasonable quote right away and said they could have a technician there within an hour. The technician called me as soon as he was on his way, and his ETA was only 15 minutes! In the meantime, we found out that one of the roommates could come let us in. I called back to cancel, fully expecting to still pay a $89 service fee since the technician was already on his way and almost there. To my surprise, they told me not to worry about it and canceled everything at no charge! The entire experience was so easy, and every interaction was quick, friendly, and professional. Even though I ended up not needing their services, I was genuinely impressed by their kindness and customer service. Truly night and day compared to other locksmiths I've dealt with in the past. I would absolutely recommend them and will definitely be calling them again if I ever need a locksmith!

Several other locksmiths turned me away and treated the situation like I was trying to break in, even though this is my own office building that I rent. He came out, verified the situation, and professionally picked the lock without causing any damage. That was a huge relief because many locksmiths would have drilled the lock, leaving me with the extra cost of replacing it and preventing others from continuing to use the same lock. The total cost was $195, and that included three additional keys at no extra charge. He saved me money, protected the existing lock, and provided excellent service when I needed it most. He was professional, fair, and went above and beyond on a Friday night emergency call. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a trustworthy locksmith!

This is especially critical because I'm a foster mom, and I tend to worry about things like a 5 year old having a meltdown after locking themselves in. Anthony is the best! He worked around my somewhat challenging work schedule to make a house call and found a fix for my problem right away, by carefully disassembling the lock and making a notch in the lock that a screwdriver could open. He's clearly passionate about what he does and has a real love for antique lock and key sets, which is cool. I'd love to have a skeleton key fabricated for the lock as well, just cause. Anthony is gonna get back to me on that... but in the meantime, problem solved! Yay! Reasonably priced, too.

I love supporting local businesses, but not ones that knowingly take advantage of people by not being upfront with costs so we can make an informed decision. No mention of any other fees when I made the appointment. I called several other locksmiths after to check and sent pictures and was not quoted more than $200 to $250 all in for what they charged nearly $700 for. They took advantage. I now notice they arent BBB accredited and I understand why bc that requires a company to "operate honestly and with integrity" along with 8 other standards and when you bait and switch people that wouldn't be possible.
