This is probably my new fav brunch spot in town!!! Everything I tried was exceptional! They were out of a few dishes I wanted to try , so I have an excuse to return much sooner. I absolutely loved the staff! So fun and provided excellent service from start to finish. They made sure that I had everything I needed. During my visit on a Sunday , there was a nice size crowd but I was able to find a seat at the bar. I had the best time! Great food, drinks and service!!! Highly recommend checking out the weekend brunch. You won't regret it!

Came with SO for their Bottomless Tapas Brunch. It's $48 a person (plus tax and tips, of course) for unlimited mimosas with bottomless brunch and $35 for just Bottomless Brunch. What's kind of amusing to me is they put big bold "complimentary mimosas" on the menu even though it really isn't technically, not without a bunch of strings, as obvious in the pricing. Somebody needs to explain to them what "complimentary" means, ha. They do take reservations and I would recommend making one if you are set on eating there but don't want to wait. We didnt have a reservation but got lucky and was able to sit down right away. This was a bit past 10:30am on a Sundsy morning and the place was over 90% full. Staff there is super nice and efficient, definitely 5 stars in that regard. This being my first time there, I tried as many dishes as I could. A huge fan of the fried green tomato, steak biscuit, and beignets. Got multiple of these and would definitely recommend. Thought the bacon and sausage balls, shrimp and grits, and the fish were terrible. Bacon is floppy and I am a crispy girl, so that's definitely a personal preference thing and you may love it. The grit cake in the shrimp and grits were cold and hard, a definite no. The fish was over fried. Another thing of note is that at not even 11am (and their brunch runs from 10am to 2:30am), they were already out of the quail and almost out of the parfait and the oysters. So if you come at noon, you are already down three things you probably wanted to at least try! That's definitely a problem IMO. These factors caused me to feel like 4-stars is the best I can do, especially considering the cost. However, if you have never been, I would definitely recommend you to give them a try! The stuff that's good are really good and you could just fill up on those haha.

I went during Saturday brunch hours. The price is $35 with no alcohol or $48, which includes approximately five mimosas. If you choose $35, you can add alcohol at the individual amount listed on the menu. The tapas are unlimited; however, you can only order one at a time. They come as individual/single amounts, so they are not shareable. The server usually comes around pretty fast to take the next order. The location isn't a large space, so be prepared to wait to sit if you don't have reservations or if they have a full house. They usually have some bar seating available if it is a packed house. It's not always packed, so go check it out!

I went back on Saturday for a friend's birthday brunch and we had a great time. It was a first time experience for a few of the ladies and they're already coordinating a second visit. Our waitress, Victoria, was such a delight! She was friendly, patient, and gave good menu suggestions. The patio was pretty packed but she made sure we felt taken care of. The Standard team also sent my friend a delicious french toast with a candle in it :) Super sweet gesture and it made her feel special.

The bottomless brunch is definitely worth it if you eat enough to get your money's worth. It's very quaint and decorated nicely. They were out of a few things by the time I got there but everything else was pretty good. The mimosas are STRONG, the food is tasty and service is good. My favorite item was the beignets and least favorite was the chorizo hash. I would skip out on the chorizo. I definitely want to come back and try the items I missed out on! Will definitely be back soon.

Solid location, ambiance and restaurant is nice. Weekend brunch is different but you get full (especially if you're having mimosas.) You get a total of 5 mimosas (of course you can pay for more or any other drink.) Unlimited food during your hour and 30 minute timeframe, except for 3 options (oysters and 2 other items...those are limited to 3 order per person.) Wait staff is so nice and friendly. No modifications to the items (I was able to get some items w/o eggs or crab) but they wouldn't cook the oysters for me. Tehehehe. 2nd time going, definitely would go again! And plllleaasse get Toni's cinnamon roll!!!!

Went to brunch on a Saturday and did the "All You Can Eat Brunch + mimosas" and it was fantastic. You could order as much as you wanted and the quality was surprising considering it's ayce. It came out quick and everything tasted fresh. I highly suggest getting the quail and waffle and the steak and biscuits. Or jusy get everything if you're sharing! It's a really good deal if you plan on eating a lot and also want bottomless mimosas (you can pay less if you go without mimosas). I'm glad something like this is in Birmingham because it's a lot of fun and tastes great!

Best brunch in town. Bottomless tapas with an extensive menu of high quality dishes. I've been 3x and it is amazing every time. 35$ so on the pricier side for brunch but worth every penny. My favorites are the caprese with burratta, quail n waffles, French toast, steak n biscuits. The amazing thing is that nearly every dish I've had there is a winner which is super rare. I went with a big group and have now officially tried all 19 different dishes. They even have raw oysters.

Bottomless brunch & tapas For $48 you can get bottomless mimosas (orange juice) and tapas. Only bottomless tapas is $35. We came hungry and left satisfied. The food was so good and we tried a variety of dishes. We sat outside which was nice until it started to rain, but we were quickly moved inside to finish our meal. It was pretty busy inside as it Was brunch time, but it wasn't loud & the service was great. The waiters were very persistent in making sure we always had something ordered. Overall a great experience!!

Went to have brunch with my friend on a Saturday. The place is very chic and well decorated. The vibe is perfect. The service was pretty good. Our server kept the mimosas and plates coming. We were able to try many creative new dishes with combinations we never thought of. Definitely will be back for more!

Soup changes daily and this day was chickpea and chorizo. Nothing life changing about it but it wasn't bad. We walked into a small, dark, crowded dive bar and ordered amongst several other people after waiting in line shoulder to shoulder with other customers. I say this not to complain (because with a crowd like this on a random weekday, they're obviously doing something right) but to take your kids in car seats (‍) with caution. Crowds in small spaces stress me out and it would have been even worse if we'd had the boys with us. I'd also highly suggest going on a day when you can sit outside. There's very minimal seating inside. They do have a lovely, spacious patio that also feels like a garden with plenty of trees for shade. However, they make it clear they don't want dogs there. Parking was horrific. A narrow street with cars on each side. We barely fit through it. If there wouldn't have been an open spot on it, I'm not sure what the next option is because I didn't see anywhere else and this street only held so many. I would dine here again because the sandwiches were fresh and delicious and they obviously know what they're doing! I was pleasantly surprised that they had prosecco as well. Just heed my few warnings and you'll enjoy as well!

What a pleasant experience!…read more I ate here one afternoon as part of a self-care day. Upon entering, I immediately felt as if I were taking part in a celebration as I took in all of the vivid colors and decorations that adorned the space. I was warmly greeted, and taken to a table that had been freshly wiped clean. My server was very sweet and recommended several appetizers to start my dining experience. She complimented my handbag and we shared small talk over the uniqueness of it. She also brought out chilled tap water that I requested and poured it into a small glass. I decided to try the lavender lemonade and I'm happy I did. It was glass of my favorite childhood drink served in a restaurant. The lemonade was sweet as if my mama made it and the lavender added just the right pizazz to the drink. Plus it was a pretty drink! I loved the fresh flowers that added an elegant touch. Now for the main course. I opted for the drunken uncle noodles with beef lunch special that includes a complimentary crispy roll. The roll could've been a tad bit warmer, but not a deal breaker. It was still tasty with just the right amount of crunch. The star was the drunken uncle noodles. They were absolutely delicious! Great service, lovely decor, impressive playlist, delicious wings and refreshing drink. I like that they offer mocktails and serve in generous portion compared to many places. The Zaap wings are a must if you're a wing person. I am not a huge wing person. We got both dry and sauced to start--both yummy. I'm a big fan of Thai food so I've had really good Thai food and sub par. The crispy spring rolls were good but pretty standard like most restaurants or what you can buy in the frozen section. I ordered Drunken Uncle noodle with chicken but it wasn't even "tipsy" lol - not a ton of flavor nor moist enough to be drunken. Edible but Kinda pasty and lacking so the 3-3.5 rating factored in to my overall is mostly due to my noodles but the rest of the experience I am pleased. Maybe I just didn't order one of their best entrees. When my friend had her basil fried rice dish redone with no egg she loved it, and it looked good too. She got it with tofu. Before that something was off but the staff was very accommodating and kind. They wanted to make it right so she'd be pleased and she was. We took our moms out on Mother's Day weekend as a treat, and they seemed to enjoy their whole fried snapper which comes on a bed of lettuce with rice & sauces on the side. The three flavor fish comes with 3 sauces and there's also a mango fish. The location is convenient and I'd return to try another dish or one of their curries. They were running a unique set of menu items especially for Mother's Day weekend but it included food items none of us eat.

In fact, I'm getting warm feelings right now just thinking about my time here. Their vegan option is a nopal taco (tender, marinated cactus). It's excellent, but what makes it next level is that SALSA BAR with the best salsas I've ever had. It reminds me of taquerias in California. I drowned my taco in all of the sauces. In fact, I could probably be happy eating tortillas and salsa here. Because, yes, the tortillas are that delicious. As is that guac. Also the guacamole, the cheese dip and the tacos. They do have a full bar and can do frozen drinks. I loved that you can add your own toppings to your tacos. The tacos come with just meat. You can add onions, limes, cilantro and pickled onions and pickled jalapeños as well as sauce. They had a Verde sauce as well as regular salsa, and a Salsa Borachja sauce with onion, garlic and Mexican beer. It was spicy and delicious. They have plenty of counter seating, a few tables inside and several tables outside. This is a tapas bar more than a testaurant.
