Bottom line, i drove away with engine light still on and over $4K out of my pocket. A honest business person with Integrity would of said "listen we were not able to locate the problem on your vehicle or we don't have a skilled mechanics onsite to service your vehicle" and allowed me to drive away with paying only the diagnostic fee.
