At 12:40 I ask how much longer and remind her that she said my appointment would take one hour, and it's been almost 2. She says that the inspection itself takes one hour, and just because I come in at 11 does not mean I leave at 12. By having an appointment scheduled, it does not mean that my inspection will happen at the scheduled appointment time, just that my inpsection will happen that day. None of this was communicated to me, and I have never heard of that before anywhere else. Not for nothing, another guy in the waiting room has been here since 8am.
