I went to the garage that sold it to me and he very graciously bought it back from me. He had it looked at and it was the solenoid that needed replacing....$3600 less to do this work. I am very disappointed and will never recommend them to anyone. As a place that works only on transmissions I believe this is a huge error. They did get it in to look at in a timely manner.

I was out of town and my wife had it towed to the dealer. The truck was getting stuck sporadically OUT of gear. I had many miles on the clutch (pressure plate, clutch disc, throw out bearing, SLAVE CYLINDER, pilot bearing ,etc...)so I said to go ahead in replacing all clutch components in hopes of fixing the problem; it did not. A few days later, it was stuck out of gear. Called Bill, asked him to send someone for it (tow price $85, very fair). He drove it, said it was hydraulic, something not done right due to a complete parts list on the Toyota bill. He spent an hour diagnosing, and then went on to fix the problem. I've known Bill for 20 years, he's experienced, competent and honest. I find Bill both serious about his work and about standing behind his work.
