So let me brag about her for a second! 1) She's done this work for 20+ years already! A master at her craft and a seasoned hairdresser. In the moments between my hair drying and doing the perm procedure, she swiftly took on other clients and set them off w/crisp cuts of their own. Was confident and flowed through each step of the process with grace and efficiency. 2) She goes for exactly what you want. So come prepared and do your research for your desired look! Have good reference pics and be specific about the look that you're going for. All throughout the appointment she'd check in to see the reference pic again, asked how I preferred the curls, and was informative about the longevity and care of the perm. 3) She always made sure I was comfortable and taken care of. Gave great conversation. Was so kind all throughout. Def found a new spot to come get my cuts at now. Need to know for those getting a perm: - The perm is only as good as how you take care of it. So get products before or after your appointment to make sure your curls last a long time. - Don't touch your hair or mess with it too much for the first two days.
