Pampas was such an awesome last minute find on the Strip. In a busy area with so many restaurants and crowds, it meant a lot to find a place that welcomed us in and still made the experience feel special. The food was great, and they definitely do not let you leave hungry. Between the different meats, sides, and salad bar options, there was always something good coming around. The service is what really stood out. Everyone was attentive and friendly, and I especially want to thank the owner for taking us in last minute. That kind of hospitality makes a huge difference and honestly turned our night around. It felt like they cared about making sure we had a good time, not just getting another table seated. The ambiance was lively, fun, and comfortable, which made it perfect for a Vegas dinner. We left full, happy, and grateful we ended up there. Pampas Steakhouse at Miracle Mile Shops has been a go-to spot for me during Las Vegas conference stays, given its proximity to the Marriott Grand Chateau. Over multiple visits I'd settled on a fair assessment: serviceable, not exceptional. A recurring frustration was the gap between advertised coupon pricing and what actually appeared on the bill, often running nearly double the promoted rate before drinks, but the food itself kept me coming back. I'd put those prior experiences at a 3.5 out of 5. My most recent visit didn't make it past the host stand. I arrived after a conference to find open two-top tables visible from the entrance and was still told to wait with a 10-minute estimate and a promise of a text notification. Thirty minutes passed, no text. I left without making a scene, and on the way out I could clearly see multiple open tables still unoccupied. The most plausible explanation is a policy against seating solo diners at two-top tables during busy periods. That's a legitimate operational call, but the lack of transparency about it and the failure to follow through on the text notification made for a poor experience. A brief honest explanation at the outset would have been enough. I ended up at Fogo de Chao instead, where the service more than made up for the short Lyft ride. Pampas has lost a returning customer over what was ultimately a fixable communication failure. read more

Brandon our server was exceptional, explained the concept to us and no so as we finished getting our sides the meats started . Everything was delicious, flavorful and fresh. And it continued until you flip the card to red .From filet, to shrimp, to roasted pineapple. And don't even get me started on the sides. There are different tiers of meat options which is nice if you are on a budget - I went with a group who offered us the lower tier that included the basic steak, chicken legs and some sausages. I have been to quite a few Brazilian steakhouses and the food came out very slow here - the steak I tried was pretty tough as well. It was not that memorable nor will I necessarily need to come back with so many options around the area. The salad bar was okay - my favorites were the plantains and the Brussel sprout salad. I didnt try any of the alcoholic drinks so I cant review those. I think each person was $40 which is reasonable but you don't get much food. read more

Pampas is a typical Brazilian steakhouse where they bring the protein on skewers to your table. The food was good, the salad bar had a nice variety of cold salads. There was also a few hot dishes including black beans, chickpea stew and rice. Everything was good but pricey. You can choose from 3 tiers of protein, each tier has a different price. The more you pay the more variety. I thought the chicken and turkey were a bit dry, nice flavor. We went at lunch time and had tier 3 (highest), $60. The skewer servers were very good. They came around often and asked if we wanted anything special. The decor was typical for this kind of restaurant. It was kinda dark inside. My family and I love AYCE spots, so going to a Brazilian steakhouse while in Las Vegas was at the top of our list. We went during lunch hours (only $37.99 as of August 2025!) and were immediately shown to our table. When the servers came out with the meats, we all got each of them to try them out. Highly recommend their top sirloin and tritip; The meat overall didn't taste exactly like the best quality, after the first few tastes it started feeling dull, but it was still really enjoyable. Well everything went great. We got a free dinner here. Haven't been in a really long time, it was delicious. They have a salad bar/buffet, that has different types of veggie salads, pasta salads and fruit salads. They also have a hot section where they may have stuff like rice, beans, soup, stew, mac and cheese, plantains, or cornbread. You get a plate for that and then an extra plate for when the servers bring different meat to your table, like steak, tri tip, sausage, chicken, pork, lamb etc.. It's located inside the Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood, easy to find and great for a group dinner or date night. The meat selection was top-tier. We had everything from filet mignon (bacon-wrapped options too and delicious), to lamb, to a variety of sausages, all well-seasoned, juicy, and cooked perfectly. The staff came around often with different cuts, and we never felt like we were waiting too long between servings. Pampas is always such an amazing experience. Very much Texas de Brazil vibes. I've visited twice and both times I've had some sort of coupon that you can find all throughout the strip as there's always some sort of promotion going on. When you first get sat you can go up to the buffet where you're able to get a lot of different salads, breads, cheeses, ect.. but the real prizes are when the staff come around with the different meat dishes. When they come around you simply let them know if you'd like whichever dish they have at the time ranging from steak, chicken, pork, sausage, ect.. I try to get one of everything during their first go around, but around the second time they make their way to me I'm beyond full. During your meal they have photographers come around and take your pics as well that you can take home. Overall I really enjoy my experience here and will gladly return! read more

We decided to try this place because it was within walking distance to our hotel. There's also a Groupon offer that was a good deal for two people, and came with two mocktail drinks. We were seated quickly and did not have to wait long at all. They also had live music performers in the main room. The food was good and the quality was OK, nothing particularly extraordinary. The salad bar was just OK, but we came for the meat so I didn't try too many of the salad bar options. As for the service, the waiters are very quick to offer all kinds of meat options. I had high hopes for Pampas Brazilian Steakhouse in Las Vegas, but unfortunately, it was a major disappointment. We were gifted a dinner with drinks and we were excited. While the service was actually very good with the staff being attentive and friendly the food completely ruined it for me. The meats were absolutely horrible. Most of them were dry, tough, and tasted so bad. Honestly, my husband compared it to leather shoes lol. For a place that markets itself as a steakhouse, that's unacceptable in my eyes. The cheese breads were the best part but that's horrible to say considering most people come to eat meat. We were a party of 4 and all had the same exact reaction. We had 4 cheesecakes for dessert and I hate to say that the disappointment continued. Why would they serve freezer burn desserts is beyond my comprehension I guess but even that was disgusting. The fact that this place has such high ratings is borderline suspicious. I went here with coworkers after a day at a conference. I am a vegetarian, so definitely not the intended demographic, but none of the other four people in the group enjoyed the experience either. The garlic bread was okay, but the pão de queijo (which I grabbed two of because I normally love it) was stale like it had been sitting out all day. The tortilla chips were likewise inedibly stale. The bean dips were extremely bland and unseasoned. I added salt and pepper but they still weren't worth eating. I went back for a second plate, hoping that the potatoes or other dishes might he more flavorful, but everything was about the same. I can't speak to the meat, but everyone who did have meat left just as unsatisfied as I did. The one positive thing I can say is that the staff were very friendly, but I can't even say that the service was particularly good or attentive. This was my first time in Las Vegas and I was so excited to be on the strip, we were celebrating mine and my best friends birthdays so our friends were treating us to dinner. This was my first experience having Brazillian food and wow it was absolutely delicious. When we checked in, we were sat at a really nice private room surrounded with their wine, I felt so fancy lol. Kyle was our server and explained to us how it works. We went to the "salad" area and picked up so many sides. I should have paced myself, I don't think I even made it a second round over. I really loved the marinated tomatoes and the picadillo, so tasty. Once we were sat for our meats, it was on and poppin' we ate so much meat it was ridiculous. My favorite was the chicken, spicy sausage and the spicy marinated steak. I would definitely come back, the food was great the service was fast and efficient and really made our first night in Vegas that more special! read more

My friend and I came here with her two boys to use lunch vouchers I received after sitting through a 90-minute sales presentation. Honestly, for a Brazilian steakhouse, that's a pretty great deal -- this was their highest lunch tier, so we got access to all the proteins. We ordered chicken nuggets for the kids and dove right into the meat service. If you've ever been to a Brazilian steakhouse, you know the drill: freshly grilled meats are sliced right at your table, and you get to pick what you want to try. The standout for us was the steak -- the very first cut they brought. Juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The chicken thigh was also delicious. I tried the Polish sausage -- good. And their maple apple glazed pork was another hit. We were supposed to get grilled pineapple, but since the restaurant was packed, it never made it to our table before we had to leave. The salad bar was decent: plantains, rice, a stew/chili, and greens with a few dressings. But as far as toppings go, it was pretty minimal compared to other places I've been. No big deal for us though -- we came for the steak and chicken anyway. Our server, Hayri, was just okay. No one really checked on us, except the guy carving the meats, who actually asked how everything was (which was nice). But it took us about 15 minutes to find our server just to get the check, which was a little frustrating since we were on a time crunch to get to a tournament. Would I recommend this place? The meat was genuinely delicious. But they only came around once, whereas at other Brazilian steakhouses, servers make multiple rounds so you can get seconds (or thirds) of what you like. At $68+ per person, that matters. I'm not a big eater, but if you are -- especially if you love meat -- this is definitely worth considering. We dined at Pampas on 5/30 to celebrate a graduation, making the experience even more disappointing. The first surprise was that only the buffet was being offered. None of the regular menu options were available, yet we were encouraged to upgrade from Tier 2 to Tier 3 for access to additional premium meats. After upgrading, we were seated in an overflow area to the left of the main dining room rather than in the primary dining area. Over the course of nearly 3 hours, the meat service was extremely limited. We repeatedly had to ask staff to bring different cuts to our section because very few servers came through. In total, we only saw the gaucho servers about 7 times during our entire visit. Most of what was served was sausage and pork loin. Lamb did make an appearance, but despite requesting beef multiple times, we never received any. Even more frustrating, none of the Tier 3 premium offerings that we paid extra for ever made it to our table, despite several requests. What we essentially ended up paying for was the most expensive Caesar salad bar we've ever eaten from. To make matters worse, we noticed numerous chipped plates and damaged serving trays throughout the restaurant, which did not inspire confidence in the overall dining experience. What should have been a special graduation celebration turned into three hours of waiting, repeatedly asking for food we had already paid to receive, and ultimately leaving disappointed. After our visit, I called and left four messages for management to discuss our concerns. To date, I have received no response. Based on our experience, I would recommend looking elsewhere. There are several better options in the area, including Boa and Fogo, where you'll likely receive better service, higher-quality food, and better value for your money. read more

Let's start with the good: service is friendly and professional. That's where we end. From this point forward, I'm going to whine and share some strategy. But you can stop reading here and just heed my warning: this is the worst + blandest Brazilian BBQ I've ever had and you should avoid this place...I've had Brazilian BBQ ran by Korean immigrants in Gardena, CA that taste like Fogo de Chão compared to Pampas. 1) You won't be offered a single piece of meat for the first 30 minutes. Your drinks will be dutifully refilled and freshened up to stuff you. Pace yourself with the Pão de Queijo (cheese bread) and/or avoid the incredibly mediocre side dish buffet + salad bar. Of course we all know this unspoken, adversarial game between customer and buffet with trying to get you full before the meat comes out but this is the most egregious dance I've ever experienced. 2) Once you do get offered your first piece of meat, suddenly it's a non stop barrage. To start, you will be offered chicken, sausage, sausage, chicken, and then finally beef or pork--by this point you've been sitting at your table for 45 minutes because they're banking on you stewing on the bread, deli meat, salad bar etc you've been nibbling at while bored at your table. 3) Now that the steaks, pork, and picanha have arrived--go to town. But even then...this meat quality ain't great. These are some mildly tough and fatty cuts of beef. I very much enjoy medium rare but it's annoying to get rare (bordering blue rare) steak with burnt fat. This is my last glass of whine I have to share: I don't know if live music is a regular part of dinner service but holy moly it is so loud in there (and we were one of the lucky ones who sat BEHIND the speakers so we avoided the onslaught). We even saw a lady ask a manager to turn it down and they denied her request lol sigh. I assume the restaurant wants to keep it nice and loud to divert your attention away from the food and/or get you to leave quickly. We came in about 1 PM on a Thursday afternoon. We had a coupon that was given to us by our hotel but because it's a discount off the highest tier, it's not really much of a discount. They use that as an excuse to add an 18% gratuity and then have their Machine ask for an additional gratuity. Drinks are supposed to be included but sparkling water is not so we paid $19 for two bottles of sparkling water, which was not disclosed until after the fact, the whole thing felt pretty skeezy. So they take your money out front and they take the gratuity upfront, we had three people and our bill was over $200 after the discount and we ordered nothing except two bottles of sparkling water and three dinners. Once we got in and sat down, the quality of the food has really gone down. The hot things on there buffet used to be decent but now they have black beans and plantains just simply cheap garbage. Everything was cheap. The salad bar has maybe 12 different things maybe a little bit more, they're all cheap and poorly made. They have a dish of chimichurri sitting out on the bar and they don't even know how to make it, this is a Brazilian restaurant and they made chimichurri with vinegar. It taste tasted like Italian dressing. It was Italian dressing. They brought out tri-tip several times, all of the meats were mostly medium to well done. We had to ask them to bring out sausages and then they did, those were tasty. We had to ask them to bring out the pineapple, they brought it out where they were literally carving off the core so they literally sliced us pieces of grilled pineapple CORE. So bizarre. The food quality was like a two out of 10. We've been coming here for four years, I was so disappointed, it was way more expensive this time than it was a few months ago and the quality was way worse. It really feels like they're just going through the motions. We generally bring our family of 12 to 14 people in, today there was only three of us because we got to town early.
