On another occasion I came in to get a condenser replaced and they discovered my radiator was leaking. They failed to diagnose a basic problem. Damaged the car and commit fraud when they did not tell me and tried to cover up their screw up. Now they will not refund my money and pay for new parts. So, what Goodyear committed fraud and now they want me to accept discount repair. Even after they acknowledge the fraud (failure to notify the damage they tried covering up).

And the damaged our transfer case and they refused to replace it with a new part after not telling us they damaged it (fraud). Corporate Goodyear offers 25 cents to the dollar refund after this local store committed fraud refused to have pay full price to fix it right they want us to use used parts to save them money after they admitted what they did was wrong.
