I called 2 hours later and was told they were just burning the car in and it would be ready in 45 minutes. We arrived 1 hour later to find the car was in the same place we parked it. When asked what happened, excuses like we gave the wrong number and ordered the wrong tires. Waste of time and in a terrible neighborhood.

I called all around town and no one could see me for days. After explaining the situation they got me right in. They also offer to drive you home or work and will come get you when your car is ready! When you have a toddler this is huge! Bob himself walked me through everything. I've gone back for other issues and regular service and they always fix it right the first time and quickly! I love everyone that works there. Super friendly and knowledgeable! I recommend them to everyone. Bob will always be honest and fair. Last week I got an oil change and they said I needed rear differential fluid but the part was rusty so I would have to go to dealer. I went to the dealer this week and they gave me photo of cap leaking oil and said I had to do it again. Valvoline said they DO NOT CHECK if the cap is leaking so they would not refund me. What a mystery - they tried to do rear differential because that's revenue to them but they don't care if I leave the garage leaking oil?! Also the dealer verbally told me that I needed coolant and Valvoline said tough luck to that because the dealer didn't put it in the notes.

Three days later, the same tire has a ,AJOR leak, down 8 psi in 3 days! so not only did they either not patch the tire or patched the wrong spot but they made the problem much worse! This is supposed to be a company that specializes in tires, and they can't get a simple repair right? in 90 minutes? Completely dissatisfied, and I would recommend ANY other tire store before Mabis.
