Through a series of events that took me across the country to Seattle, I have been longing for a proper bread pudding. This week I came home for a week and scheduled to have this bread pudding shipped to me. I almost don't have the words to describe how good the bread pudding was after 8 seconds in the microwave. You could see the morsels of white chocolate and the bread pudding melted in your mouth. Although I'm on a little diet I will absolutely enjoy these two 9" puddings that I've pressed (with my family of course). The service was excellent. It was shipped and arrived without a scratch, and perfectly iced in one day. No picture yet as one has already been sliced and the other is in the freezer waiting for my flight back home.

The banana pudding gave the right balance of sweet and tart from the cheesecake. The dulce de leche had the perfect balance as well. Way better than what I would order from cheesecake factory. I really wished they had this back home. I wonder if they ship nationwide? I would definitely order a case or two of these. I highly recommend this place, and if I'm definitely back in Alabama, this is something I would go back for. They have a wide variety of cheesecakes, and I wished I could've tried them all.
