The wagyu filet mignon here Is exceptional. They also had a bone in filet. My coworker mentioned it didn't taste any different. But they do season heavy which makes the best flavors, no need to add an additional sauce. Had the cream corn as a side which was large enough for the whole table. The service was great, it's a very intimate setting, which was nice. We had the bruschetta to start and crab cake. Note that the crab cake is only 1 cake (not shareable).
Overall was an extraordinary experience at the the strip house. I have been to their new York location as well and both times were amazing. Our server was outstanding I forgot his name but young man glasses. He was super attentive and served us amazing. The food was incredible and the pepper crust on the steak is amazing. Another amazing dish is the creamed corn this unbelievable. Honestly i think the chocolate cake is a bit overrated. It was quite dry and not really moist at all. We had got a glass of milk to dunk the cake in and that made it so much better. The server recommended the Cheescake and that was amazing.
How convenient is this when casino, spa, shopping and good dining are in one location! Customer service was superb! Our waiter was very attentive to our needs since a few of us have certain food allergies. All entrees ordered were delicious and very well prepared. The presentation of the entrees was very well presented.
Had a wonderful anniversary dinner here! Cool red interior, awesome service, and truly delicious meal. Loved the dry-aged New York Strip, the Iceberg Wedge Salad, Kung Pao brussels sprouts, and of course the Signature 24-layer chocolate cake - WOW! I'd indicated that it was our anniversary on the OpenTable reservation and they did some really thoughtful touches, like a "Happy Anniversary" table card and a complimentary dessert. Our server was also very sweet and helped us enjoy a celebration dinner to remember!

We come here almost every time we come to Vegas. This the first time I didn't like some stuff but overall the experience was good. The shrimp they didn't seem fresh, and the bake oysters were ok. The lobster tail was overcooked. But the steaks where Cooked perfectly. Our server was amazing and paid attention to detail! First time the restaurant was dead so service was good!
We came here for the baked Alaska. It was my birthday and this is what I was craving for. Super glad they had it and it tasted amazing! We wanted just the baked Alaska but I saw the oysters on the menu and couldn't resist. The oysters were very tasty with the cheese, garlic, and big pieces inside too. We were also served bread too. The baked Alaska was the moment we were waiting for after. Our waiter came and poured the rum on top with the flames immediately roaring and cool to watch. The server was very nice and he gave us more information about the menu too. The inside decor was interesting. There was a lot of nude women portraits in the bar area that we sat in. It gave a classy ambiance with the dark lighting as well.
Went with a group from the resort, set menu and the bar was free the first hour. I ordered a Blood orange Cosmopolitan which was really good and had me buzzing before I finished.,Ordered Ruby mule and it was just as good. Menu was basically set just complete the order. The whole table ordered the Filet Mignon with roasted garlic and sides of creamy spinach and garlic mashed potatoes.Food was fresh and hot service was very good.Only reason i didn't give a 5 stars is because the cook on my steak was a little bit over.
This experience was the highlight of my trip in Vegas. Started out with a private room for my friends and I. The waiter was knowledgeable and kind. I was having flight troubles and was on hold for a while with my airline and my phone was about to die, the waiter told me he had a charger and would take my phone to charge and periodically check for it on hold so I could enjoy my time there. Just incredible service! All the portions of the appetizers was solid and the steak.... OH the steak was marbleized wonderfully and cooked to perfection. There was plenty of seating and it was full! Their dry aged New York Strip was to die for and if I ever see myself in Vegas again. I hope this is one of my stops.

I wanted a steak and thought I would have to leave Planet Hollywood because Cafe Hollywood was less than delicious. However when I looked up good steak, it suggested Strip Club. Great, I won't have to walk. I tried to make a reservation online, to get my Open Table points, but it would not give me a reservation for 4 hours. I tried my luck and walked in a half hour later to a lot of empty tables. THE best crab cake I've tasted in a long while! I won't say the best, only because I lived in Maryland once upon a time. I had the boneless ribeye. I should have gone for the smaller wagyu. They burned it, with me asking for medium well. I had to send it back; it came back perfect. Meanwhile, I ate my perfect baked potato. I was full by the time I finished, or I would have purchased the creme rules or key lime pie. Great service!
Finally crossed this off the bucket list. I learned about this over 10 years ago but hadn't been back to Vegas. Tonight I finally had the richest chocolate cake I've ever had. One slice was enough dessert for a table of 4. Only my first bite had all 24 layers in it. The cake is just "too big!"
Wonderful atmosphere throughout the restaurant using early 1900's black and white photos of actors and actresses to adorn the walls. Soft candle lighting making for a private ambiance. Took my mother for her birthday, and our server Erica really made her feel special. The food was fantastic, including the steak and lobster mac and cheese. The key-lime pie was delicious. I recommend, especially if you are planning a night out with Criss Angel whose theater is next door.
DRY-AGED BIRTHDAY On my last night at Planet Hollywood I had a dinner on the very last day of September. About two weeks prior I ate at an Italian restaurant in Yountville, CA that my family and friends took me for my birthday. The menu included steak, but I didn't order it knowing I would come to Strip House Steakhouse two weeks later. I ate at Strip House Steakhouse by myself to celebrate my birthday. With the name is the restaurant I decided between a regular strip steak or dry-aged strip steak. I asked my server what he would recommend. He said the strip has a buttery taste while the dry-aged strip has a nutty, gamey taste. Almost all the steaks I've eaten are regular steaks so I decided to get the dry-aged. For beverage I ordered the Old Fashioned. Since the drink was barrel age I anticipated a strong taste, but the Old Fashioned was soothing. For appetizer I selected Strip House Bacon while for the side I ordered the black truffle creamed spinach. I've had bacon at diners, but the Strip House Bacon was something unique. The bacon was cured like pastrami. I thought the bacon would be salty, but it wasn't. The Strip House Bacon had a meaty texture. I came here for the steak. I didn't find the dry-aged steak taste gamey at all. There was a nutty taste. I'm glad I ordered a dry-aged steak because a regular strip would be too rich. I didn't feel bloated by eating the dry-aged strip. By eating the dry-aged steak gave me a perspective of ordering that type of steak in the future at an upscale steakhouse like Strip House Steakhouse. The black truffle creamed spinach was really rich. The dry-aged steak balanced the black truffle creamed spinach. Looking back I shouldn't have ordered the black truffle creamed spinach as I didn't have room for dessert. That's unfortunate because I wanted to order Strip House Steakhouse's signature dessert, which is the 24-layer chocolate cake. Since that evening was my last night at Planet Hollywood I couldn't place the cake in the refrigerator in my hotel room as I was going to check-out the next day. During my four-night stay at Planet Hollywood, Strip House Steakhouse was by far the best place I ate at. Usually when I go to steakhouses at Vegas I only go once. However I can see myself going back to Strip House Steakhouse again. The decor was elegant yet not stuffy. The steaks on the menu aren't too extravagant. Since I ate the dry-aged strip my next visit I will try the regular strip. I will definitely order the Strip House Bacon again, but I won't order a side order in order to have room for the 24-layer chocolate cake. read more

When I arrived for my 5:30pm reservation it was not at all busy. Maybe six other tables. But, service was still very slow. My server was polite but seemed to have a lot of other tables. The shrimp in the "jumbo shrimp cocktail" were tiny. The American Waygu filet was excellent and cooked exactly as I had requested. The creamed corn was also delicious. They have a nice list of wine by the glass. It took a loooong time to get the bill after I had finished eating. My server disappeared for about 20 minutes. Nice guy, but not very attentive. We had the most lovely experience on our last night in Vegas for my birthday trip. We spontaneously decided to try this amazing steak house in our hotel, planet Hollywood, and we couldn't have picked a better place. We were first greeted by the sweetest hostess. We were there a couple minutes before they opened and she was so sweet asking us if we were celebrating anything and making sure she knew why we were there. She sat us in the perfect corner booth seat. The ambiance was very classy high end Vegas steakhouse with every detail perfect to the T. The butter even had their logo on top of it. The little touches were perfect. Our sweet hostess came out to the table with a handwritten beautiful birthday card for me and set it at the table. Our server Ryan was the best server we've ever had. He was so enthusiastic, knowledgeable, friendly, kind and we really really enjoyed talking with him and sharing our Vegas experiences thus far. It was absolutely the best dinner to end our trip. Ryan had the bartender make me a custom pineapple mojito and it was wonderful! We will never forget Ryan and we want to go back someday just to have him as our server. Went for my husband's birthday & were seated upon arriving with no wait. Our server was Jose & he was top notch ! One of the best service experiences we have ever had in Vegas at a steakhouse! Ambiance was cozy & warm. We ordered plates and shared so they split them prior to serving which is nice. Started with the crab cake & it was delicious. Plenty of crab, not mushy & crisp on the outside. We split the larger filet & it was cooked to perfection & melted in your mouth. Crust was good & not too salty as some places do. Brussels sprouts were cooked but not overly seasoned nor greasy. Lastly the banana foster baked Alaska was the star of the meal! Gelato was excellent covered in the meringue that tasted like a toasted marshmallow after they lit the rum poured over the top. OMG! Then the caramel sauce was the perfect topping! What An Amazing Dinner, a hidden gem in our own hotel that we stayed at. The ambiance is amazing,red walls with 1930's style pinups on the walls. But the food, wow what can I say we ordered a 4 course meal and then also ordered an entree on the side which was the lobster and 8oz filet. And wow was all of that beyond amazing ! Every bite was more than you would expect, and let's not forget the cheesecake for dessert! It was our anniversary so they had a card as well as the cheesecake plate that said "Happy Anniversary " it's the little things that really make it personable. I need to speak highly of our waiter "Tiance" he was beyond attentive,great energy and had great recommendations. Next time I go back I truly hope he's still there because I will definitely ask for him. He made the dinner that much better. Visited this spot during a new years trip to Vegas and I must say that this place was well worth it. The staff was friendly and helpful with navigating the menu as well as providing details on the daily specials offered. We ordered jumbo lump crab cake, drunken cremini mushrooms, and the dry aged cote de boeuf. The food was full of flavor and so enjoyable in the nice and chill environment. Everything was cooked so well and very filling. If you're in the area and looking for a good feast, make a reservation and add this spot to your trip. read more

From the moment we walked in we felt special. When we were sat at our table they had a card with "Happy Birthday" written on it. Each person who served us wished me happy birthday- loved that! My husband and I asked for a wedge salad to share and they brought it on two plates, a very considerate move. The steak was perfectly done, I ate every bite! For dessert they brought out a cheesecake with a candle, no singing staff (thank you) just a quiet acknowledgment of the occasion. We will definitely be back! read more

Enjoyed our first meal at the bar so much we came back the next night and dined in the dining room. Service is 5 star. They are really cool about splitting dishes, in an elegant way as well. The burrata app is just so good with heirloom tomato, prosciutto, sourdough. Got it twice. The crab cake was crabby. Wine selection rally good- we ordered by the glass since we had one red and one white drinker. They serve complimentary bread (warm) with delicious butter to start you off. My mate had the Gorgonzola pasta and said it was delicious. We didn't try the steaks just because we had a lot of activity to get in, but they looked delicious. First time at The Strip House Steakhouse, no disappointment and we'll be back! I started my meal with a Blood Orange Cosmo- (Tito's Handmade Vodka, Combier Crème de Pêche de Vigne, Blood Orange, Lime, Cranberry) The Cosmo was delicious and served in a beautiful glass with fit well with the vibe of the room covered in photos of old time Hollywood Stars. Hubby had a New Steak and I had a Ribeye, both steaks cooked to absolute perfection! I will say they are HEAVILY peppered... do know that and all for it to be lightened up if that's your preference. I don't generally mind peppered but this was over the top for me and despite trying to scrape the crust it was just too much. Another steak was quickly brought out and cooked to perfection as well. They handled it so well and it was appreciated, I enjoyed my meal immensely! We ordered a side of corn with pancetta and skipped the panko to make it gluten friendly and the house potatoes as recommended were fantastic along with the corn.
