Whoa this place is absolutely amazing ! It's a romantic place for a date. Inside of is sophisticated and dim in lighting. The service was top notch what you'd expect in fine dining. Our food was amazing! The steak was cooked to perfection and aged! I got the chicken and the skillet of potatoes as a side! I couldn't even eat it all! Nothing short of just goodness! If you are ever at this West Gate this is a must restaurant to experience!

Wow! What an amazing steakhouse. Very nice ambiance to it as you walk in. Service was lovely, everyone greeted you so kindly as you arrive. Mr. Mark was our server , and he was lovely. So authentic , personable , and kind through and through. The food was divine. Everything was so delicious, Chef Young is spectacular! From the apps to the amazing entrees and scrumptious desserts. Will definitely come back again! Thank you for a great experience!

Well behaved service dog.

Fantastic experience!!! Incredible service, wonderful staff and spectacular food and drinks. I love the vibe, quiet, calm, dim lighting with a adorable table lamp. Very private feeling in a busy restaurant. Our server, Mark, goes above and beyond, we always request him and he never disappoints. All the other staff, like Janet, were just a delight. The food, we love to try different items each time we go, ask Mark for his recommendations. I go twice a year, and I'm never disappointed. Enjoy, don't forget to tip well.

The ambiance and service were top notch. The staff was polite and thoughtful. I had mixed feelings about the food, especially with such high prices. I felt like the quality of the food preparation left something to be desired but overall it was a decent experience.

Wedge salad- delicious

We met up with our friend a native Las Vegan who recommended the Edge inside the Westgate Hotel. We had a group of 7 and were seated in a very nice room the "sky high wine cellar"( check it out on instagram) and there is only 1 table in the room for a large groups. Perfect we could hear each other. It was Restaurant Week while we were in Vegas and we and ordered from the special menu- which consisted of a salad, entree and dessert for $80, which was about 30 dollars less than ordering off the menu. For $25 more you could add 2 glasses of wine that were already chosen by the restaurant . 4 of us opted for a cocktail, the Vegas Dream. It is a sweet drink and one person in our party found it too sweet. Main ingredient champagne also hibiscus syrup and another ingredient.. But if like margaritas you'll probably appreciate this drink. I ordered a wedge salad- delicious. Steak and lobster tail- steak cooked just as I ordered, lobster tail with butter , excellent. For desert crème brûlée delivered with a flare . Crème Brûlée was lit at the table. You let the flame go out on its own, so you have a hard shell. Creamy and smooth, again a winner. Our waiter seemed a little impatient at times . One of the ladies in our group he asked her what she wanted for dessert crème brûlée or strawberry cake and repeated it 3 times not allowing her to look at the menu for description of the cake. A little disappointed as we missed out on a great discount. We had tickets to see Barry Manilow concert at the Westgate hotel and while at the venue bar sign said , the Edge offered 25% discount if you present your concert ticket. The next day we called the restaurant to confirm, but it had to be the same day as the show date. Not sure if they offer this discount with every show at the Edge but certainly worth checking out(25% off a steak!!! Jackpot!)

The perfect popover...airy and hollow inside!

I always enjoy eating at Edge Steakhouse! From the popovers they bring at the start of the meal to the last course, it is a WONDERFUL experience. If you plan to go here, get a steak...it's a steakhouse! You can add sauces and other additions like fois gras, crab oscar, etc. We have been twice now and plan to return every time we visit the Westgate (which is at least twice a year.)

French onion soup. Very good.

Outstanding customer service! Everyone was working as a team and constantly checking on our table. As soon as we took a sip of our water, someone was there to refill. We were immediately greeted with some right out of the oven croissant like bread that was slightly stuffed with cheese and omg so yum! We ordered the Caesar salad, onion soup, wagyu top sirloin, Mary's chicken, truffle mac and cheese, and dessert. The wagyu was seasoned perfectly and has a nice char, it was delicious. Now, although they get an A for presentation, the chicken is probably one of the worse I had. It was tender and it looked pretty but it had absolutely zero flavor. In fact, I am not sure they even used salt. A great brine and seasoning would have set this chicken out of the top but as of now I wouldn't recommend. Now, the mac and cheese is on my top 3 favorite of all the time! It was it was creamy, cheesy, hot and fresh, and the truffle, just wow! The creme brûlée was the star of the show with a table side fire show to elevate the experience. Overall a 4 star experience due to the under-seasoned chicken, otherwise it would have been perfect. The ambiance was very quiet and Alamo empty but we were also there on a Wednesday at 5. Shoutout to the staff for their friendliness and exceptional service, they're truly amazing

A Beautiful, Flavorful, and Truly Memorable Dining Experience! The Westgate Las Vegas Steakhouse was the highlight of our evening. From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was stunning--elegant lighting, refined decor, and a breathtaking chandelier with long water-drop crystals that set the perfect mood for fine dining. The service was attentive and warm, and the food--simply extraordinary. We enjoyed yellowtail crudo, spicy shrimp, jumbo lump crab cake, edge salad, lobster, salmon, and baked chicken. The sides were a dream: creamy whipped potatoes, rich au gratin, and the decadent mac & cheese with truffles. Dessert was a highlight with velvety crème brûlée and luscious cheesecake. The generous pour of smooth tequila was a welcome surprise and a perfect ending to the night. What truly made this experience exceptional was the personal touch--Chefs Aaron and Dante visited our table to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. That kind of hospitality takes things to the next level. We'll absolutely be back!

This is their seafood appetizer Liman is the best. Every time we go there we request him. The service is outstanding.

Liman is amazing and their service is outstanding. This is a must visit restaurant. Everyone there is amazing and attentive. My family loves their steak dishes and I love the chicken

Service is amazing, the ambiance of the restaurant is impeccable. Please do yourself a favor and order the Wagyu steak (medium rare) with the truffle butter. You will not regret it! 100/10

The original selling point? We were taking a party bus there sooooo obviously we couldn't say no.When we first pulled up I was like okayyy, doesn't look like anything too crazy from the outside... BUT as we walked up to the door the energy started shifting. Then those doors opened and vibe was IT. Dark red, sexy, cool, a mood/ a party vibe, definitely an experience. The cocktail menu alone deserves some attention it was fire and the service?? OFF THE CHAIN. Our server was social entertaining and had solid recommendations. A staff that knows their stuff makes any experience that much better. Now for the food, the main event haha We had tomahawks, ribeyes, filets, apps galore, A5 Wagyu AND the caviar deviled eggs. I'm not even being dramatic when I say words cannot describe how damn good everything was. Every bite was ridiculous. The kind of meal where you're already thinking about when you can come back before you've even finished eating. Anyone who's been to Vegas knows there's no shortage of steakhouses, but this one was 100% worth getting off the Strip for, and then some. Make that reservation. Don't overthink it, just GO.

Hands down one of the best steak and lobster meals I've ever had in my life, and the fact that Herbs & Rye offers half-off steaks during their daily happy hour makes it that much better. The quality of food you're getting for the price is almost unbelievable, especially in Las Vegas. Everything about this meal was phenomenal, from the perfectly cooked steak to the lobster. It's the kind of dinner you find yourself thinking about weeks later. My only complaint? I can't come here more often! Reservations can be tough to snag, but that just tells me everyone else has figured out how incredible this place is. Between the intimate atmosphere, fantastic food, and incredible value, Herbs & Rye is one of the best date night spots in Las Vegas. There's a reason this place has earned such a great reputation. Already looking forward to my next visit!

We had been to Herbs & Rye a few times in the past just for cocktails and I can't recommend enough the bar service. Excellent quality ingredients and knowledgeable mixologists who are happy to customize any drink to your taste. The restaurant interior is a cool speakeasy vibe. It's bustling but in a good way. For dinner we had a party of three and we started with the French onion soup, the wedge salad and the beef sliders. The soup was very bland - it was in dire need of salt and the cheese was not flavorful at all (it was maybe a mozzarella or some other melty application?) It needs to be a greuyere or something else with a kick. The salad also was in need of seasoning. The ingredients were good quality but the dish was overall bland. The sliders were ok - the horseradish sauce was a welcome bit of flavor. For entrees we shared the blue cheese pork chop, the filet and the cacio y pepe pasta with sides of creamed corn and sweet potato tots. I ordered the pork chop medium and unfortunately it was served well done (and as a result very dry). The flavors were ok but the garlic mashed potatoes on the side were also extremely dry. The filet and pasta were fine - nothing to write home about. The sweet potato tots were probably (and sadly) the highlight of the meal. Clearly homemade and very fresh and tasty. The creamed corn was way too loose and as a result lacked very much flavor. We finished with the dessert platter which presented each of the menu desserts but in a smaller portion. The only item I cared for was the apple bread pudding. The rest of the items weren't prepared properly. For example the crème brûlée custard was overcooked and broken and most of everything else was also overcooked and dry. Because this is an independent locals place we really wanted to love it but I just can't recommend it for a dinner. Cocktails yes; food no. On the bright side the service is excellent. Our server Victor took great care of us and the food runners and bussers are awesome. Dinner for three came to $239 before tax and tip which included three glasses of wine and one cocktail. If the food preparation was just a little bit better it'd be one of the best values in Vegas.

I've only been to the New York location before, so experiencing the Las Vegas location was exciting. We started with the Caesar salad, and the house-made croutons were a standout. The steak arrived with butter sizzling on top, and it was an experience unlike anything I've had at another steakhouse. Absolutely delicious! We also ordered the German potatoes, which were exceptional. They recommended adding a dab of their cocktail sauce to the steak, and I wholeheartedly endorse that suggestion. It was the perfect complement. We paired everything with a bottle of Jordan, which rounded out the meal beautifully. The service was okay. Our server was nice, but not particularly warm or welcoming. I chalked it up to the New York steakhouse personality. Overall, Peter Luger is absolutely worth the visit.
