After calling multiple tire companies and roadside services, we either got no answer, voicemail, or promises of callbacks that never came. Then we called Wilson's On Site Tire. What a difference. He answered the phone immediately, understood exactly what we needed, and was at our campsite in about an hour and a half. He came prepared, inspected the situation, and replaced both tires right there at our site. The price was extremely fair, especially considering the convenience, the urgency of our situation, and the fact that he came directly to us. What impressed us most was his professionalism and reliability. When you're stranded with a camper, every hour feels like a day. He did exactly what he said he would do, showed up when he said he would, and got us back on the road safely with zero drama. If you're in the Binghamton or Conklin area and need mobile tire service, especially if you're towing an RV, camper, trailer, or boat, don't waste time calling around. Call Wilson's first. He and I had never seen a 2007 in such good cosmetic condition, so I am certain he will keep in running for at least another 200,000 miles! The guys were always fair with me on the costs, and I even bought tires from them in the past and got great deals and free rotations, etc... We bought a new Honda CRV Sport L Hybrid and simply love the car and the mileage we are averaging, 35MPG combined Hwy/City.

It took one phone call to find somewhere cheaper than Big Es lowest quote. Along with an inspection, and fixing anything else Big E messed up, *still* lower than Big Es quote. Don't waste your time with a second opinion, just go somewhere else in the first place. (Especially for women, elderly, and anyone else they might want to mislead and take advantage of) Edit: Big E ended up putting TWO faulty parts in my car and would not cover the cost for another shop to fix their mistake. They failed to diagnose a basic problem. Damaged the car and commit fraud when they did not tell me and tried to cover up their screw up. Now they will not refund my money and pay for new parts. So, what Goodyear committed fraud and now they want me to accept discount repair. Even after they acknowledge the fraud (failure to notify the damage they tried covering up).

And the damaged our transfer case and they refused to replace it with a new part after not telling us they damaged it (fraud). Corporate Goodyear offers 25 cents to the dollar refund after this local store committed fraud refused to have pay full price to fix it right they want us to use used parts to save them money after they admitted what they did was wrong. Three days later, the same tire has a ,AJOR leak, down 8 psi in 3 days! so not only did they either not patch the tire or patched the wrong spot but they made the problem much worse!
